フンシャルの歴史的中心部に位置するアパートメントで、ピコフォートのすぐ下、市内中心部から徒歩数分です。
家は最近復元し、2つの独立したT1アパートに変わりました。 この小さな一人！
フンシャル湾の壮大な景色を望むモダンなデザインで、とても快適で居心地がよく、一年のパーティー中に、建物の共用テラスの素晴らしい花火大会を鑑賞して楽しむことができます（2つのアパート） 。
バスルーム付きの広々としたベッドルーム（ダブルベッド）、設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングエリアがあります。
それは追加料金なしで車（駐車場A）のための専用ガレージがあります。
高速道路へのアクセスに近い、地理的に優れた場所にあるため、島中を移動して美しい自然の風景を楽しむことができます。また、フンシャルの歴史的中心部にも近く、徒歩でも移動できます。

La estancia fue espléndida, con todo lo necesario y en buena zona. La primera noche pasamos un poco de calor por que la casa no tiene aire acondicionado pero la casera nos trajo un ventilador. Una persona muy atenta con nosotros.

Location is quite good, but bear in mind that the garage is tinny and the street is too narrow yo entre with a big car. There is no champoo or gel. The frypan was disgusting, so we bought a new one and, obviusly brought it back with us. Washing machine is outside and it’s shared with the other two apartments. You will walk trhought a steep hill to get there

Soggiornato nell'appartamento A. Ben arredato e ben attrezzato ma non ci sono la lavatrice nè il bidet (che sono elencati tra le dotazioni). La vista mare si ha dalla camera da letto, mentre la cucina ha una finestra che dà sulla scala interna della casa e il bagno è cieco. La cucina odora di muffa e il bagno puzza di fogna in modo permanente...La stradina per raggiungere la casa è stretta, curva e in forte salita, pertanto è necessario avere un'auto piccola e, comunque, è difficile fare manovra per entrare nel garage, soprattutto se presente l'auto nel posto a fianco, di competenza dell'altro appartamento.È possibile parcheggiare poco sotto a meno di 1 euro l'ora dalle 8 alle 20 ma per salire a piedi vi auguro di avere gambe buone!Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio!

Our stay here was great! The place was very clean and spacious. It was a perfect accommodation for the two of us. The location is great too. About a 20 minute walk from the city centre so not too bad. It is higher up though and the street leading up to the place especially is incredibly steep so be warned of that. The bathroom had a bit of a weird smell to it but it was no big deal really. The one biggest warning I have for this stay is the parking. The parking garage is a shared space and for this listing, spot A is incredibly hard to get into as there is part of the garage that sticks out on one side and a car on your other side. The street is a one way street and is very narrow making it difficult to get in and out as well so if you're not a great driver just be aware of this. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our entire stay here!

Great place if you like hard beds

This is one of the hardest mattresses we’ve experienced in Europe. An extra soft cover mattress would help a lot. The view and outdoor area is great and more amenities than you would expect! Will come back if they do something to the bed.

Our holiday

Very good location. Near the city center.Very steep road to the garage, it requires good driving skills. Everything worked well. Enjoyed the sunrise from the little terrace while having breakfast. Nice view on the city and the ocean.

Appartement voor 2 personen in Funchal

We hebben ons prima vermaakt in Funchal. Het appartement ligt een kwartier lopen van het centrum, de kust, winkelcentrum. Maar het ligt wel hoger tegen de berg en sommige straten zijn erg steil, dus je moet wel goed ter been zijn. Woonkamer is inpandig, vanuit de slaapkamer en het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Prima keuken met apparatuur. Schoon.

Toller Urlaub

Die Unterkunft und Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick dort und läuft nur 5-10 Minuten ins Zentrum, sollte aber bedenken, dass der Weg recht steil ist. Auch die Auffahrt mit dem Mietwagen ist sehr spannend gewesen aufgrund der steilen und engen Straßen. Einen Mietwagen, der größer als ein Smart ist? Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht: in der Straße gibt es keine Wendemöglichkeit, die Straße ist schmal und die Garage recht eng, sollte man nicht wie wir das Glück haben, dass die zweite Wohnung unvermietet ist. Alles in Allem eine top Unterkunft und ein sehr netter Kontakt

Everything was fine. From perspective afterwards, we would suggest take the larger appartment. Going by car up the street and into garage you should be not frightened.

Super mais avec un petit bémol!

Bien situé! Appartement quand même petit . Ststionnement inaccessible pour une moyenne voiture . Stationnement alternatif plus bas mais il faut retourner mettre des euros 3/4 fois par jour car il y a une limite de temps ( 31/2 heures chaque fois ) et il faut débuter le paiement à partir de 8:00 le matin . Grosse côte à remonter pour se renders a l ‘appartement . N’oubliez pas que traversas veut dire petite ruelle étroit et platte à utiliser . Un coup engagé tu ne peux plus reculer …. OUF!!!!!! matin

Excellent Funchal Appartment

The stay at this Appartment was lovely and working with the host was easy! Everything was as the listing stated and we would recommend this Appartment! The only thing we had trouble with was the garage was very tight if the other spot is full. It was doable, but a smaller car would be easier to park.

Proche du centre mais emplacement en pente et étroit

Nous avons apprécié être proche des rues principales du centre ville de Funchal, la vue panoramique depuis la terrasse, et la gérante de l’appartement est disponible et réceptive. A noter que les rues sons très étroites et en pente pour accéder au logement. L’accès au garage est difficile, cela demande plusieurs manœuvres périlleuses (nous en avons fait les frais). Des odeurs de canalisations émanaient de la salle bain (sans fenêtre, vmc faible) et de l’évier de la cuisine, et nous avons eu le sentiment que le ménage n’avait pas été fait en profondeur dans ces pièces là.
