Nice condo

It was pretty and clean. My only complaints are small. It needed lamps in the living room. Two light bulbs in the master bath were out. The pillows were not comfortable but I am a pillow snob. Otherwise it was beautiful and the workers were really nice.

Great view

The condo had a great view with easy access to the beach and ocean. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled. The 3rd floor was geat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was, hands down, the best vacation rental we have stayed at! From the booking to the end of our stay, Emerald Coast Destinations was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt at answering any of my questions! The room was phenomenal, very clean and exactly what was pictured. The pool was amazing and the kid play area at the pool was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. Thank you ECD for providing a great home away from home last week, we have made The Boardwalk 0302 our permanent vacation destination!

Loved this home!

We loved this little home. The layout was perfect for kids I could see them at all times, and it was enough space for everyone to have a relaxing space to themselves. Loved being on the lower floors & it was a beautiful view. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean upon arrival. We hope to be able to stay again soon!

PCB Boardwalk

Arrived at unit and upon arrival seemed just as pictured. Hadn’t been there 5 minutes and someone knocked at door saying was there a repair of the closet door in master….we hadn’t called it in and hadn’t really been in that room to put things away so really didn’t know if that was something or not….just would have thought it would have been fixed before our arrival if it had been called in on a prior persons stay, needless to say I turned him away because I didn’t know at that time it needed repair. 2nd bedroom is located toward the hall

Very nice

Condo, location and pool were very nice. I called three times about extra towels because the master shower was leaking on the floor. Didn’t receive them so had to wash towels frequently. Shower and vent had black mold. This was the first time we stayed at a place that didn’t have ice cube trays since the maker didn’t work. No cleaning supplies, dust buster didn’t work. I’m assuming the condo receives a good cleaning before the owner stays. Please consider added simple basics to the kitchen. We liked the condo but was disappointed by the lack of extras we’ve had during all stays at other condos. My husband had to fix the toilet handle in the Master. May want to check that out for other guests

Wonderful Visit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we booked our stay a few months ago up until the end of the trip everything was wonderful! We had to switch dates around before we left and they worked with us moving the dates of our trip to a different week. We were informed with every detail we needed to know! The condo was very clean and everything was what was expected! The only thing we would change is the guest room window covering was very thin so light shined through at night. It was no big deal to us, but we would recommend thicker curtains. However, it wasn’t a deal breaker and we loved the amenities of the resort and we will definitely be booking this condo in the near future!!

Summer Vacation

I did double check and asked if the lights in the master bathroom had been fixed and the leak that others complained about in the master bath shower. I was told it was fixed and it was not because the tile that was put in when the shower was redone was not installed correctly. Maintenance did come and add something to the shower door to help but not much more they could do. We just had to wash towels daily. No big deal overall. I do wish we would have been told you have to manually lock the unit with your code instead of the door auto locking behind you like the other units. It was never mentioned in my final confirmation giving me the unlock code to the door. Overall still a nice condo and nice stay. Perfect that the unit is on the 3rd floor.

Spring break

This condo was as beautiful as in the pictures. My only complaint, and this is very minimal, is that we didn’t have a working can opener or hair dryer. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Nice place, good price point and location

The unit was a good option for us to be close to the beach and other activities. It was clean and the check in process was very easy.

Beautiful ocean views and sunsets

Beautiful location, clean beaches, and facility Tiki hut was closed. Perhaps open only seasonally? Pool was heated but still pretty cold. One hot tub was open and not both so it was a bit crowded at times. We went for a softball tournament as a family. The fitness center was not included, even though there is one on sight. That was a first for a vrbo rental for me. The daily construction and resurfacing of their parking garage was quite loud. Both showers leaked and the pressure was light. There are no hangers in either bedroom closets, so make sure you bring your own. I like to hang my clothes, so bring or buy some. The management company was very responsive by text or phone call during business hours and allowed us a later checkout than listed which was nice. Overall comfortable, lovely, and clean unit. We would go back.

Beautiful condo

Beautifully decorated condo, great location, nice complex. Hope to stay here many times in the future. Very spacious and comfortable. Only complaints are...dishwasher does not clean dishes even with multiple washes and various settings tried. The front door is difficult to get to lock. Usually took 4 tries to get it to set or lock. One day the exterminator randomly showed up to put gel bait in the kitchen and bathrooms. This was a little uncomfortable not knowing he was stopping by. Glad we were there. Dislike that random strangers have access to the unit. Made us feel unsafe. They were resurfacing the parking deck and the dust was stiffling. We had to cover our noses when we left the unit. Also got dust all over our vehicle. It was very noisy. I know this is a temporary situation but we were not wared about it. It was very windy a few nights and the sliding glass doors loudly rattled. But in spite of all of that, the condo is very well decorated (minus the bedspreads). We loved our vacation there. Will stay here again if we can. I give this a 5 star rating inspite if these small problems.

Comfortable Condo, great location

Upgraded condo, nice decor! We enjoyed our time here! Pros: plenty of towels, soap and shampoo, dual function Keurig, well-stocked kitchen, ice maker, comfy bed in master. Cons: as mentioned by others, the master shower leaks but we just used the 3 floor towels then threw them in the dryer, the dishwasher did not get dishes clean, sofa is pretty worn out, Buy or bring: coffee/k cups, TP, dish soap, laundry soap, salt/pepper, blow dryer, wine bottle opener, pool towels, kitchen garbage bags, One other thing: while unpacking, I accidentally stepped into a part of the master bed footboard that sticks out. It created quite a bruise on my stomach that will hurt for awhile. I can’t imagine how much it would hurt if you backed into it while using the dresser. Keep an eye on that.

Do NOT stay at Boardwalk

The Boardwalk staff was unhelpful in every way possible. They couldn't be bothered to help with anything. All numbers for the desk/staff provided were out of order or wrong so you couldn't get in touch with anyways which is prob how they wanted it. I was told the fitness center was only for owners. It took 2 days to get a maintenance man to our room even though we had toilet water in the floor for those two days. The first guy came in and basically splashed toilet water around and said "sorry can't fix it" and walked out. After it was fixed, it was NEVER cleaned after having toilet water in the floor for days. The pool was closed for 2 full days and the splash pad was closed for 3 days. The splash pad had been closed for 1-2 months and we were NOT informed of this and this was the main reason for booking here since we had 4 kids under 2 years old. You're not allowed to have fun on the pool deck. No JUMPING (in a pool? Try explaining that to ten kids under 10), no balls no floats, and the 10 min "time out" every hour is insane. Do not stay here if you have kids or like to have fun. This is basically a 65+ community. And they should probably just pay for their condos themselves rather than renting them out without fully preparing their guests the incredibly stupid rules they wrote in place.

Nice Condo

The condo is very nice. The bathroom in the extra room has a bad leak that needs to be tended to. The commode leaks and the shower leaks in the floor. Other than that the place was really nice.
