Beautiful Views and Well Suited for Large Groups

16 adults on a ski trip stayed here. There was no problems whatsoever with fitting everyone into this home. It also have very nice amenities and views that we all enjoyed.

Breck Fall Golf Getaway

This is an absolutely amazing property that is perfectly set-up to host a larger group. We utilized it for an annual golf getaway and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Sally and team were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We'll be back!

Amazing Home with Amenities

It's not often you find a home that can accommodate 13 adults and 2 kids for an extended family vacation. All the rooms were perfect and the kitchen was incredible to cook in. Didn't have to worry about a thing. Sitting on the couch, looking out on the moutains through the open panoramic patio door of the living room provided one of the best views from the home. The management company was extremely helpful and responsive.

Incredible Views & Cozy Space

Sally's place was wonderful. The space was immaculate, every room was stocked with what we needed and the views are out of this world. Sally was very communicative and quick to address any questions we had prior to and during our visit. I highly recommend the Forest Hills VRBO to anyone looking for a mountain getaway in a beautiful location.

Great property with amazing, 180 degree views! Also allowed us accommodations for one extra night due to weather! We were bummed that the hot tub was not ready for use on arrival, but the hot tub service company was very friendly and quick to help. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Work Retreat

We had a group of 14 adults for a work retreat. This property was perfect with each couple having their own room and bathroom. The view was amazing. We saw elk right outside the back door in the evening. There was plenty of space to spread out and work and the town was so close for shopping and activities for the spouses while we worked. We would definitely go back again!

Good rental

The house was amazing and had all the amenities you would want. We had 17 people and there was more than enough room. The only negative was the hot tub maintenance person came on our last day and treated the hot tub and it turned the water yellow so we wouldn’t use it. I called the property manager and no return call. Other than that a great stay!

Fabulous

Oh that view! We had a wonderful stay at the Aspen View house. The aspens around the house were popping with vibrant color. The house had plenty of room to stretch out. The double dishwashers were appreciated as we make all of our meals when we do a friends weekend. The space itself is so comfortable and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and the king sized beds throughout the house - a feature that is hard to find in rental houses. Movies were watched in the comfy theatre and lots of games were played on the tables throughout the house.

We had 15 people (7 couples, 1 single), and everyone had their own room which included their own bathroom. We selected this house for its location, close to town but private and that each bedroom was like its own mini suite with its own bathroom. We loved the views, the stocked kitchen, the game room and the hot tub. There was space for everyone, including the dog. The house exceeded expectations and we would absolutely come again. A great vacation made even better by a great house!

Beautiful house; Even better than the pictures

Absolutely amazing house with beautiful views. We had a girls weekend and there was more than enough room for everyone. The bathrooms were very nice and the shuttle extremely convenient for getting to/from the mountain. The kitchen was also very large and super functional. The only issue was there were no curtains or blinds in the bedrooms, but because it is a new house, I assume they just haven't been installed yet. We also couldn't figure out how to connect our computer to the projector in the movie room, but we were able to do it in the living room. I definitely recommend this house for anyone with a large group/family looking to stay in a beautiful home in Breck. It was affordable for a large group to split and we will definitely be back!!

Even better than expected

Decided to take my family (kids & spouses plus grandkids, 10 total) on a Christmas vacation that they’d remember. So we wanted everything to be perfect. The house was even better than we expected. Everything was as advertised but the pictures don’t do it Justice. Mountain View is better in person than the pictures show. Other than your food, there is nothing you could need that you won’t find in the kitchen or the house. We spent 5 nights and when we left there were still plenty of things we regret that we never had a chance to do. My wife loved the kitchen because it was plenty big enough for the entire family to help cook group meals. Kelly was a joy to work with. We showed up a few minutes early while she was still checking the house to make final adjustments. She stuck around to walk us through everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. One night the county announced potential rolling brown outs and even though we didn’t experience any, Kelly made a special trip to the house to bring us flashlights and several spare batteries. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out the price included a minimum of 4 but up to 6 uses of a local van service to the ski lifts or anywhere else in town you want to go. If you’ve ever tried to park in Breck you’ll understand. Also has a driveway and backyard snow clearing service that came 2-3 times during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a house in Breck.

We have taken family vacations for 15 years, and this was one of the best houses we have rented. It was spacious for the 15 of us, clean, and by far the best stocked house we have been in. The view was spectacular! When we had an issue with the hot tub, Sally had someone look at it the next day. Wonderful host!

And after falling in love with the town, the people, the skiing and the mountains, we decided to build our own home. Now we have a few rental properties so that we can share that experience with others.

We purchased this home because we fell in love with the views, the space and the closeness to Breck. It has a quiet private feel while only being minutes away from the best skiing and downtown activities.
It's the perfect space for a big family vacation or a company retreat. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom so there's plenty of privacy, but there's a big great room, theater room and game room to gather too!
