Welcome to our family refuge!
Relax and enjoy the tranquility of being by the sea!

The location of this apartment brings us the best that the seaside has to offer!

Between you and the sea there is almost nothing!
The sound of the waves fills us with a gentle calm that invites you to a good book, a drink, a nap.

In summer, the balcony is practically shaded in the late afternoon. In winter, the sun shines into the apartment making it cozy, warm and welcoming.

Although located on the 8th floor, the apartment is located at street level (entrance on the ground floor, no stairs to access the apartment).

Séjour très agréable, appartement conforme à l'annonce, vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Accès directe à la plage particulièrement appréciable. Accueil parfait.

Cosy little apartment in the heart of Lisbon

The apartment is decorated with a lot of taste and offers everything you need to feel at home in Lisbon. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a comfortable double-bed, so that the apartment can accommodate four people. Margarida, the manager, was extremely helpful and quick to reply to e-mails before and during my stay. She gladly gave tips for things to do in Lisbon and it was very easy to arrange everything concerning my stay. The only thing I didn't find so pleasant was the noise at night. Garbage collection regularly took place well after midnight, and neighbours across the street were watching TV with their windows open. Both things seem to be normal for Lisbon, though, and closing the windows does a good service against the TV noise. I felt at home right away and enjoyed my stay a lot. The proximity to the city centre is very convenient, as you can walk down in the morning for some sightseeing or shopping, spend the hot afternoons in the apartment, and walk down again in the evening to go out - all without spending money on public transport. I would come back for another stay at this place any time.
