Koet henkeäsalpaavat näkymät 12. kerroksessa Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium. Tämä on tilava 1380 neliön jalka, kaksi makuuhuoneessa kerrossänky huone ja kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet huoneisto. Relaxing Stay

Great place

This was the perfect location for the Ironman race. Owners were very helpful and were available by phone for any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

We had the best time at the Taran’s. It had everything we needed, was clean and extremely comfortable! The full size bunk was comfortable for me as an adult. Communication with Diane was great. We would definitely stay again.

Best Condo at Boardwalk!

Walt and Diane are great! The condo is always very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. My family and I have stayed here many times and we are never disappointed. We will definitely book this condo for years to come.

Great time in PCB Condo on the beach

Haven't been to Panama City Beach in over 20 years but had to change vacation plans at the last minute due to hurricane in Orange Beach. The condo was very nice and right on the beach and was very clean!! We all enjoyed the pool and the area.

Very clean room!

We vacation every summer in PCB and this was our first year staying at Boardwalk. The room was so clean, the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything was very well taken care of and updated! The owners were amazing to work with! The resort was very clean and well maintained.

Clean well stocked condo.

This was our 6th time staying at Boardwalk and this unit was just as advertised. Really impressed all the locks worked even on the pocket doors, great attention to detail!

Wonderful trip!

Our family stayed in this condo at The Boardwalk for the first time on our family vacation this year, and it was the best vacation we have had in a long time. The condo has recently been redecorated and it is beautiful! It had everything we could ask for. The owners were so easy to work with and quick to reply to any messages or questions. The use of the beach chairs and umbrellas were great, and our kids loved the splash pad by the pool. We hope to be able to stay here again soon!

Loved this PCB Boardwalk Resort Condo!

Room 1208 was newly furnished, all tile floors, and wonderful view of the gulf! Beach was literally just steps away and pool was perfect. The condo itself had a king in master, queen in 2nd BR and bunk beds in 3rd. 2 bathrooms were large and master had both glass walk-in shower and separate garden tub, with sliding pocket door to close off from double sinks...lots of room when everyone was getting cleaned up for dinner each night! Only suggestion my family can think of is you could put a larger TV in living room. The kitchen was beautiful, cooked and ate breakfast there every morning! The living room couches were so nice and the balcony was great, loved all the floor to ceiling views fron both master and living area! Thank you!

The Condo n Views were Great but...........

After we settled in we noticed there wasn't a card to get into the Fitness Sauna Steam area which was indicated on the Amenities and one of the most important reason we selected this condo. After contacting the owner she told us they don't belong to the fitness we would have to buy a membership for $125..the owner said many of there customers don't request the Fitness area..WELL WHY have it listed ? The listing also indicated Beach chairs n Umbrella, not available WHY ? Owner said it's WINTER ..What the heck does that mean to a renter coming from the north we had to buy chairs n umbrellas! The Condo was not clean had to go out and buy cleaning supplies ... Right after I spoke to the owners the original Amenities were deleted!...Never book with Home away Again!

Wonderful updated condo

We have stayed at a few different condos in Panama city and this one is by far the best. The unit was clean on arrival. I'm crazy about walking on sand in the condo, and there wasn't any.. The floors are all tile so sweeping the sand away was easy every day. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms are more spacious than most in a condo. Beds were comfortable. The bunk room was a little tight but that was expected. Kids loved sleeping on the bunks! The view from the living room and master bedroom is AMAZING! They had lots of games for all ages to play on a rainy day or in the evening. We have stayed at many places and we will definitely rent this condo again next time we come to Panama city!. Owners Walt and Diane are excellent to work with. We accidentally left a kindle in the unit and they contacted me immediately and sent it back to us. That's an excellent cleaning service... the unit was spotless on arrival and they reported when they found an electronic device. The condo complex as a whole was nice as well. A lot of bathroom facilities near pool. The beach chairs were great to have. Kids always knew where we would be every day. We have kids 15,13 and 10 so having a home base on the beach was nice to meet up. My only complaint at the beach would be that the guys would come every day at 4:30 to take the chair cushions though they were supposed to leave them until 5. Not any fault of the condo owners. We did ask about the time once and they left it until 5 after that. They guys working on the beach were very nice and respectful. The restaurant downstairs was nice and clean and has excellent food and service. One night they even had a guy out there playing live music. He was excellent! Wonderful week in a beautiful, clean updated condo! Loved it!

Late and lack of information from owners but great condo.

The condo itself deserves a “5” rating, one of the best we have ever stayed at in Panama City Beach. The owners supplying their guests with correct and timely information were SEVERELY LACKING and deserved a “1” rating. 4 issues depicting this are listed as follows: 1) It was a little unethical to wait until right before the “Pay Now” button to inform the customer that he/she must buy the damage insurance or put $3,000 in limbo before he/she can book the condo. 2) VRBO stated that the host provided arrival information saying we would receive an email from them a week before our arrival with our personal code to the electronic locking system on the front door. That did not happen. I sent an email and a voice message on their phone 4 days before our arrival but did not receive an email or phone call until 2 days before our arrival. My wife and I are senior citizens and we both were starting to think we had been scammed out of nearly $3,000. Their excuse for providing extremely late information was that they were out of the country. 3) I asked how to get a parking pass for a second vehicle and inquired if I needed to buy a pass for my son who lives in Panama City Beach and would be coming for dinner but would not be staying overnight. Their response was to buy parking passes at the guard hut. On the description of the condo, the host stated that only one pass was provided, which they said was a $20 value, but I found when I went to buy the additional parking passes, they were $35. The guard also told me that non-overnight guests parking passes were free. Another example of the owner not supplying correct or timely information. 4) When I brought these issues to the owner’s attention, she was very confrontational and asked me not to leave a review.

Wonderful Place to Stay in PCB

We loved our stay in the condo! It had plenty of space, was well-stocked with everything we needed, and was immaculately clean. The pool was large enough to not feel crowded, and the beach is so close. We appreciated all the extra touches that made us feel welcome.

Spacious, clean space on 12th floor

The condo itself was great... Nicely decorated, clean, good spaces to hang out inside and out. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need to make meals for the week. The only drawbacks are that the gym is permanently closed ( effective 3/1/25), and one of the jets in one of the two hot tubs was broken the entire week. The repair wouldn't have made much of a difference except for the fact that we had double red flags most of the week and had to spend all time in pool/ hot tub area during our visit. Both of those things were not reflections on the unit owners, but more on the property itself (internet still mentions a gym on the Boardwalk website).

Excellent condo!

Excellent option for a family! The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. It has a wonderful view, and even has beach toys for the kids to play with! There are many rules that are enforced by the property security, but it made for a calm and enjoyable stay! The only downside is paying for a second parking pass, $55 is a bit steep, especially since there’s ample amount of parking. This isn’t controlled by the Owners, but instead the property management.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was beautiful and a great location. Everything was just as displayed in the photos. We enjoyed all the board games in the condo for Game Nights with the kids!! You were very responsive and even helped us get checked in a little early. Definitely will be returning! P.S. I loved the photo on the TV cabinet! It was awesome being able to see who I had been communicating with all this time. Thanks again fir sharing your home with me and my family!
