Magnificent apartment on the sea in the center of Sesimbra.

Apartment very well located 20m meters from the beach and all kinds of trade and services. It has a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom, two beds in the foyer and a sofa bed where you can sleep one more person. It also has another full bathroom. Bed and bathroom linen as well as kitchen linen are available. This one has fridge, dishwasher and clothes. It has air conditioning, television in the living room and the suite. Both rooms have a sea view, as well as a large balcony with sun loungers and a dining table. The apartment is located in a condominium with a parking space. In July and August the minimum number of days to reserve is 6 and in the remaining months 3 days.

Comfortable on the Beach

The property is in a fantastic location, right on the beachfront, and close to the old town, restaurants, gelato places and shops. We could walk to everything. The apartment is perfect for a couple (or a couple with a child). It's a good size, with an ensuite in the bedroom and another full bathroom, functional kitchen, and living room with a dining table. The balcony is a good size, with comfortable furniture. We appreciated the central heating, as it was chilly and rainy for a lot of the time we were here. Thank you, Ana!

Große, saubere Ferienwohnung unmittelbar am Strand

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche alle Geräte vorhanden. Den Balkon mit dem Blick auf das Meer haben wir intensiv genutzt. Zum Strand waren es nur 50 m zu laufen, ansonsten konnte man in Sesimbra gut schlendern, die vielen Fischrestaurants sind hervorragend. Jeden Tag in einem anderen Restaurant gegessen, immer total frischer Fisch. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, so dass wir viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen konnten: Kap Espichel, Lagoa de Albufeira. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Trevlig lägenhet med perfekt läge

Stor och bra lägenhet med perfekt läge, precis vid stranden. Härlig balkong med fantastisk utsikt och skönt att slippa biltrafik precis utanför. Bra med två badrum, Vi hade lite problem med incheckningen då vi först inte fick tag på tjejen som skulle hjälpa oss. Sen lite språkproblem då vi inte talar portugisiska och hon inte talade engelska. Men med hjälp av Ana så löste det sig och vi fick bra hjälp när vi hade frågor. Vi tyckte inte att AC:n var särskilt effektiv och hade gärna önskat fler kaffemuggar och vanliga dricksglas, men i det stora hela är vi jättenöjda! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Sesimbra som ort och denna lägenhet!

The property was located across from a lovely beach, which was so clean and quiet Mon- Fri. It got very busy at weekend. The area is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet town with Portuguese restaurants. Amazing beach. Lovely clean apartment. Would recommend and hope to return again.

Lovely Apartment in a Great Location - Highly Recommend

Lovely, big apartment in a great location and with a balcony accessible from both the lounge and bedroom overlooking the golden sandy beach of Praia de California. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with air conditioning, plenty of kitchen utensils, TV, internet, washing machine etc. The bedroom is nice and big with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite. Location is not only great for the beach (literally less than a 20 second walk away), but also the numerous bars and restaurants in Sesimbra. Regina's special dish at her vegan cafe close to the apartment is lovely and i had it on several occasions for brunch (i am not a vegan). The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is a bar / restaurant underneath on the ground floor. It could be heard from the apartment on a Friday or Saturday night, but not enough to prevent sleep. There was a very good duo act (guitar and keyboard) that played on Friday nights and they are well worth popping down for a drink and a listen. You are spoilt for choice with lovely beaches along the coastline of the Arrabida nature park; Beach Creiro (Portinho Arrabida) was my favourite, along with Troia peninsula - the whole coast line of the peninsula is gorgeous white sand, overlooking the hills within the Arrabida nature park and because it is so expansive, it is beautifully peaceful and quiet - who would have thought such a simple thing as miles of white sand meeting the blue ocean could be so relaxing. Ana and Lili, were very helpful and responded quickly if i ever had any questions. Thank you for helping make it a a great holiday! P.S. if you have a car, parking is underneath the apartment complex behind a remote controlled door. You will have to collect a fob to operate the door from Lili or whoever when you arrive. If you drive along the promenade to the end, the door to the car park is on the sharp hairpin bend.

Bom localização, perto da praia e do mercado. Podes deixar o carro no garagem e vao sempre a pé. A morada muito linda com tudo o necessário. Gostou muito.

Bom apartamento junto à Praia

Apartamento espaçoso (para T1), bem equipado e a escassos metros da praia. As fotos descrevem a realidade do que vamos encontar. Óptima varanda e boas condições de limpeza. Recomendo
