This is a fabulous villa for a family holiday stay. We were looked after excellently by Edwin , Jody and Clarice . They did everything possible to make it a memorable birthday holiday We would love to return one day.

Perfect Family Villa

This Villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. Extremely well equipped, perfect location and amazing pool. The rooftop bar was gorgeous. Due to the Pandemic this holiday was a long time coming but worth waiting for. Our special thanks to Clarice who couldn’t have been more supportive and efficient with rebooking and also looking after us.

A really lovely property

A lovely very well equipped villa. It was perfect for us all -3 families with different ages. The pool area gets the sun in the morning and also in the evening where we could watch the spectacular sunsets we had this week. The agents couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend

The villa and pool were amazing. Everything we needed was close at hand. We will all return to Menorca in the future.Our only comment would be to suggest information on how the oven and barbecue worked. We did work it out but it took a while,

Family holiday

The villa was perfect for us as it was all on one floor (the youngest is just starting to walk). There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and also great areas to sit down and dine together. The area was quiet with just enough going on. We found some lovely places to eat and plenty of supermarkets to buy food to eat in! The hosts were great and were in contact quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommended

Amazing villa in lovely location

The villa was ideal for ten of us, two families with kids. The pool was excellent and was used constantly. Easy walking distance to supermarket and to beaches and to rocky coves to jump off. Great restaurants within 5 minutes walk too, although we thought Bambu was a bit overpriced for not great food, I guess you're paying for the views! One of the best holidays ever, the whole neighbourhood felt lovely and safe and friendly. Highly recommend.

Happy holiday

Villa was as described and clean on arrival. Two bedrooms had en-suite shower rooms and the three other bedrooms shared two more shower rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. Having the use of the car (insured for any driver) was a big bonus. I would recommend this villa to my friends and family.

Very comfortable vill, convenient for everything

Our second visit to this well-equipped family villa and it was every bit as enjoyable. The location is simply excellent. Two minutes walk to a very useful supermarket which sells freshly baked bread every morning, ten minutes to the lovely beach with several good restaurants within a ten to twenty minute walk. The villa has five bedrooms all with very comfortable beds. The shower rooms are excellent and there is loads of hot water. Kitchen has everything necessary for a large family group and the air conditioning in every room is a real bonus. We had a great holiday and look forward to returning.

Great week in Menorca

We had a great time at this villa during our week in Menorca. The home is exactly as pictured but even better in person. We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the rooftop deck for sunsets. The villa is conveniently located, an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The property host was also very responsive throughout our stay and helped to arrange transfers as well as other activities during our stay. The only negative during our stay was we had trouble with the Air conditioning in the main room. Otherwise our stay was perfect, thank you!

Fantastic Relaxing Week

From the minute we met Edwin on arrival everything was great. From the lovely villa and pool area I. Particular to the lovely quiet location. The car was great help to heading out to water parks and visiting other local areas. Some lovely restaurants too. - Bambu just minutes walk away being a perfect location for the sunsets!! Would highly recommend!!

Great Villa

A perfect Villa for our family of 10, including 2 infants. There is plenty of space with all the facilities to accommodate us all. The location is in a quiet residential area, a short walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. In summary a really lovely Villa, thank you.

Perfect large family villa

Spacious and well equipped villa for large families or groups. Big pool, great roof top bar area and ample parking. We hired cars for transport from the airport but inclusion of a Range Rover Sport in the rental a real bonus. We are regular visitors to Binibeca so know the area well, great beach and local restaurants all in walking distance. All in al a perfect villa in a perfect location, highly recommended, we shall return.

EXCEPTIONNEL - A REFAIRE TRES VITE

Nous avons passĂ© une super semaine en famille dans cette villa. Une villa rĂ©cente, proposant de belles chambres avec rangements, 4 salles d'eau, un sĂ©jour lumineux s'ouvrant sur la terrasse et une cuisine ultra fonctionnelle. Les extĂ©rieurs sont au top, grande piscine d'eau salĂ©e, belles terrasses autour de la piscine avec nombreux transats et un auvent permettant de dĂ©jeuner Ă  l'abri du soleil et parfait pour jouer aux cartes tous ensemble. BouĂ©es, ballons, trotinette sut place pour les enfants....et pour les plus beaux couchers de soleil au moment de l'apĂ©ro, la terrasse en rooftop est juste sublime. Le bonus : Le prĂȘt du Defender. Merci Ă  Clarice pour sa disponibilitĂ©. Pour conclure, notre plus jolie dĂ©couverte de l'annĂ©e, c'est certain, nous reviendrons trĂšs vite.

Wat een ideale plek voor een familie vakantie.

