This modern and comfortable apartment is located in Pai di Sotto, a small characteristic village on the shores of Lake Garda.



The apartment is on the first floor of a Residence and has 2 bedrooms, offering ample space for a maximum of 4 guests.

The bedrooms are equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, ensuring a good night's rest for everyone.

The 2 bathrooms have showers and one also has a washing machine.



The air-conditioned living space is bright and airy, creating a welcoming environment. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals for the family.



The apartment has a reserved, uncovered parking space overlooking the Gardesana.



The beach is only 50 metres away, perfect for spending sunny days by the lake.

From this area you can enjoy all the pleasant activities that can be done on Lake Garda throughout the year, such as water sports like windsurfing and sailing, or panoramic hikes on Monte Baldo, cycling along scenic routes, and cultural visits to the medieval villages of Sirmione and Malcesine.



You can also enjoy moments of relaxation at the famous ancient Thermal Baths of Sirmione or the nearby Thermal Baths of Colà, with their characteristic lake, or spend an enjoyable day at the Parks such as Gardaland or Caneva Aquapark.



The beautiful Verona is only 45 km away and Venice about 180 km.

Wohnung war perfekt, fast etwas groß für uns beide ...sauber, große Zimmer, die nahe Straße war nachts OK zum nächsten Restaurant sind wir abends gerne am Gardasee entlang in ca. 10-15 Minuten gelaufenLeider war der Hauseingang/Tür eher ungepflegt im Treppenhaus gab es kein automatisches Licht, für fremde etwas beschwerlich

Urlaub in der Nähe von Torri del Benaco

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für 2 Pärchen, wie wir es waren. Sie war sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Anfahrtsadresse müsste genauer sein. Das Navi hat uns zu einer anderen Adresse geleitet. Sonst war alles Top und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich.

We went to Garda lake to cycle around the lake. Perfecte with a racebike! Easy to take the boat to Sirmeone.

Gardasee im Juli 2023 mit Familie

Die Ferienwohnung war super, wie beschrieben. Strand und Baden war sehr schön, wie erwartet (Kiesstrand, klares Wasser). Fantastische Aussicht, direkt am See, Balkon leider direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Leider waren fußläufig kein größerer Supermarkt oder ein Bäcker zu erreichen. Auch abends ist in Pai keine größere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeit. Die nächsten größeren Ortschaften nur mit Bus oder Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem jedoch ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Spacious, bright & clean

We enjoyed our stay here. Very well equipped place, with all the amenities. Very bright and clean, provides a lot of space for a family of 4 like us. Some small equipment suggestions: The dishwasher is almost inoperable. If you could fix the rubber lining so the drawers move in and out, that would help. The expresso machine doesn’t work on induction.

Tolle Lage direkt am See, Strand 1min, Restaurants fußläufig in wenigen Minuten

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles sehr unkompliziert mit Online-Check-in und Schlüsselübergabe per Box am Haus. Sehr sauber und neuwertig. Tolle Lage direkt am See. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jedem weiterempfehlen 😊

Sommerurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und war zu 100% genau so, wie im Internet beschrieben. Eine sehr moderne, saubere, helle und geräumige Wohnung. Wir waren froh, das sie auch mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet war, denn bei diesen Temperaturen ist das nötig! 2 Sterne Abzug für den doch etwas weiteren Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt und auch die Mülltonnen sind nicht mal eben schnell zu erreichen! Toll, das auch unser Vierbeiner ein willkommener Gast war! 😀 Die stark befahrene Straße ist bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum hörbar. Zwei Liegen für den Strand sind auch in der Wohnung vorhanden, die man bei der Beschaffenheit unbedingt braucht. Wir können diese Wohnung einfach nur empfehlen! 👍
