Le logement est situé à Venise, La Giudecca, dans le splendide bâtiment Molino Stucky (qui abrite également le Hilton) et une fois servi moulin à farine et une grange de Venise. Vue sur le canal. Élégant. Bien desservi par les bus d'eau.

Le logement est situé à Venise, La Giudecca, dans le splendide bâtiment Molino Stucky, dix-neuvième siècle, qui servait autrefois moulin à farine et une grange de Venise. L'appartement est spacieux (72 mètres carrés) et a une capacité standard de 2 personnes, relevable à un maximum de 4 personnes grâce à la présence d'un canapé-lit confortable. Le parquet et les plafonds avec poutres apparentes caractérisent l'appartement. Le décor est simple et essentiel et permet une grande liberté de mouvement. Dans la grande salle équipée d'un demi-mur sépare la chambre avec un lit double, le salon. Le salon dispose d'une grande cuisine bien équipée. Grande entrée et salle de bains. Climatisation. L'appartement est au deuxième étage, avec ascenseur. Service de concierge (de 8 à 17). Autour du Molino Stucky, qui abrite également le prestigieux Hôtel Hilton, de grands espaces verts, bien damées. Restaurants, trattorias, magasins, bars et supermarchés à proximité.

Entrez dans la maison, à partir de la gare Saint Lucia de Venise ou de Piazzale Roma sera très simple. Prenez le vaporetto, ligne 2, à la jetée « Palanca » (6-7 arrêts): la maison se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied (environ 300 mètres). Vous êtes arrivés.

La Giudecca est une île de Venise se compose d'un groupe de huit îlots reliés les uns aux autres et disposées en forme de la nacelle. De l'emplacement exclusif du célèbre Molino Stucky, surplombant fièrement le canal de la Giudecca, vous pourrez admirer une vue incomparable sur le reste de la ville. Le palais abrite également le prestigieux Hilton. Autour des espaces verts amples Molino Stucky, bien coiffés. Restaurants, trattorias, magasins et bars à proximité. The apartment is an excellent location for a visit to Venice. It is away from the crowds just far enough to access easily by boat, with an incredible view across the canal. There are plenty of restaurants and historic buildings on the island itself. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and well equiped. We would definitely return!

Loved our stay at the Molina Stucky apartment. Only four stops by water bus to San Marco. A nice quiet location across Guidecca canal from all the sights in Venice. Groceries and restaurants a short stroll away. The apartment was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

We loved this property! Staying in Giudecca gave us the best of both worlds in Venice. We were a short boat ride across the lagoon to the beautiful city center and could return easily to the peace of our pretty apartment overlooking Venice and the lagoon. Groceries are in quick proximity. Communication with host was easy and an English speaking greeter was arranged. We will stay here again when we return to Venice.

The condo is nicely suitated right next to Hilton. It is a unit on the side of canal it give you incredible view with boats and ferries passing by. With the convenience of the vaporetto. It is only 5 min walk to the Condo. To get t across to St Mark square it only take 10 min. The unit is spacious and a modern kitcken. The bed is comfortable. Athought the bathroom is big with double pedestals sinks. The bathtub is narrow. It would be nice to updated in a half shower glass rather than the shower curtain. Overall it does need a new paint job to refresh and it will make an outstanding unit.

Quiet Romantic Venice

Love this apartment on Guidecca! Next door to the Mulino Stucky Hilton was great! Easy boat access to central Venice, but in a lovely quiet and non-touristy area. The Hilton next door was convenient for bag storage, as well as boat access to Venice, while also offering a place for late night cocktails/ meals. We enjoyed being away from the hub bub of central Venice, while still being on the water with easy access to all the sights within a short boat ride away. The apartment was spacious; check in was easy, and the building was nearly empty, thus completely quiet. Would happily stay there again.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in this beautiful apartment, and wished we could stay longer. The apartment is just as depicted in the photos. It is very clean and well equipped. Everything worked perfectly. We were really glad we stayed at Molino Stucky. We had great canal views from our window and excellent restaurants a short walk away. It was an easy water bus ride from the train station. We were very happy to be on "our island" away from the crowded tourist areas. We would strongly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is in a great location next to the Hilton Milano Stucky (so great if you have business there). The apartment has a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, oven, stovetop, oven. There is no automatic coffee maker (but then again the local coffee is very good) The bed is a large bed and comfortable. The bathroom is oversize and has a washing machine, 2 sinks and a blowdryer. The bathtub is narrow and can use an update with a waterproof shower curtain and new cawking around the tub. The location is between 2 waterboat stations, so easy access to get to Venice. The apartment was very quiet and has a beautiful corner view onto the main waterway. I would stay in this apartment again.