De luxe van het huis in combinatie met de centrale ligging zijn ideaal. In een korte wandeling op het strand. Restaurantjes in de buurt en een supermarkt voor warme broodjes bij het ontbijt. Wij komen zeker terug.

Everything you wish for

We had an amazing time in this lovely holiday home. The defender is a nice plus to visit Mahon, but everything we needed was within a few minute's walk. The local beach has a little bar which we loved. The little supermarket (two mins)was perfect for fresh bread for breakfast. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we even used the fireplace one evening. We will absolutely come back to this amazing place especially for the rooftop bar with an amazing view.

Well located and appointed family villa

What an amazing property. Really well located and genuinely a 10 minute walk to the local beach which has a fab bar so good for those early evening cheeky drinks before heading home. A well stocked supermarket is two mins away with another just a few minutes more. We loved using the land rover which gave us access to even better supermarkets (not to be obsessed with supermarkets but we had five children aged from 10 to 18 - that's a lot of food needed!) as well as beaches slightly further afield. Because there were seven of us and the Land Rover only caters for six we opted for the bus when we went to Mahon which was super easy (again the bus stop is just at the end of the road, opposite the spa). The living space is really well thought out and with four bathrooms - more than enough to stave off the arguments of people spending too long in the shower. The rooftop terrace was nice although we didn't use it much - instead we spent our time in and around the pool. A small number of restaurants within walking distance were all good but we liked Delaneys, the one at the bottom of the road the best. That said Bambu (turn right at the bottom of the road) was great for the sunset. Clarice was a fabulous host and dealt with us efficiently. Would 100% recommend.

The best possible venue for a family reunion

The property was exactly as advertised. A huge swimming pool, five double bedrooms, four bathrooms , a spacious and well- equipped kitchen and a roof top bar. Plenty of room for everyone in our three generation family to be all together or in individual activities. We had a wonderful week in the villa.

Family villa

The villa was a very generous space for our three families and perfect location between the beach and old town. The decor and linen was of a really high quality. The outdoor space made for an extremely sociable stay but provided areas of shade and time apart (eg for children) if needed. The pool (and the sea!) were a bit chilly for us at the end of may but out of the hands of the owner. We had a really warm welcome, very responsive communication and we hope to be back!

Family holiday

A beautiful villa in a very peaceful location. We travelled as a family of 8 adults and two children under two. The villa was perfect for us with plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The layout was all on one level which made life a lot easier for my 80 year old mother. There was a supermarket and a couple of bars within a few minutes walk and restaurants were about a five minute walk. We made use of the land rover to explore the area. Overall a fantastic holiday and would recommend this villa.

Stunning villa, with some added touches of class Villa Maravilla is a crown jewel set amongst other pretty properties that make up the beautiful village of Binibequer. Set on the hillside just up from the coast, it offers gorgeous southerly views out to sea, especially from the roof terrace. A left turn at the bottom of the road takes you to the nearest sandy beach (10 minutes’ walk), a right turn leads to some shops and restaurants. There is actually a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill as well, which sells most things including fresh bread and pastries. The villa itself is modern and stylish and has been well thought out in its design. It has an open plan layout which makes it very easy to use and a joy to spend time in. Big glass doors lead out to a large terrace surrounding an amazing salt water pool. To the left is an outdoor eating area complete with electric sun blinds and a built-in grill. Stairs at the rear lead up to the roof terrace which had a bar and a fridge, so you could keep it stocked for those wonderful sunset G & T’s. As you can imagine, outdoors is where we spent all of our time! The bedrooms are a great size, and the beds comfy too. There are many bathrooms, and the showers have rain-shower heads which felt very luxurious! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The coffee machine is Nescafe Dolce Gusto if you feel like bringing coffee pods with you. A comfortable L-shaped sofa in the living area offered a very sociable place to chill out after the sun went down. There is also a huge TV and an enclosed fireplace, neither of which were required during our stay! Outdoors is where Villa Maravilla is an absolute hit! The salt water pool was sensational! No smelly chlorine, no dry skin. The water felt soft and silky. One of my children who normally has some very dry skin noticed a marked improvement during our stay, so I imagine there are some health benefits too! The blinds on the terrace meant that you could enjoy being outdoors until the sun finally set to the west. We were not restricted to staying in the local area. Amazingly, this villa comes complete with an old Land Rover station wagon which can seat 9 people! Although old and agricultural, it is in fantastic condition and was great fun for us all. It also meant we could explore a little further afield without hiring a car. Drives to Punta Prima beach for the day, and Cala Fonts for lunch added a bit of variety. All in all, this villa holiday
