Villa Argemonia was built in 2017 and is located in Tatinje Bay, the most beautiful part of the island of Čiovo, 3.2 km from the ancient city of Trogir.
The unique Mediterranean surroundings give this private villa the spirit of the traditional island life combined with ultimate contemporary elegance and luxury.

The property has a private entrance and a parking area for 5 vehicles and is situated just 30 meters from the small beach. The grounds at this stunning villa feature a private infinity swimming pool, children’s playground, a garden and a shaded pergola. The terrace area surrounding the pool and the upper lounge terrace are equipped with luxurious and comfortable sunbathing loungers, LCD and sound system. You will also find a lovely dining set for ten and a barbeque. Wi-Fi and parking are free. We can arrange pick up/drop off to/from the airport.
The bright and elegant living room and sitting area are exquisitely furnished with designer furniture, lighting and carpets. Both have access to the terrace and the swimming pool and overlook the sea. There is a Jacuzzi bath in the living room extension. Guests can also enjoy the fully equipped gym and modern sauna.
The open plan formal dining space connects with a modern, very well equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio and the barbecue area. The large outdoor dining table by the swimming pool is perfect for all day sea breeze dining.
There are four uniquely designed double bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated in the living room. Each room was named after one of the islands visible from the terrace of the house and designed in the spirit of the visual identity of the island it was named after.
Each room has a luxury bathroom, all of them have a view of the sea and two of the rooms have a terrace.

Fabulous!

Our family of 4 had a fabulous time at Villa Argemonia. Perfect location away from all the major tourist areas in a house that has everything you could possibly want. Every detail has been thought of including bathrobes for all guests, gifts of drinks with a fruit basket and importantly the kitchen pantry had all the basic items you need for cooking. Vinka was always responsive to any of our needs and made us feel at home. Do yourself a favour and book this property!

A Home Away from Home

Villa Argemonia wasn’t just a place to stay; it felt like our own seaside retreat from the very first day. The villa is ideally situated, just a few steps down to the sea or a brief 3-minute walk to a tiny sandy bay. What truly sets this place apart is its spectacular view of the bay against a backdrop of undisturbed greenery—such a rare sight compared to more built-up areas. The villa itself is a haven of comfort. Every corner of the house is maintained in pristine condition, with tasteful decorations and high-quality finishes that made us feel we were living in luxury. The design perfectly bridges indoor and outdoor living with all its comforts. Staying at Villa Argemonia was like being at home—only better. Every aspect of our experience was imbued with a sense of luxury and ease that made our vacation truly memorable.

Wonderful stay!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner. Vinka had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with some beverages - beer as well as juice. There was also a huge bowl of fresh - pineapple, kiwi, watermelon, grapes etc. on the table as well as peanuts in a bowl. The house is a "smart" house so Vinka walked us through the process of using the ipad. The kitchen was well appointed and had premium appliances. The pool was great and the vistas amazing. We were very pleased with the entire experience. We were a group of 7 adults and we had ample space for all. Host, accommodations and vistas were amazing. We highly recommend this place. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön, in ruhiger Lage und mit hochwertigem Inventar ausgestattet. Es ist alles super modern und auch die sogenannte „Smart Home“ Technology ist top. Die Lage ist fast direkt am Wasser - wirklich nur 30m entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Vinka, der Gastgeberin war einfach, sie hat immer schnell und vor allem sehr höflich geantwortet. Ich kann das Haus und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank.

PERFECT VILLA FOR BOTH KIDS AND ADULTS

I will start with saying that out 10 days stay at this beautiful villa was just amazing and incomparable to any previous experiences of renting vacation homes. This villa has everything you need for perfect vacation whether you are traveling with kids or adults only. The house itself is very spacious and all of our 5 kids found a cozy spot for themselves. All high end finishes and beautiful thoughtful design makes your vacation unforgettable and unique. It is conveniently located from public beach (5 mins drive) and charming Trogir town. I loved that we also had direct access to the sea only 30 meters from villa and did snorkeling every day. There is no chlorine in the pool which is very safe and great for kids with allergy. Both managers are amazing hosts and very responsive professionals. They responded to any requests within 10 minutes and were extremely accommodating and helpful with any needs at any time. The area itself is very safe and there is no need to worry about your belongings. I am definitely recommending this villa for happy, safe, and problem free vacation!

Beautiful Villa with all modern comforts, wonderful hosts

We were a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children staying in this beautiful villa for one week. Let me tell you, we wanted to stay much longer. The villa is really a labor of love of the owner, he has painstakingly seen to every detail to make it truly perfect. We enjoyed the pool with swim jets for swimming as well as massage jets, the indoor jacuzzi. I personally enjoyed having a gym to have a quick morning workout to counteract the good Croatian food and wine. The rooms are 5 star standard, with huge king size beds, sumptuous linens and White company toiletries as well as wonderful balconies with breathtaking views. This is a beautiful house, steps away from some lovely coves for swimming. The owner was wonderful, very responsive and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We all concluded this is a 5 star experience. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and we look forward to our next visit.

Our journey across the seven seas ended in a small bay of Tatinje, an idyllic oasis where the clear blue Adriatic Sea kisses the amazing skyline of the island of Čiovo.
There was no doubt this would be a perfect spot for our villa Argemonia; named after wind-rose plant (lat. Papaver argemone) and located in a magical Mediterranean landscape, just a few steps from the beach.
