Renovated in 2017, has an area of ​​100 sqm, lake-view terrace, kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
In one room there is a double bed and a cot for small children, in the other there is a double bed and a single bed. The large terrace is furnished with chairs and garden table. It is located in the historic center of Limone sul Garda, 50 meters from the lake. The covered car park is in the immediate vicinity (100 mt approx.).

Gastfreundschaft pur!

Gastfreundschaft pur! Eines vorweg: eine solche hervorragende Gastfreundschaft habe ich noch nie erlebt! Die gesamte Familie kümmert sich um alles. Sogar Brötchen werden morgens gratis gebracht. Herzlichen Dank Francesco! Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt aufgeteilt, zwei vollwertige Badezimmer eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein fast 10 m langer Balkon mit Sicht auf den Gardasee. Die Lage ist zentral und damit fantastisch. Nur wenige bergab zum Wasser (Promenade).Die Wohnung kann man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Alles in allem: zehn Punkte von zehn.

die Wohnung ist ein traum , der vermieter ist super nett, jeden morgen gab es Brötchen , Parkplatz Karte war auch dabei... man kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen … vielen danke für den schönen Urlaub...wir waren so begeister und traurig das der Urlaub so schnell vorbei geht. wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben in der Altstadt von Limone, modern eingerichtet und mit allem was Wichtig ist ausgestattet. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in perfekter Wohnung in toller Lage

Sehr schöne, große, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und in toller Lage in der Altstadt. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe. Francesco und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen, u.a. mit Kostproben heimischer Köstlichkeiten. Großartig war der tägliche Brötchenservice und die Hilfsbereitschaft und Zuvorkommenheit. Wir haben uns mit unseren drei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank für zwei wunderschöne Wochen!

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in Limone im Haus Cassa Fanny wirklich genossen. Die Vermieter Manuela und Francesco sind super nett und einen kostenlosen Frühstücksservice gab es auch noch. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Ferienwohnung direkt in der Altstadt von Limone

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete neue Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort, z. B. moderne Küche mit Induktionsherd, zwei neue Bäder, Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage inmitten der Altstadt von Limone. Von der großen möblierten Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Diese Wohnung ist zum rundum wohlfühlen. Wir sind eine Familie mit drei Kindern und wir waren begeistert von der Geräumigkeit und dem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Den schönen Strand von Limone erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und haben uns mit einigen netten Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Wir danken an dieser Stelle noch einmal ganz herzlich dafür.
