Thanksgiving Weekend Stay
Pros: Excellent location. Very Clean. Responsive owners. Cons: Neighbors seem angry at VRBO located next door. They parked their truck right on the edge of the property's drive way with a sign on it that read parking for street residents only. (No city or official signs to back this up.) Kitchen essentials, pots, pans, dishes, storage items need refreshing.

Great house!
The house was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to provide some instructions on using the tvs. We ultimately figured it out but it took quite a bit of trial and error. We’re already talking about another trip to Charlotte and we hope to stay in this house again.

A true gem in the Queen City
This was one of the few properties I’ve visited that exceeded expectations. Amazing location close to downtown. Comfortable beds and well appointed furniture. I highly recommend.

Beautiful!
My friends and I came to Charlotte to celebrate a wedding. Our hosts were super communicative and let us know as soon as our booking was ready (as we'd requested an early check in). We were no more than 10 minutes to anywhere we needed to be for wedding festivities. There was enough space for us 6 adults to spend the weekend without being on top of each other and the home was beautiful! The ONLY complaints (out of their control) are 1. The lights outside 2 of the bedroom windows were motion censored. Because it was super windy, they flashed on and off a lot during the night. 2. The train ran through during both of our nights there and woke up a couple of the girls. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

This property is in walking distance to downtown and they recently put a trolley line in one block away making getting around town much easier.

This neighborhood has seen a boom of new houses and renovated houses over the past several years. When we leave the suburbs this will be the home we live in!

We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed renovating and decorating it.

What makes this property unique

It's near downtown but also near a small college that has a running track open to the public. Being near the college helps with safety and the neighbors are very welcoming.
