アパートメントにはダブルベッドルーム、シャワー室付きの専用バスルーム（ヘアドライヤー、アイロンと洗濯機）が備わります。 リビングルームにはソファベッド、設備の整った簡易キッチン（朝食用バー付）、無料のケーブルテレビ、Wi-Fiインターネットが備わっています。

駐車場は無料で利用できます（空き状況によります）。近くの公共駐車場も近くにあります。 アパートメントは6階に位置し、エレベーターでアクセスでき、素晴らしい海の景色が見えます。 コンドミニアムでは毎日のフィットネスプログラムを非常に手頃な価格で利用できます。

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the beach, shops, bus stop. The view is beautiful. We found everything we needed in the apartment :) The communication with the host was fast and he was always willing to help. I can only recommend the apartment.

Great position, comfortable apartment with everything you need

Annikka made everything easy for us and gave us lots of useful information. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable, well placed as a base to explore , the local buses make it easy to get into the centre of Funchal. There are lots of cafes and restaurants locally.. thanks Annikka for a great few days.

Well located with a spendid view

We really appreciated our stay in Madera and the warm welcome from Annikka. She gave us many details and she recommended many interresting places to visit. Breakfasts on the balcony in front of the ocean are really a great experience. The appartment is quite, clean and well equiped for 2. There is a supermarket at 10 mn walk. Pictures give a good idea of the appartment and its environment. I would definitely recommend

Magical holiday

This wonderful little apartment was a dream to stay in. Annikka has thought of everything you could possibly need and more besides. There was lots of information in the apartment for things to do in the area. I requested extra pillows before arrival as i need extra for medical reasons and Annikka made sure that more than enough was available. We would have no hesitation at recommending the apartment or staying here again ourselves. Thank you for making our stay such a perfect holiday. x

Tout était parfait , la vue , les équipements, l'appart en général . Le seul point négatif vous n'y pouvez rien , c'est les voisins qui sont très bruyants et qui ont fait des travaux jusqu'à minuit dans un des appartement en dessous . Encore merci pour tout

Annikka a été une hôte très réactive et serviable. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avant notre séjour, et était à l’appartement à notre arrivée. L’appartement est très bien aménagé avec une vue époustouflante, proches des magasins et des bus, 20 minutes du centre de Funchal. Je recommande vivement le Tour Operqteur suggeré par Annikka. Lido Tours. Je recommande cet appartement vivement, même si l’immeuble même est un peu vétuste.

Zimmer gut ausgestattet aufgeteilt es gab keine Klimaanlage, aber zwei Ventilatoren (Tipp fürs Lüften: den Bodenventilator vor der offene Balkon in Richtung des Schlafzimmers stellen) Lage sehr gut (nah am Forum Bushaltestelle, 15 min bis Zentrum) Highlight war der Meerblick (siehe Bild) sehr gute und ausführliche Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin AnnikkaPool scheint schon länger außer Betrieb zu sein und wird es wohl auch bleiben(wurden erst kurzfristig darüber informiert), jedoch haben dafür kostenlose Gutscheine für das Badekomplex nebenan bekommen eine zusätzliche Ablagerungsfläche im Badezimmer in der Nähe des Waschbeckens fehlt etwas mehr Toilettenpapier Küchenrolle wäre super.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und die Wohnung war eine tolle Basis für den Aufenthalt auf Madeira!

Alles in allem super Wohnung, mit allen nötigen Utensilien und praktischen Accessoires. Kostenfreie Parkplätze nicht garantiert aber in der Nähe zur Not ein Parkhaus. Relativ alter Wohnkomplex aber vollkommen gut. Pool sauber und relativ groß

Nice place to stay

The apartment is nice and cosy, has nearly everything you might need for your stay. Very close to many restaurants, shops and beaches. The check-in and out was very easy, Annikka is an excellent host. The property will only benefit with a better mattress and a smart TV. Overall - good value for money.

An excellent place to stay

This compact apartment is perfect - good facilities, lovely views of the sea, snd Annikka’s communication (pre-arrival through to check-out) was superb. It was really nice to have contact throughout to check on our experience - much appreciated. We had a car and expected parking to be a bit tricky but we managed to park in the lower car park for the whole duration of our stay, despite leaving and returning at different times. If you enjoy walking, it’s under an hour to old town - admittedly, there are some hills but it’s mainly on the flat. There are great swimming spots nearby - we really liked the free one by the Lido with direct access to a gorgeous Atlantic! Fantastic for cooking off after a hot walk. This apartment is quite small but has everything you need - plentiful towels, a washing machine, balcony for eating and pre-dinner drinks. It’s very reasonable and I’d recommend it for your stay in Funchal. It’s amazing what facilities you can have in a small space and this is all down to Annikka’s attention to detail. We’d love to come back to this apartment soon!

