A lovely, well equipped, 2 bedroom ground floor apartment situated at the exclusive beachside complex, Park Beach, situated between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Estepona, along the New Golden Mile. The apartment boasts pool views and a private garden, surrounded by mature, well maintained grounds. There are two swimming pools in the complex and the beach is within a 5 minute walk.
Included with the apartment is free WIFI and TV.

Within a short walking distance your can visit the local bars and restaurants or explore the local village of Cancelada. San Pedro, Estepona or Puerto Banus, are only a 10-20 minute drive away., Marbella 25 minutes & Gibralter 50.

Prefer not to drive? .....The buses run regularly along the coastal road, at a very cheap rate!

You can now also walk along the new promenade leading all the way into Estepona, taking in the amazing scenery and enjoying the cafes and restaurants or take part in one of the various water activities along the way. We recently hired cycles and had a very enjoyable time along this route.

Lovely place to stay and very well equipped. Being older we found that there was nothing in reasonable walking distance, except the beach. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Baby friendly apartment close to pool and beach

We stayed with our 10 month old baby in this lovely spacious apartment. We loved the baby friendly pool with a life guard just next to the house. 10 minutes stroll to the beach was easy with the baby buggy. Would recommend it and come again.

Lovely beach property

Perfect location for a beach vacation with teens. Property owner very friendly and helpful. When we arrived for check-in we were told that they didn’t have a booking for that date and the property was not cleaned from previous tenant, which was very stressful, particularly given the language barrier. But once we were settled in we had a nice stay. Parking was easy, the apartment was very comfortable, and our boys could easily walk to the beach or store.

Loved the villa..very clean ..overall very gd..only one point..maybe upgrade the sofa..think it lets the lovely room down..i.e the covers on it ..and the stained white leather.other than that gr8.. Pool area..i am disabled and i found it is not suitable for physically disabled people..walk down n up from pool very bad for me..no hand rail to walk into pool..surrounding beautiful. Lois a fantastic host..so thanku lois..

Park Beach ist eine sehr schöne Anlage aber unsere Wohnung weist einige Mängel auf. Die Couch….Bett … unzumutbar. Bilder und mail verschickt jedoch keine Antwort erhalten was auch zu wünschen übrig lässt.Grüße Hubertz

Please note that the covers on the cream leather sofa are to prevent further discolouration from suncream, and should not be removed. These are regularly laundered. Yet again, another great holiday.

We have been visiting Park Beach for the past 25 years and this is our second visit to Lois` property and it delivers on all fronts. Great garden, close to one of the two swimming pools (great for kids) and close by to a number of really good restaurants in Cancelada. Just been home for a couple of days but, already, looking forward to next year.
