Brilliant apartment and a very good location

Apartment is class, well equipped for everything you need. We felt really like our home. We stayed for 14 nights and I wished I book it longer. Best location, 1 min to the beach and good walk to promenade, restaurants, bars and groceries. Fred and also Helena was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Definitely very high recommendation on this apartment and will surely book it again when we come back.

El alquiler estuvo perfecto, el piso estaba limpio, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La comunicación con el propietario fue rápida y fácil. La ubicación es cómoda y tranquila, aunque la playa es de piedras.

Gran estancia en San Pedro

Amplia casa con todas las comodidades: aire acondicionado, WiFi, 2 baños... Y una gran terraza con grill. Lo mejor que tiene es la zona, situada en primera línea de playa. El contacto con Fred muy fluido, siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas y responde rápido. La única pega fue el congelador. Fred comentó que era nuevo, pero tuvimos muchos problemas, se generaba escarcha en el ventilador y dejaba de funcionar, teníamos que quitar la escarcha todos los días. En resumen, un apartamento muy recomendado.

Vacaciones en las Petunias

En general bien. La casa está bien y la ubicación es excelente. El propietario responde y hace lo q puede teniendo en cuenta q vive en otro país. Defectos encontrados: no hay plancha ni tabla de planchas y para estancias largas serían necesarias, el congelador funciona fatal y la nevera regular, no hay friegaplatos. Todo lo demás bien. La casa es acogedora y muy cómoda. Mi valoración en general es buena y la estancia puede ser muy agradable.

Vacation in Marbella

Very nice apartment with a lot of space , both in- and outside. All necessary accessories are available. Very good air conditioning. Nice pool area. The location to the beach and promenade was very near. Summary, very good holiday home with very good location.

About staying of my family, at apartments Las Petunias in San Pedro. Time of stay: June 2018.

The location is simply better than you can think of, to the beach is real-50 m. well-equipped promenade along the sea, where in the morning you can run, play sports, along it a lot of street exercise machines, bike paths, cafes, restaurants for every taste and needs. By themselves, the residential areas around the quiet, well-kept, a lot of greenery in bloom. At our visit tourists were not enough, the season just started. Not far from the apartment there are a supermarket and the old town with shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. Many playgrounds. The apartment had everything you needed and even more. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances, a lot of dishes. The kitchen has access to a large terrace, which houses a large dining table, two sunbeds, and grill. On the other hand through large cozy living room there is a large loggia with massage chair, near swimming pool and relaxation area – just behind the green fence. Of course there are comfortable 2 bedrooms, 2 showers and bath. In short, came, personal things laid out, everything else in the apartment provided and available, and starting the rest. It is noteworthy that all this is located on the first floor of an apartment three - storey building, but designed as if the apartment is a Villa. Such apartment can be recommended, I think everyone will like it. How to get there. From Malaga airport, you can take the bus to the Marbella bus station and then 79 to San Pedro by bus. Or take taxi, but it is best to rent a car at the airport, book it in advance, which is much cheaper than taking it in the city. 1. Very good location. Rather quiet place but not far from Banus (20 min walk; 5 min by car), 1 min from seaside. 2. Good inftastructure. Few restaurants within 1 min walk. 3. Good furnished apartments but I would add dishwasher. I would come back
