The property was amazing and perfect for our family celebration. The game room was especially popular and gave all ages plenty of entertainment and a bit of nostalgia with the classic arcade. The views were breath taking from every level! We cannot wait to come back again!

The property was beautiful and we were very happy with it. The living room furniture was worn out, but I did discuss with the owner and she said they will check it and get it replaced. The owner was quick, responsive, kind and helpful. I would absolutely rent from them again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our family chose this cabin for our Kelly Family Retreat, and it turned out to be the perfect place for us to gather, relax, laugh, and create some unforgettable memories together.The cabin was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals, and the amenities throughout the cabin made our stay extremely comfortable.We especially enjoyed having the pool, hot tub, game and gathering areas, and beautiful mountain surroundings. Whether we were spending time together as a group or simply relaxing and enjoying the scenery, the cabin gave us exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for.The host was very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the attention given to making sure we had what we needed during our stay.If you’re looking for a beautiful mountain cabin for a family reunion, retreat, group getaway, or just a relaxing vacation, we highly recommend this cabinThank you for helping make Kelly Family Retreat ’26 such a memorable experience!!

We brought our family together to enjoy a week at Mountain Pause Retreat. The cabin comfortably fit 18 people ranging in age from 5 to 76. We had an issue with internet, but the owners were extremely responsive, helping us to troubleshoot until Xfinity could get a tech out to fix it. They even offered up another cabin (which happened to be empty) to watch the World Cup finals. The views are fantastic and daily bear sightings were so much fun. We would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to enjoy the Smoky Mountains.

I loved this stay. Beautiful location - We hosted an intimate wedding across the street in the chapel and it was gorgeous. The rooms were lovely, communal areas spacious, we saw lots of wildlife including bears and the views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking. Karolina allowed me to check in a tiny bit early, which was wonderful as we have young children who were very tired. The cabin was the perfect place for our special ocassion and we will definitely be returning! Thank you so much.

Carlos and Karolina are excellent owners. They gave us great information and answered all of our questions.Their house is exactly as advertised.The only "negative", and this was our fault not their fault. We had not been to the area before and didn't realize the travel time between Pigeon Forge and the house. It was 30 minutes each time. That doesn't sound like much but it was for us.However, the place was excellent and so are the owners. The views of the mountains are beautiful.I would highly recommend renting from Carlos and Karolina.

The views are incredible! We saw a a lot of bear and had no issues. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, crock pots, etc. except for Tupperware containers. AC unit worked well. There are two refrigerators -one on two different floors. IGA grocery store 20 minutes away. Steep narrow drive to get to the house. A lot to do in the area. Very responsive host.

As well as being able to make home cooked meals in the well-equipped, large kitchen and large private charcoal BBQ grill for large groups right in front, sure make any stay extra special. Our guests sure also enjoy the large pavilion with wood fire place just a 1 minute walk from the cabin and great views, with plenty of seating. We hope everyone arrived home safe and sound. My family and I had a wonderful early Christmas together here this past week! The cabin is very nice and comfy! (and was decorated for the upcoming holidays) The views are amazing! The kitchen is super well stocked with cooking appliances, dishes and silverware! All we needed was our food! The cabin Hosts were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly!! Also, check-in and out was a breeze!

Check in and out process was seamless. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Location of the home in the complex was super convenient right across from the pool and gym. We were across from the bear den so saw the bears a lot. Overall Great vacation!
