We had the whole extended family stay at this beautiful house over Thanksgiving week. The entire experience was superlative!To start, Sally was the best VRBO host we have ever encountered. Her return emails were prompt and very instructive. The directions to the house and the amenities within the home were excellent.This house had plenty of room for our whole family, kids and all, and is stocked with anything one might need in the kitchen, game room, and elsewhere. The hot-tub was welcoming every day. The view from the main floor and all the bedrooms is fantastic. The kitchen has double everything (dish washers, counters, garbage, etc.). That really made it nice for a larger group!One of our party is paraplegic and it is one of the reasons we chose this house. It has all the services to assist the handicapped down to the details; elevator, bathtub and shower support bars and easy-in and out, no curbs to block shower access, vanities with a recess underneath for wheelchair access, etc. The best on VRBO we have ever encountered. Even the theater room allowed for wheelchair access.Some VRBOs state "wheelchair access" but are not ADA. This house is NOT that. It was truly accommodating and the designers certainly planned for this.The shuttle to the town runs all the time and they were easy to contact and schedule. We took several trips.We will certainly go again if just for the magnificent view every day all day.

We have taken family vacations for 15 years, and this was one of the best houses we have rented. It was spacious for the 15 of us, clean, and by far the best stocked house we have been in. The view was spectacular! When we had an issue with the hot tub, Sally had someone look at it the next day. Wonderful host!

Almost perfect

Fantastic property for out week at Breck. It was everything shown and more. We once wanted to crank up the fire pit but it was out of LP gas. If this is all I could complain about... I would say it was a wonderful week.

Book it now, you won't be disappointed!

Not sure if you can find a better property than this in all of Breckenridge. BEAUTIFUL view, great house, super responsive and friendly host, and nearly perfect location. I would share some negatives, but I cannot think of any. If you're considering Breck- look no further!

Great ski house for multiple families

We had a father son trip, 5 dads and 9 kids. The place was great to spend time together and also give the kids their own space in either the theatre room or game room. The private shuttle to and from the resort lifts made it feel like a ski in/ski out. Great views of the mountain and resort. Our host Sally was responsive and accommodating.

Amazing Home with Amenities

It's not often you find a home that can accommodate 13 adults and 2 kids for an extended family vacation. All the rooms were perfect and the kitchen was incredible to cook in. Didn't have to worry about a thing. Sitting on the couch, looking out on the moutains through the open panoramic patio door of the living room provided one of the best views from the home. The management company was extremely helpful and responsive.

Spectacular property and view!

We had a group of 15 adults. This property was absolutely perfect! The views are incredible, and the house had everything you could ask for. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and large cooktop stove with 6 burners, two dishwashers, double oven, separate coffee area. Plenty of space for cooking large group meals without getting in each other’s way. Beautiful deck, yard, living room, theater room,great for watching football or movies. Very quiet area and close to town too. Highly recommend! The property manager Sally was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Lots of wonderful memories made!

The property exceeded our expectations! Everything was exceptional, beds, furniture, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom facilities, family areas, (we had lots of family). Room sizes, amenities. Outdoor area was just as fantastic! Perfect for our grandkids. We attended the annual duck race, we hiked to rainbow lake in Frisco. Will definitely be back!

Stunning view of Breckenridge

This home had something for everyone in our group! From the backyard play set/trampoline to the game room to the movie theater, our family of 13 loved staying at Aspen View!! And the stunning view has to be one of the best in Breckenridge! The home was well stocked and even had an elevator for me which was nice given my disability and the three levels. The home owner and property manager were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

La casa está muy linda y funcional , tiene una vista preciosas a la montaña y cerca del pueblo si tienes coche, sino estaría difícil de llegar. Pero eso na casa grande espaciosa y muy cómoda solo para mi le falta decoración y muebles que te ayuden con el tema de guarda ropa envés de poner racks podrían poner muebles más funcionales pero fuera ese detalle todo estuvo fenomenal !

It was amazing. The house was perfectly suited for our family of 15! All three of our generations loved it. The views from the home were absolutely stunning…truly… We would all sit in the common area and have to pinch ourselves thinking about the heavenly views we were surrounded by. 5 Star Stay in Breck

This was the perfect house for our family gathering of 12 to enjoy the New Year! The views are spectacular and the floor plan of the house worked great for our big group. We loved having the theatre room for football bowl games and the shuttle that got us to and from the slopes every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property! I highly recommend!

Breath taking views combined with ample amount of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate your needs, this is it! Every bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom plus two additional "powder rooms" one of which is also a full bathroom. There was only one tiny downside and that was that only two of the bathrooms had soap. We had to use shampoo as soap so you may want to bring you own. Even with that - it was well worth it! I would love to go back!

Great Breckenridge retreat

This house was amazing, great location close to town, beautifully stocked kitchen and great views throughout the house. Perfect for a family ski trip or relaxing get away and enjoying the views. I’d love to visit again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay!

Thank you for providing such an amazing stay for our family of 16 for the Thanksgiving holiday! Our group ranged in age from 14 to 93 and everyone had a great time! The elevator was so helpful for our granddad who can no longer walk up and down stairs. When Ryan stopped by to walk us through use of the elevator he was so kind and he noted he would be available if we needed anything. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The bedrooms all had plenty of room with great views, and it was so nice that every room had a private bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware for our large group, and all of the cookware needed to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. The dining table easily sat our entire group. The amenities were second to none. The hot tub was great and a wonderful way to relax. The game room provided hours of entertainment. The movie room was fantastic and it was perfect for watching football and movies. Our family has rented several properties for Thanksgiving over the years and this was definitely our favorite place. We would love to stay again!

Hello, we are the Simpsons. We own and operate three rental homes in Breckenridge. We rented a vacation home for years in Breck. And after falling in love with the town, the people, the skiing and the mountains, we decided to build our own home. Now we have a few rental properties so that we can share that experience with others.

We purchased this home because we fell in love with the views, the space and the closeness to Breck. It has a quiet private feel while only being minutes away from the best skiing and downtown activities.
It's the perfect space for a big family vacation or a company retreat. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom so there's plenty of privacy, but there's a big great room, theater room and game room to gather too!
