Beautiful Villa with swimming pool in Ibiza town.

The house is located 2 km from the center of Ibiza. In a quiet area to enjoy a few days of relaxation in the countryside. It has the great advantage of being in the countryside and only 2 kilometers from the port of Ibiza where you will find the best bars and restaurants on the island and some of the best fashion shops.

It consists of a spacious space with a television area that has a large sofa, dining room and kitchen and a large window overlooking a beautiful garden (from where you can see the sea) and the city of Ibiza, an office area, two rooms Double, one with double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

It has wifi and swimming pool.

It is a private individual house and, therefore, tourist services are not offered (airport tranfers, daily cleaning, telephone, and other services that would correspond to a hotel)

Very quick response from host Joan when I asked anything regarding villa before and during our stay.Pool area is perfect and well maintained.We used uber and they were really quick. Nice walk to the port.Wouldn't highly recommended this villa.

Another very enjoyable stay at this little villa. Fantastic amenities and position. Feels like home from home. Will definately be back for a forth time! 25 min walk to Ibiza town/port, 15 min walk to figurettes, 25 min walk to Playa den bossa all within 5 mins in taxi. Shop over the road and perfect privacy.

Great accomodations close to Ibiza town

Great property with an amazing pool! Joan hosted us for 5 days and our family used the pool each day. Everything was clean and taxis/Uber were only a few minutes away. Secure property with gate and you can park within the compound. Would definitely rent again if we return.

Beautiful view

The house is exactly as shown on the pictures.You will find Everything you need.The view from the terras is great, you can see Dalt Vila and the sea, and from the roof it is even better.We were there with 3 persons ( 2 adults and a teenager 17) and had a great time.Its Location, close to the city and de beach, is also a big plus.We would definitely recommend the house.

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect holiday 😃

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. Beautiful little villa in perfect position just a short walk to ibiza town and figurettes. Shop just over road and supermarket 12 min walk away (if you don’t have a car) Could not fault it and our time there. Will definitely be looking to book again next time I am in Ibiza and as a travel agent myself will recommend to my clients.

Great villa in Ibiza!

We had a great time at the villa, it had amazing views of the sunset and the private pool was a great addition to our trip. The host was very communicative which was nice. It was bit further from town than we would’ve liked making it hard to get taxis but the property overall was very clean and nice.

Beautiful villa

This wonderful villa is exactly as listed. The pool and garden area are wonderful for peaceful lazy days by the pool. It’s close enough to town to enjoy everything on offer but just far enough away for peace when required. It was clean, well kept and Joan, the host was great to communicate with. A wonderful few days were enjoyed here, thanks so much!

Absolutely fantastic little Ibiza pad!!!

Brilliant location, lovely views, well furnished and very comfortable. Garden and pool area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Only things I'd like to see are a guide to the Villa itself and local amenities (Cesar was always very quick to respond to queries via whatsapp tho which was much appreciated) and a kettle!! Will definitely be looking to rent this villa again next year!

Great location near Ibiza town

The house is well furnished, including the kitchen with everything you need to cook. The outdoor space and swimming pool are very nice, with shade areas. Just be mindful that there is road noise around the house, with a roundabout just nearby. Location is perfect if you want to visit Ibiza town and the most popular clubs. And thank you to the super nice lady who did the check-in and cleaning!

Awesome villa

Very easy check in process. Motorized gate was great for our rental car and there is a covered car port once you're inside. They had a charcoal grill for us to make burgers. Air conditioning worked well. The outdoor stairs were nice because you can get in the roof and look at the town. Pool was stuck a nice luxury. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Villa with Pool

Amazing villa, the pool was perfect. Inside had everything you required to bbqand dine at the villa. A 20 minute's walk to Figurettes. 35 mins walk to Ibiza Town. Joan met us when we arrived at 10.30pm show us everything we needed to know and on departure day a lady attended to chevk us out. Best holiday ever

Relaxing stay

We immediately felt at home in Joan’s lovely private villa. Everything was spotless and just a 15min walk downhill to Ibiza town. It felt very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with good sharp knives for preparing food and a good collection of pans, glasses, mugs, kettle and a good hairdryer! Slept very well in the bedrooms. Also loved the art and book collection. The pool was refreshing, cool and clean. And many outside seating areas to maximise light, shade and breeze. Immediate facilities (shop, pharmacy, petrol station) 5 min walk and 3 local tapas bars 8 min walk down from the mini mart. We’d definitely stay there again.

I RECOMMEND IT

This place has a private pool and courtyard, and I'm guessing is about 0.8 miles from the ocean. It has a "peek" view of the ocean, and a distant view of the Castle. It's quiet, but only a 200 yard walk to a traffic circle where taxis are easy to get. (There's NO Uber on Ibiza!) There was also plenty of room for parking if you want to rent a car. The owner, Joan (a gentleman's name in Spanish) was very helpful, too. I will try to stay here again when I'm next in Ibiza.

Just wow!!!!

The photos of this villa don’t do it justice. It was absolutely incredible. My favourite stay ever in all of my travels (and I’ve traveled a lot!) Firstly, the outdoor area is beautiful. There are many areas to sit and enjoy a drink of food, or lounge by the pool. The pool is stunning, and the plants are beautiful, the cactus is next level! The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook if you don’t feel like going out. It’s quiet, and it stays nice and cool for a good nights sleep. Also the rooftop is amazing, the views of Ibiza town are gorgeous! My partner and I stayed for 6 nights and it felt like home. Also the location is perfect as it’s easy to get everywhere. Highly recommend!

Villa with beautiful enclosed garden & private pool Nr Ibiza Town

The pictures and description did not disappoint. Recommended particularly if you have your own car so you can get in to Ibiza town easily and explore the rest of the island. You can park under a canopy behind electric gates. Particularly enjoyable for outside living with well maintained walled garden, sunbeds, a roof terrace and pool. An excellent choice if you are travelling with your dog! The garden and pool were cleaned regularly and the host always responded quickly if we had any questions. A junction from the main road gives easy access to the villa, which does mean you get some road noise, but we got used to that .... however, the villa sits well away from the crowds and noise you would inevitably get if you stayed in Ibiza Town centre. This was our first time to Ibiza and would not hesitate to stay here again .......
