Villa Kalostous is a spacious, modern, and beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. It covers an area of 80 square meters and is located in close proximity to the villages of Mesi and Agia Triada in the Rethymno area. Situated on top of a hill amidst olive groves and other plantations, the villa boasts uninterrupted and expansive views of the mountains, meadows, and the sea. It provides a haven of serenity and relaxation, far from the noise and traffic, while still being just a short walk away from a local traditional tavern and a picturesque village.



The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Additionally, one of the sofas can be converted into a bed, suitable for a child. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub ensuite and another with a shower and WC adjacent to the second bedroom. The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, seamlessly connected to the spacious living room with sophisticated decor.



Ample surrounding space is available for hours of relaxation on the loungers in front of the large pool or beneath the shade of the fully furnished, cozy patio/veranda. The villa also offers a barbecue area and plenty of parking spaces. Perfect location for relaxing holiday

The villas are in a peaceful location but also conveniently located for several local tavernas, supermarkets and for going out and about. Car hire essential and villas are within an hour or so of Chania and Heraklion and approx 20 mins from Rethymno. Villa layout is good, very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and polite and offered lots of tips about places to eat/visit. We had one issue with no water one evening but George was on site within minutes and sorted the problem very quickly. Kitchen equipment a bit basic but most things there. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing get away from it type of holiday.

Small but accommodating

I visit Crete often and for the first time I'm staying in two new "mini pool condo" that are springing out across the island. Each is clean, modern and offers a/c. The villa I'm reviewing is small but will accommodate 4 people (2 bdrm.) The furniture layout works against the small villa as seating and dining is clustered into tight corners. The large tv/couch location feels like sitting in the front set of a theater. My main complaint with a caveat, is the cutlery. I had a serrated knife to cut veggies and the knife blade would bend trying to cut a carrot. Caveat is I have heard guests steal nice things, but please think like a cook and offer proper cutting utensils. Beds were comfy tho mine never had bedding offered. I did not contact to request as I sleep cool. Nice big pool. Great effort overall, needs more details addressed.

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und man benötigt definitiv ein Auto. Die Sauberkeit der Villa ist sehr vorbildlich und auch die gesamte Ausstattung. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung gibt es auch eine traumhafte Taverne “Andreas”.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Direkt bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert. Alles entsprach 1:1 wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa in herrlicher Lage genossen. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts hatte das Team vor Ort immer ein offenes Ohr falls nötig. Villa liegt zwar etwas versteckt aber dank der Koordinaten mit google maps einfach zu finden - ist als Standort markiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele GrĂŒĂŸe an das gesamte Team! :)

Schöne Villa auf Kreta

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Villa in den Bergen von Kreta verbracht. Sie war fern ab vom Trubel an der KĂŒste. Insgesamt befinden sich 4 GebĂ€ude in der Anlage. Durch HolzzĂ€une zwischen den einzelnen Terrassen war die PrivatsphĂ€re gewahrt. Mit unserem Mietwagen konnten wir die nahegelegenen StrĂ€nde, Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte gut erreichen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die große Terrasse und der Pool waren wunderbar zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und verlĂ€sslich. Kreta hat uns sehr gefallen und die Villa können wir nur empfehlen.

Moderne Anlage in den Bergen

Die Anlage im Dunkeln zu finden ist sehr schwer, weil nicht ausgeschildert. Leider sind wir verloren gegangen und die UnterstĂŒtzung der Agentur war nicht wirklich motiviert. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gut, die Reinigung alle 3 Tage von Maria war excellent. Die KĂŒche hat zu wenig Arbeits- und AbstellflĂ€chen, die KĂŒchengerĂ€te sind sehr einfach.

Amazing place up in the hills

This place is absolutely gorgeous and exactly as it says in the description. Great if you want to get away from the main area of business but be in close enough distance. Highly recommend getting a car as it’s up in the hills but it’s everything you could want.

Alles sauber und gepflegt , HandtĂŒcher werden alle paar Tage gewechselt, Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt und die Villa hatte eine ruhige Lage. Ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig da es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erst 2 Dörfer weiter gab. Bei Fragen oder Problemen steht immer jemand zur VerfĂŒgung . Es war eine schöne Zeit in der Villa, auf jeden Fall ist sie weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus - super Betreuung

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Mai und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Obwohl der Pool nicht beheizt war konnte man dank der sonnigen Lage schwimmen. Die Reinigung und der BettwĂ€sche/Handtuchservice war wirklich gut. Die Ausgangslage des Hauses ist fĂŒr AusflĂŒge super geeignet - man ist sehr schnell auf der Schnellstraße und im Trubel und noch besser- wenn man davon genug hat ist man auch ganz schnell wieder "zu Hause" und kann beim klang von Schafglocken entspannen. Nicht ganz einsam zu wohnen war fĂŒr uns super - die Trennung von den anderen HĂ€usern ist aber gelungen. Bei einem technischen Problem wurde uns sehr schnell weiter geholfen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und wĂŒrden wieder buchen.