Although we arrived in the evening, we discovered later there were better options to arrive before the 9 pm extra charge. The apartment was clean and the proximity of the Hilton next door was perfect for late evening dining. There’s a great rooftop bar that has a wonderful view. The complex was empty when we were there. Took the hotel boat to the airport which was outside the door . More detailed information about the boat ferry and surrounding islands could have been available in the apartment. This property was a huge disappointment! The only "exceptional " part was the view. It is stark, cold, and uninviting. ng. Not a picture on the wall. Large, looming unusable furniture. Vicki, the housekeeper met me at the apartment for check-in. I like to bring frozen meals when I travel so that I don’t have to worry about getting sick. She adjusted the fridge temp so that my freezer contents stayed frozen all week. Fridge contents did not freeze. There is a good grocery store on Giudecca just beyond the Hilton, the MiniMarket Coop. It's easy to find with Google Maps for whatever you need. They had a good produce selection. The apartment is in a beautiful location. Quiet and on the intersection of 2 canals. I enjoyed watching the senset from the kitchen window most nights. It's a great spot! Highly recommend!!

Lovely studio view apartment in a safe area ten minutes from St Marks

Excellent spacious property and a lovely communicative property manager. We didn’t meet Roberto but his property manager Vicky was delightful and very easy to communicate with. She speaks and writes English which helped us a lot. The views of the Canale della Giudecca and Venice were everything we hoped for. The building is newly built to a high standard within the shell of an old factory. A short vaporetto ride from the Venice southern waterfront takes you to a stop three minutes walk west or five minutes walk east of this apartment. Great restaurants are here and cool little bars. It feels very safe because it is mostly a residential island. You are away from the crazy crowds but can pop into them at a moment’s notice. Highly recommended.

Away from the bustle, but easy to get there

Enjoyed our 3 nights in this flat. While a 20 minute free ferry from St Marks, it was very easy to move back and forth, which we did 1-2x daily. Nice view and well-equipped and fairly new. AC worked very well and was exceptionally quiet. Kitchen was perfectly serviceable, Which we used to make breakfast daily getting provisions from a small bakery and fruit stand 7 mins walk away. Check in was easy, elevator works fine, luggage storage available from 9-17:00 using the concierge for the residence units. Adjacent Hilton hotel will not store luggage, but we took one of the Hilton's "Free" Murano tours. Private taxi through the small canals of central Venice, 10-15 mins watching glass being made followed by an "escorted" tour through their shop of beautiful (but $$$$) things to purchase. Felt no pressure to buy, and they then provide free taxi to St Marks. Overall great apartment, would return.

Could easily have been so much better!

The pictures of this apartment looked inviting and we were expecting a welcoming stay. The location is good, away from crowds, but we were directed to get off the water taxi at a stop past the one where we should have disembarked. For anyone like us (fit 70’s) the trek to the apartment over two bridges carrying luggage was a bit much, so accurate directions mean a lot. For most travelers who arrive after a long flight or a day on the train to accommodations with a kitchen, it would be thoughtful to have a few basic supplies, at least for the first day and morning. We expected a coffee maker and at least enough coffee for the first morning but there is no coffee maker, and the closest small market is back over those two bridges, definitely a ways from the apartment. Be aware that the mattress is extra extra firm and please! the pillows need to be replaced ... they were stained and very used, along with some of the bedding. There is a washing machine as described, but no directions on its use, and at no amount of appropriate detergent. Also, no amenities other than liquid hand washing soap and cleaning supplies for the kitchen. As regular travelers we bring basics with us but don’t expect to travel with kitchen or laundry supplies. We are also vacation rental owners and know how important it is to provide our guests with basic comforts, necessary instructions and information, and an overall thoughtful accommodation. We expect to turn some of the profit back into keeping everything updated and attractive. This apartment could be so much better with more attention to basic details and supplies, but as it is ... just expect less than the basics and shop before you arrive!

Dear Lissa, thanks for your suggestions even if I have to tell you that the directions to reach the apartment were right! In fact, if you got off at the stop before, you have to believe that you would have walked more because it is further away! The italian coffee machine (moca) is in the kitchen drawer as well as other basic supplies. I personally slept on that mattress and it is absolutely confortable. The pillows placed on the bed are always clean as well as towels and bed linen...probably the hotel amenities are more suitable for you!
