Perfect location, condo is beautiful & very clean. Very convenient to pool & beach. Pier park very close, shopping & restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation. Would book it again. The host, Kerry is super nice!

It was a wonderful location on the 1st floor next to everything. One block from Pier Park was an excellent bonus. The private parking spot was extremely nice as well!!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The location is perfect — walking distance to restaurants and attractions with the pool and beach right off the balcony. Loved the convenience of being on the first floor and having a reserved parking spot. Excellent communication with the owner. Master bedroom mattress was a dream to sleep on!

Amazing family vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. First floor was very convenient to the pools and beach access. Being next to pier park was great for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time here! The place felt so welcoming and comfortable, and the little touches made it extra special. We have stayed at this condo a couple of times throughout the years and would happily stay again! Kerry is very attentive and helpful should you need anything!

Location is everything because time is precious while on vacation! We love not waiting on elevators, handling beach supplies (and food:) over the balcony, and the handy reserved beachside parking spot waiting for our guests. Glad you had a great stay, and come back soon! We appreciate you!

We are so fortunate to have "lucked out" with the best location at Calypso when we purchased this condo before it was even built...based on a model in the Realtor's lobby! To top it off, we purchased a reserved VIP parking space under the condo so you never have to spend time looking for a spot. This one's yours! Glad you'll stay again!

Condo was excellent overall! Thank you! Just a few notes for the owner that could be better for the next guest. Likely end of season minor maintenance issues. 1. The balcony door is nearly impossible to open and close. Like seriously every single time and if we didn’t have men with us we simply would not have been able to open and close either door. Literally had to get a pair of pliers from the toolbox to lock and unlock them. 2. Dishwasher filter need cleaned, it doesn’t wash well at all. 3. More bath towels could be available for that many guests. Not even enough wash cloths for everyone without washing loads every single day. 4. The door code is soooooooooo long it was a joke all week and the pin pad doesn’t work well either, an upgrade would be great. It became a challenge to see who could get it within the first three attempts. Lol Just kind of a hassle. 5. The TVs were weird and took millennials to figure out how to disconnect them together streaming from roku and we had to buy batteries for the remotes. 6. Beach chair situation is definitely NOT as described in communications. Definitely not first row, last row 4 rows deep far away, so we never even used them. The beach chair man said “there’s a new sheriff in town” so owners description of chair situation doesn’t matter. Not a big deal bc we used the well stocked beach chairs instead at the shoreline, but would’ve been nice for elderly mother in law to have the option of a shade umbrella somewhere near the vicinity.
