Villa Karouzo- With Private Pool

VILLA KAROUZO is a ground floor residence of 130 m², friendly for the disabled people which extends in an area of 700 m² with a private pool, able to accommodate up to 7 people. It is located in the traditional village of Agios Konstantinos, 20 km from the city of Rethymno and 11 km. from the sea.

VILLA KAROUZO is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people as it has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed measuring 2X 1.60 and another 2 with twin beds measuring 90 X 2 m. All bedrooms have aircondition, wardrobe and mirror, Both of them are equipped with a desk, a balcony door with direct access to the garden and the pool, beautiful and careful decoration that aims at your relaxation. In the spacious open space, the guest will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a 50-inch TV with satellite channels and a NETFLIX aircondition. An extremely well-kept space that aims at your relaxation and rest. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, hobs, oven, dishwasher and provides everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. Finally, in the open space is the comfortable dining room, able to accommodate you and your family or friends. The house has two bathrooms with shower, one of them is suitably designed to serve the disabled people. They are fully equipped with all kinds of personal hygiene and have a washing machine and dryer.
All areas of the house have direct access to the pool and garden.

Exterior

The outdoor area of VILLA KAROUZO is designed and equipped in such a way as to offer the visitor the ultimate relaxation and a stunning view of the Cretan Sea. Specifically outside you will find the pool and depth 1.40, around the pool there is a variety of furnished areas with comfortable sunbeds, shower, barbecue, a large outdoor dining table and comfortable outdoor lounge. For people with mobility problems access to the pool is via the ramp that has been built for this reason, All outdoor is fenced and has parking. Finally, there is wifi access throughout the property.
VILLA KAROUZO is 11 km from the nearest beach, Petre beach and the cosmopolitan beach of Episkopi, Rethymnon is 20 km away. The nearest airport in Chania is I Daskalogiannis Airport and is 65 km away. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and cycling. The village center is 200 m away and there you can find a variety of shops such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop and traditional taverns and cafes.

The Εnvironmental fee 15€ per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
