LA VILLA A OBTENU LE «CERTIFICAT D'EXCELLENCE 2017-2018» de TripAdvisor.

La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme appelé Bella Vista avec une vue imprenable sur le Monument Naturel de Los Ajaches et à l'arriÚre-plan, vous pouvez voir les plages de Papagayo. Il est à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la belle plage de sable protégée, Playa Flamingo.

La Villa se compose de 6 chambres doubles et 4 salles de bains réparties sur deux étages:
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un confortable coin salon avec télévision (avec systÚme de diffusion de télévision IPTV (chaßnes telles que Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 et 4, BT Sport 1 et 2, ITV 1, 2, 3 et 4, BBC). 1, 2, 3 et 4 entre autres) et DVD.
Il y a une salle à manger avec air conditionné et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tous les appareils nécessaires, y compris four / plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetiÚre et autres.
En ce qui concerne le confort de dormir, se compose de 2 suites équipées de la climatisation, une avec dressing, 2 chambres à coucher avec deux lits et une salle de bain, les salles de bain avec baignoire / douche, bidet et sÚche-cheveux. La villa a WIFI.

À l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur comprend:

Salon spacieux avec air conditionné de 4800 BTU, TV et console XBOX ONE, avec deux commandes. Terrain de jeux avec table de billard et air hockey. Une chambre double avec lit double et une autre avec deux lits simples. Salle de bain avec douche

Dehors, il y a une salle à manger extérieure trÚs privée avec un barbecue de style canarien qui mÚne à une belle piscine chauffée et un grand jacuzzi.

Lovely villa, within walking distance of a few places to eat. Pool and hot tub were great. Games room was good but a little smelly and I wouldn’t have wanted to be sleeping down there. Some new pillows are needed. The walk up the volcano behind the villa was lovely with panoramic views.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carmen. As a group of 6 adults and 4 children the Villa provided us with all we needed. The pool and outside area is very well positioned with plenty of seating and sunbeds, the games room was a real bonus. The layout of the Villa is perfect for multiple families. It is very well equipped and usable.The communication from the start of our booking to the end was faultless, Sonia and Daniel were of great help and support to our group on our first visit to Lanzarote.We had such a great time that we have booked again for next year.Thank you for the memories Villa Carmen.

Great Villa, well equipped, very clean, games room, hot tub and pool are great additions. We had a couple of issues nothing major ( light bulb and power tripped) Which were sorted out very quickly. Only downstairs was no bars etc in walking distance.

Disappointing

Told not to use downstairs bathroom as will flood. Didn’t use. It flooded. Called liars by manager who was very rude. Spoilt holiday. No access to main house from basement have to go outside. Only one set of keys and we had young children staying so we had to lock the door and give keys to family in basement in case they needed to use the bathroom overnight. Before booking I queried the use of a bathroom in the basement and was assured no issue as shower and toilet there for use. 2 days before we arrived we were advised we could not use the bathroom because of an issue on the urbanisation. No time to source another villa. We didn’t use the bathroom it flooded twice. We were accused of using the bathroom. We hadn’t. They locked the bathroom. It flooded again so obviously wasn’t us! I’ve never been so insulted in my life. It’s is a real shame because the villa could be lovely with better management. Pool and hot tub only cleaned once in a 10 night stay which is against what it says in the survey they ask you to fill in which states should be cleaned every 4 days. Overall a disappointing holiday

Great stay spoiled by flood and sewage.

Hi Sonia, feel a bit disappointed you haven’t had anything to say about the flood and sewage in the downstairs rooms, everything was great until the last couple of days and the downstairs toilet flooded and then the drain outside the downstairs bedroom overflowed and splashed up the walls and stank, not very nice for my son, his partner and 5 year old and 7 month old boys.

Lovely break in a lovely villa

A lovely well needed break in the sunshine. Central to drive to either to the Rubicon Marina or Playa Blanca Town. The villa was spacious comfortable and in a secluded area. Perfect facilities and great to choose either the pool or the hot tub. The games room was fab as well.We loved it there and hope to return. Gerry was very friendly and really knowledgeable, about the island and made sure we knew how to work everything in the villa.It was great to be able to use the washing machine as well meaning i just had to unpack when we got home.

