*Villa can Segura is a beautiful 5 bedroom Villa set in extensive grounds, sleeping 10 people Located in the Siller area of Puerto Pollensa within walking distance of the resort centre and beach. With views over the mountains it is simply stunning !
*Large private gated swimming pool with loungers and parasols, sun bathing area, terraces, seating area's, large outside cooking/BBQ area seating up to 20!
* Set in 5 acres of land overlooking the mountains and bay.
*Only ten minutes walk to the resort centre
* Twenty minute walk to beach.
*The Villa is rented out as a whole villa but is separated into 2 separate living quarters consisting of 2 x 3 bedroom apartments.
*Each apartment has its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms & terrace.
*The land surrounding the villa overlooks the trumantana mountains and from the roof terrace the villa has views of Puerto Pollensa.
*No need for a car!

One of the best villas we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, private location and still in walking distance to the town and beach. It was comfortable, spacious and so well equipped we wanted for nothing! Laura was accommodating and helpful which made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. Just a perfect holiday, thank you!

Lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood

Perfect for two families/generations this is a lovely villa with plenty of space inside and out. The garden and pool area is perfect. It was our first time to this area of the island and we enjoyed being able to walk to the resort/shops/restaurants which were plentiful. The small beaches along Pine Walk were our favourite spot for swimming, especially in late afternoon/early evening!

Beautiful villa- perfect for friends!

A lovely stay in this very practical villa broken up into apartments. A lovely garden with great facilities for families and teenagers. Very comfortable with a beautiful pool. Great location. Within walking distance of beach and supermarket. All in all a great holiday!

We have been visiting the Island for 27 years and absolutely love Port de Pollenca and the Mallorcan people.

Why they chose this property

The Villa has recently undergone a major refurbishment although making sure the original Spanish charm has been kept. A new large terrace has been built that hosts a big seating and outdoor dining area. Lights have been added outside so the Villa is lit up at night and air conditioning has been installed into every bedroom. It is only a short walk to the town and beach so a car is not essential.

What makes this property unique

Set in 5 acres of land, a truly get away from it all feel, yet within walking distance of all the main ameneties.