Simpatico apartamento muito bem situado em que podemos usufruir da Vista para o Mar. Um apartamento para duas pessoas que está recheado de tudo o que nos faz falta, muito bem situado . A Senhora Annikka muito simpatica desde o primeiro momento e sempre pronta quer por Telefone ou email a resolver todos os nossos desejos. Para a Sra. Annikka 5 estrelas. Traumhaftes Appartement mit tollem Balkon

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Appartement. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann problemlos nach Funchal reinlaufen (40 Minuten). In dem Appartement war alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen könnte: Waschmaschine, Föhn, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und und... Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Tolle kleine Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Einziger Nachteil ist der nicht so gute Zustand der Gesamtanlage, um den Außenpool sind wegen Baumängel Absperrungen angebracht und Teilbereiche der Terrasse waren ganz gesperrt.

Cleanliness and bugs

The initial approach was great, and the owner was very helpfull with everything. However the first night when I got there the bathroom was full of tiny little bugs (like flying termites or flying ants). I took some photos and sent to the owner which said she would take care of it the next day. The next day we had someone go to the property and clean everything and another person see if the problem would continue, seemed like it was resolved. The following days I kept finding those bugs here and there (near bathroom, or even in bed) but it was a small amount compared to the first night and I didnt bother to complain again. In my last night, I was getting ready to sleep when my girlfriend found a bag between the matress and the headboard. Turns out it was some cream and condoms. They had text in some foreign language so I would assume it was from previous tennants, what is odd is that the property was cleaned before I got there and even the day after the bugs. How can someone change sheets and miss the bag there twice. I have also taken photos from the contents of the bag. After contacting the owner she was very defensive and implying we planted it there (used stuff in a foreign language?). Then somone I met during the bug incident took over the conversation and was much more understandable of the situation. It was not a great experience overall though.

Thank you for your stay and for reviewing my property. I would like to apologize once more about the seasonal flying ants in your bathroom upon your return from dinner during the first night of your stay. When you called me that evening at 11pm telling me you wanted to leave due to the insects I was very concerned. Therefore a professional was hired the following day to investigate the cause of the issue. As he explained, the insects in question are harmless flying ants active during the summer in many countries, including Madeira and mainland Portugal. They are attracted by light and it s not rare that they fly in at night if the door/window is open and lights are on. I completely understand they are inconvenient to have in your bathroom and to ensure your comfort, housekeeping service was provided immediately the following morning. The technician who was sent there, asked for any further episodes to be reported as it is important to investigate further, if this was the case. However, on multiple occasions we were in touch thereafter when I enquired your welfare, I was assured nothing further had happened and that everything was ok. Had I been aware, a further inspection would have been carried out. My guests comfort is my utmost priority. After the check out, to my surprise I received a phone call from your girlfriend at 10pm, which was 11 hours after you had left the apartment, stating that some unwanted items as described by yourself in the review above, had been found during the night prior to your departure. As a natural reaction I questioned why such a serious matter was not brought to my attention immediately, as we had been in contact several times throughout your stay and as I had also earlier been contacted by phone at night , due to the flying ants. However, I did not receive an answer but only a request for a full refund. Housekeeping service was provided to the apartment prior and during your stay and the apartment was throughly inspected before your arrival, as it always is the case. Im disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your overall stay. Wishing you the best in your future travels.

Appartement mit herrlichem Meerblick

Bei unserem Urlaub in diesem Appartement hat alles gastimmt! Wir können uns nur dem Urteil früherer Mieter anschliessen. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Nichts fehlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist herrlich. Guter Auausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Insel. Wären wir jünger, würden wir gerne wieder kommen

Ruhiges Appartement mit allem was man so braucht. Supermarkt (bzw. Shoppingcenter) und Busanbindung gleich um die Ecke. Funchal Altstadt ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es fehlt an nichts und ist ein guter Startpunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Noch dazu eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin!

Très agréable séjour

Agréable appartement conforme à nos attentes. Très bonne aide avec le concierge qui parle français. En soirée, stationnement difficile sur les parkings de la résidence et aux abords.

Excellent apartment

A really well presented compact apartment, every little detail carefully thought out. Very well situated and great sunny balcony with spectacular view, also very quiet with no traffic noise. Perfect for a relaxing stay and Annikka very helpful . Alan T

Relaxing stay in Funchal

A very pleasant compact flat in a good location. Good to escape uk winter for a few days.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is a calm area with an excellent climate next to the sea. There is a promenade for walks or for jogging in front of the building and also an access to the sea from the two municipal Lidos.
A large shopping mall with a supermarket and a selection of shops is close by.
The bus stop is up the road where you can catch the city bus (it takes about 10 to the centre minutes by bus) and also the airport bus.
The apartment is modern and equipped for 2 persons holiday purposes.
