The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.

Our family and friends (7 adults) stayed a week at this property. We had plenty of room for all of us with beds to spare. The staff at the building were constantly cleaning all of the public common spaces. Access to the beach was great either by steps or ramps. The pool area was awesome as well. We had a great time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was mold/mildew in the master shower. Furniture in living area looked OK, but was worn and should be replaced. Everything else was nice and I would recommend this unit to friends.

This condo was great for our girls trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony was big with plenty of furniture. Overall it was a great place.

Unit layout with the option of four bedrooms and three baths was perfect for our family. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Location of resort is convenient to many restaurants and local attractions. Pool, hot tubs , and beach front all contribute to Boardwalk as an excellent choice in Panama City Beach.

Excellent for family vacations

Excellent kept condo with fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, peaceful bedrooms, and ample seating in living room and balcony. Close to attractions, and right at the beach. All around awesome vacation spot

Great family location

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the property. Very family friendly resort! Was a little disappointed that our son was unable to allow his friend to come up and visit with us after dinner…they were deployed together. Very secure place to stay.

Family Vacation!

This was a great property and suite! Everything was very clean, except the water dispenser in the fridge door (which is gross everywhere Ive stayed at the beach). The property was probably the cleanest I've stayed at and the food at the poolside bar/grill was fantastic!

Family Vacation 2025

My family of 11 enjoyed our stay so much! The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Easy access to the beach, the pool and hot tubs were nice and the maintenance staff worked all day, every day to keep that place shining!Highly recommended and we plan to return again next year!

Great family space

Our family spent quality Christmas time together. We all had plenty of space, cooked meals together and enjoyed the beach.

Great place to stay!

We loved this unit. Very clean and spacious. We loved The Boardwalk pool and security and staff were always nice. The fireworks for the fourth were the best we’ve ever seen. We loved our stay!

PCB vacation

Loved the place we stayed at. The only thing we didn't like was the mattresses was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves!!!

Boardwalk 701 in June 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impression was condo needed vacuumed, dirty dishes in the cupboards, and bedspread in one of the bedrooms was dirty. Despite these things, we all had a great time at our second time staying in this condo. It is exactly what you see in the pictures online. I do think the living room couch with hide-a-bed should be replaced as the foldout bed is worn out. Also, King mattress in bedroom with slider needs replaced and the mattress cover is stained. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with clean towels. This condo despite the issues above is in a great location and we loved our stay! The resort is beautiful; the pool/hot tub, restaurant/bar, and store are amazing! The beach is paradise!We would definitely return to this condo and resort! The employees are friendly and helpful!

Panama City Beach stay March 2025

Would stay there again. Very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with awesome view. Clean and maintained villa and pool area. Easy short walk to beach. Pool staff was wonderful and friendly. Drinks at pool bar were good and not over-priced. No wait on elevators. I was one of 6 adults. Can easily sleep 10, if you use the pull out , 12.

Great place for a family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. Our room was very clean when we arrived. This unit is very big with enough room for 10-12 people. The beach had a lot of space to set up chairs and not be right on top of other families. The pool and splash pad are great for kids of any age and very clean. The pool side restaurant had great drinks and food. There was only two things we didn’t like. The pool access was closed until 9am which makes you walk to the other side of the pool by the bar to have beach access. This was a pain for us because we were on the complete opposite side of the hotel. ( They could let people walk through to get to the beach and set up a couple cones with ropes and a pool closed sign IMO) The only other thing would be for a unit this big, it would of been nice to have more plates bowls and accessories for the kitchen. This unit also has a normal coffee maker with no option for k-cups.

Pcb stay

We enjoy coming every year. The only thing I would comment on is the water spout to wash your feet from coming in the beach was broken the whole week. We had to go inside the pool area and wash off our feet and stuff. Also lock in sliding door would not lock and we had small kids. We will be back

Awesome Family Vacation
