Stunning garden and pool, in a quiet and beautiful location

Pros: Loved the pool, host was great, and the garden is simply exceptional. The views are beautiful too, and it was only a 20 minute walk to all the restaurants in town.

Rent for the view, pool area and quiet location on edge of the town. It’s homely, rustic rather than modern. Description accurate. Pool area and views of port and sea in one direction then amazing mountains behind are the main reason to book. We had a great stay. Great communication from owner. We enjoyed the flat 20-25 minute walk each way to the port for breakfast and dinner. Great to be away from crowds. Silent.

This villa is located around 15 minutes walk to puerto pollensa in a beautiful private location. The villa has beautiful very well maintained gardens and a large pool. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful. Xisco the host was great, he contacted me before hand to let me know the process for check in and was very responsive to any queries we had once we’d checked in. He arranged a new parasol really quickly when we realised one was broken. He even offered advise on visiting the markets in Pollensa. I would throughly recommend this villa. The setting is beautiful, beds were very comfortable, villa was clean with everything we could need and the pool was huge. This was our first villa holiday as we usually stay in a hotel but we will definitely be back.

A beautiful Villa with the best pool

Pros: We have stayed in Puerto Pollenca many times over the years in different villas, and this was the most beautiful one we have stayed at so far. The property is tucked away in a remote area of Siller but still close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants or beach if needed. We had a car which made it easier when the weather is hot. The villa has 3 good sized airconditioned bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool is very large and easily the best one we have had over the years. It was heated too, which was just bliss to get in and out of. There were enough sun-loungers and umbrellas available and plenty of external seating areas for meals and evening card games etc. There is an external shower room near the pool and also a separate laundry area with washing machine. The host was amazing and lived nearby so was always at hand to come and help if we needed anything. There were lots of lilo's and pool noodles to use throughout our stay as well. We loved the sea views also. Cons: If I had to find fault with the villa, I would say that the WiFi signal is not very strong by the pool or some of the bedrooms, so you'll be using your data allowance up. Also, there is a neighbouring house that has a couple of dogs that can bark at you when entering the gate, which gave us a shock occasionally.

Comfortable authentic Spanish property.

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the private swimming pool. Although we had a car, we also frequently walked to and from the beach at Puerto de Pollensa. One needed to be careful with toddlers due to the stone steps within the property. However, we had no problems as we were extra careful.

Fabulous Villa Piedra

Beautiful villa set in the most fantastic grounds. Lovely pool and comfy sun beds. Lots of places to sit indoor and outdoor. We were blessed being visited by three peacocks almost every day! They wandered around the grounds as if they lived there and we got to hand feed them! Had a few great bbqs and lovely chilled evenings. Great aircon as it was starting to really heat up in the ten days we were there. Towels and bedding changed twice. We walked the 15/20 minute walk to the outskirts of the Port, sometimes getting a taxi back as there was no lighting once outside the grounds. Had an issue one night with the electricity going off, but this was rectified quickly the next morning by Xisco the manager. All in all a wonderful stay.

Amazing pool and garden!

A great location on the edge of the town of Port de Pollença, with an impressive back drop of the mountains which rise up just behind the house. We walked to the seafront in 20 minutes. Stunningly beautiful mature gardens. The best and biggest pool we’ve ever had in a holiday rental. An excellent built in charcoal bbq. Loads of options to sit outside in shade or sun. The house interior is more basic, but clean, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms. A resident hen or cockerel, not sure which, who we named Sid. Highly recommended. The water supply was a bit temperamental as it would sometimes go off for a few minutes for no obvious reason.

Great value, incedible scenery and great host!

Pros: The views from the villa are absolutley incredible and the gardens are so beautiful with lots of trees, bushes, cacti, flowers and everything that keeps it as a secluded get away. The bedrooms were so good for sleeping with low lighting, comfy beds, and extra bedding if needed it kept us asleep for 10-12 hours each night which was a holiday in itself! The house has some really nice features, lots of stone to keep it cool and plenty of kitchen utensils to make food and have drinks. We used the BBQ 3 times and tested out dining in many of the outside seating areas. Of course, the pool was a great bonus, its a big size and we had weather good enough to enjoy the pool most days. The host was there to greet us when we arrived and he provided us with so many great recommendations for walks and places to eat which made for great days out during our stay. It is also not long at all to get to the local supermarket and beach! Highly recommend booking and we will be planning to visit again! Cons: There was nothing that we didn't enjoy, it was 100% what we wanted and more than what we expected - thank you!

Check in sehr unkompliziert.
