Located in one of the most panoramic points of the city, the villa "La Saia" offers a hospitable refuge for all those who want relaxation and tranquility without sacrificing comfort. Just 500m from the Eurialo castle, built by the tyrant Dionigi to protect the Epipoli plateau, the villa is surrounded by greenery and includes private parking. It is about 15 minutes by car from the picturesque island of Ortigia, the historic center of the city and its location allows you to easily reach the most suggestive seaside areas of eastern Sicily.
The apartment consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and small walk-in closet, a second double bedroom with ceiling fan, two bathrooms with hydromassage shower, eat-in kitchen complete with dishes and washing machine and a living area with sofa and TV . Free wi-fi, beach umbrella and a rich library are also available. A porch with aromatic plants leads to the barbecue area, where our guests can delight in cooking the delicacies of Sicily. The adjacent solarium is the ideal location to enjoy a good glass of wine, read, tan, relax or cool off in the outdoor shower. Do not miss the panoramic sea view terrace.
Located in one of the most panoramic spots in the city, the villa "La Saia" is a cozy shelter for those seeking relaxation and tranquility without renouncing to comfort. La Saia is just 500m away from the Eurialo Castle, built by tyrant Dionigi to protect the upland of Epipoli. Moreover, it is surrounded by lush vegetation and includes a private parking. A 15 minutes drive will get you to the picturesque Ortigia, the old town center. La Saia is ideally located in a position that allows to reach some of the most beautiful beaches (both sandy and stone) in the Eastern Sicily.
The apartment consists of: a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning as well as a small walk-in wardrobe; a second bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan; two bathrooms with hydromassage shower cabin; a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a living room with a sofa and the TV. Furthermore, there is free Wi-Fi, beach umbrella and a vast choice of books you can borrow. A porch with aromatic herbs leads to a barbecue at your disposal to cook delicious food with local delicacies. The adjacent solarium instead is the perfect place where to taste a glass of wine, read, sunbathe, relax or refresh in the open air shower. Maria and her family amazing

Villa very well equipped, I wanted to make a proper meal for my daughter and everything was there. Very clean, and so much helpful advice for us. We only spoke English but Maria made sure we could find everything we needed. Definitely recommend very highly.

Une belle rencontre avec Maria qui nous a partagé l’amour qu’elle a pour son pays. Une maison paisible avec un espace extérieur pour prendre les petits déjeuner et apéritif et profiter de la terrasse de toi avec vue sur Syracuse. Maria est à l’écoute, nous a fourni un modem portable pour le wifi suite à notre demande, il y a beaucoup de livres sur les sites à visiter avec leurs histoires. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Pur con tutte le comodità, una esperienza fuori dal tempo

Vacanza ricca di scoperte e di soddisfazioni per mente e corpo: la casa confortevole e silenziosa, con buoni spazi completo equipaggiamento ed un meraviglioso piccolo giardino rigoglioso per cene notturne con vista valle, sconfinata fino a mare, Ortigia e Plemmirio a sud . Casa entro un piccolo complesso padronale, ben separato dalla provinciale , contraddistinta da una unica combinazione di memorie storiche millenarie circostanti , natura locale ricca e multiforme, ed isolamento pur in vicinanza di servizi e strade. La proprietaria sig.ra Maria gentile ed efficiente, molto discreta: da non mancare di chiederle e le storie dei luoghi, che molto appronditamente conosce ed apprezza, e i consigli pratici su località, consuetudini, cibi ed acquisti - una guida sensibile per il turista non troppo massificato. Ovunque intorno, la bellezza del paesaggio sopra Siracusa, dalla zona chiamata Belvedere -non a caso: viste splendide ad ogni ora di giorno e notte, aperte sulle grandi lontananze . Tutti i servizi entro pochi km e cibo locale sempre ottimo, spesso vere delizie. Poi Siracusa e provincia, con tutta la loro vita e complessità mai abbastanza esplorate, con qualche bella novità ad ogni visita, negli anni