Our arrival was excellent, we were greeted by Gerry who was lovely. The villa was lovely and clean, and everything we expected. Our only negatives were that we did not have hot water for two days and continued to have issues with delays in hot water. Another issue was the heat pump for the pool had a slight crack which caused a few leaks. A final issue was the dishwasher, we had to purchase salt and rinse aid as well as further dishwasher tablets, and the plates/drinks still came out dirty quite often.

Villa Carmen is situated in a quiet area with stunning views. Small supermarket 5 mins walk away. 35 mins walk into the main part of Playa Blanca. We made full use of the pool and hot tub and the games room was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Amazing Villa

Spent 8 fantastic nights in this beautiful villa the owner Sonia was so helpful right from when we first made contact. Villa is stunning in a quiet location with fantastic games room downstairs for the kids very clean throughout. Everything you’d ever need for a wonderful holiday. Would recommend car hire. Definitely stay here again.

Property needed a deep clean. 2 Bedrooms in basement had no access from main villa.Not suitable for children Condition of sunbeds very poor and not as advertised.Bathroom in main bedroom had no seperation from main sleeping are and in our opinion was not hygenic as the wall did not go up to the ceiling.

Lovely large property, well maintained with lots of activities. Good sized outside area and large games room. Nicely decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing break. Quiet residential area, with mini market close by. 40 minute walk down hill to central Playa Blanca. Dead easy to order a taxi if not up for the walk. Communication before stay was excellent and handover by Manager friendly and comprehensive. Great holiday rental for adults and older children. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous Villa

We were very happy with Villa Carmen. It was modern and clean with everything that was described in the advertising. The fantastic games room entertained the kids every evening plus the adults enjoyed the darts and pool table. The hot tub was an added luxury and the heated pool. There was a lovely complementary gift of toiletries in each of the 6 bedrooms plus wine, milk, bread jams and butter to start us off. The host Daniel was very nice and helpful on our arrival. My only suggestion for improving the facilities in the bedrooms would be to have king size duvets on the larger double beds instead of two small individual duvets plus they were quite thin so we felt a bit cold some nights. We doubled up for the little kids with two spare duvets and they were more comfortable. The beds are very comfortable as we're the bed pillows and there were plenty on each bed. The location is within short walking distance of the Montana Roja and the views are lovely. Ten minute walk will get you to the bus stop to catch the local 30 bus which takes you all around Playa Blanca for 1 euro 40 cents each or taxis are very reasonable too. No reason to hire a car unless you want to go further. The nearest beach is Flamingo Bay and takes 30 mins to walk there. We will definitely be back ❀

Great base for a relaxing break

Perfect place to unwind for 6 hard working friends. Enough space to have down time, good facilities for group time. We loved it.

All that we needed for our family of 12..6 adults 4 teenagers and 11 and 8 yr old. Gerry and Dan very helpful and quick to respond to one problem. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Carmen. One minor point a few more wine glasses/flutes would be nice. We would recommend this property and certainly consider it for another stay in Player Blanca Thank you to the hosts. We had an incredible week in your lovely home to celebrate our Golden wedding.

Great sized villa

The villa interior was very large, modern and spacious. The downstairs games area was a massive hit with our 2 teens. The outside space had plenty of sun loungers and the pool and hot tub were great. The Villa location is a bit of a distance away from the centre of Playa Blanca if you wanted to walk. We had a hire car but taxis arrive quickly when called or there are plenty of electric scooters around. A small complaint was that the floors were a bit grubby on arrival and there was a used tissue under the bedside table in the main bedroom. A bigger issue was the really bad smell that came & went from the bathrooms both up & downstairs. We did contact the villa management who promptly sent out a plumber. He had a quick look at the bathrooms but nothing was actually done and although he said he would report back to the Villa management, we heard nothing else and the smell persisted. We had to stop using the en suite shower and use the other bathroom as the smell was so bad after we used it & we had to buy scented candles to mask the smell. Apart from the issue with the smell, we did enjoy our stay at Villa Carmen.
