Really easy access to head north to get to the beach.... or south. Country grocery store in town and Safeway only 6 miles away. Floorplan is so cool, decor is lovely. Kept up well and was very private. We had issues with all the spiders.....inside and out. Didn't even want to use the outside chairs or the hottub......covered in spiders. Really should've been some bug spray or even a fly swatter. Was awesome having a TV in every room! Just like home! Someone left the weber grill disgusting, but we cleaned it and used it. Massive freezer in the kitchen didn't work but there's a garage fridge with a little freezer. Would be nice if they provided ice. Never went golfing.....didn't know where it was and could only find one club. Master bed is very comfy.....slept well. Quiet neighborhood. We totally enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
My husband, myself and in-laws were visiting the coast and thought this would be a good jumping off point for our plans.
Pros: location (for us) is pretty central on the coast; large space which is great for a big group
My MIL and I both used the term "neglected"-it felt like a place someone bought and then just whenever they get a bite from renters they rent it out. Not a ton of recent reviews so maybe that says something... Basic items were missing- no waste basket in the first floor bathroom, no hand soap, busted curtain/shade in the master, missing/dead light bulbs here and there. Broken things, distressed furniture/woodwork-basically just looks like no one is keeping up with the home which isn't what you want to see when you're renting vacation homes.
We didn't use the two other rooms on the 3rd floor so I can't speak to those. Kitchen/dining/living room were good and decently stocked.
Cleanliness was also less than desirable, which looking back its only a $100 fee and for a house that big does not seem adequate so I guess overall the listing is a "you get what you pay for" experience. I try to use hotels over rentals when I can as they are more standardized and reliable, but we have done rentals a lot when with other people and this was bottom 2 experiences of the many I have stayed in over the years.
Spent 4 days with family for post Covid. House was perfect setup, 4 bdrm, 3-1/2 bath. Plenty of space to cook & relax. Easy drive to beach. Great place.
The house was nice, beautiful view, and big enough for our group. It was nice to have everyone together and a big kitchen to cook meals. We had brought a very nice big pan to use based on other reviews that said there were not enough cooking pots. We forgot it along with a brand new fire stick. Several attempts went unanswered.
Good layout for family, but a bit dirty and rundown. A little bit of TLC could make this home better. Nice large kitchen, but smelled like dogs in the home.
This home was very beautiful and incredibly spacious! We were close to other family members that we were visiting. One issue we had was that there wasn’t enough cookware. One of our family members needed to buy pans so that we could cook larger meals. But overall, a very nice trip.
Pretty cool set up for socializing with all the amenities of a commercial like kitchen. Builders did a great job with floor joists. Couldn't hear people walking around during quiet times. Only downside was the lp tank was empty and couldn't utilize the fireplace. Definitely will stay again
Nice home with great location. Good for our group of eight with space for all to have privacy. Beautiful view of Netarts Bay and we enjoyed the backyard area. Nice private drive. The house is in need of some simple repairs that may have been overlooked by a management company. Broken chair arm, broken chair leg (kinda dangerous actually, but was pushed in the corner), loose cabinet doors, barely a drip of water pressure in the downstairs shower, slight leak around half bath toilet. Etc. Also, even though there is a cleaning fee you have to wash and put away all the dishes and wash the towels. Not a big deal but some of my guests complained. One thing about the description in the ad though, where was the three hole golf course? We searched high and low in the area., keep in mind if you took three level home with no bedrooms on the middle living level. Good to know if you have elderly guests. Overall good stay and I think we would be back if the house was giving a little TLC.
Heather was great to work with. She is very responsive to messages and made the check in very easy.
There is a lot space for two families. The condo is needing some TLC and I shared with Heather the house needs a good deep cleaning.
This is my second time in these houses up on the hill, and I love them. Heather is always helpful and responsive. The views from the master bedroom and the main living room are wonderful. The kitchen is huge and well arranged for groups to cook and socialize. I look forward to returning!

Disappointed
I have been staying in vacation rentals along the Oregon Coast for many years. I would not rent this home again. Not up to par for my taste.

I don't leave reviews but this time I had to..
Upon arrival, the front door to the house was wide open. The house was dirty and reeked of wet dog. Crumbs on the table, spiders throughout the house (literally killed 5 a day minimum), cobweb covered windows (I'd include a photo if it allowed), lint covered sheets, stains on the comforters, bulbs out in the bathroom (which were replaced after we mentioned it) and towards the end of our stay we realized our freezer wasn't freezing (they did bring us a deep freezer to put in the garage). We've stayed in Netarts for the past 15 years in various homes and we came down for a family get together and this was our worst experience yet. We have never yet had such a dirty house. The management (Heather) is great and we appreciate all that she did to make our stay better however, something got overlooked this time and we won't be staying at this home again. Wasn't worth the money for 8 nights...

Labor Day Weekend in Netarts
If your goal is to enjoy Netarts and the Three Capes this property hits the sweet spot. It is basically Ground Zero for the bay, Oceanside, etc. The accommodations are big enough for a medium group to spread out including kids. We mostly ate in and the kitchen worked for that (could use a bigger pasta pot). Plenty of bathroom acreage. Bring your own movies.
