Great villa

The property was lovely. Great quiet location, 30 mins from rethmyno, with a bakery and minimart in the village. The villa was well furnished and well kept, with decent equipment but little things missing, e.g. no chopping board, no cork screws or bottle openers. Not big things but annoying omissions. Other than these very minor quibbles and the water company doing repairs that impacted water supply for 2 evenings, a great place to stay

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Karouzo verbracht, wer einen Urlaub fern vom Trubel sucht ist in diesem Haus gut aufgehoben, die Villa liegt in einem kl Dorf, wo ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker zu Fuß erreichbar sind Jeden Morgen wird man vom Hahn und das Mähen der Ziegen und Schafe persönlich geweckt!Die Betten sind ein Traum und auch die Klimaanlage funktioniert, haben wir aber gar nicht so oft gebraucht!Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war nur schriftlich, aber hat super funktioniert!Die Villa ist sehr sauber und bei der Ankunft gab es frisches Obst, Wasser, Kaffee, Tee , Honig, sehr aufmerksam!Ober der Villa wohnt wer, das hab ich leider überlesen, dass sie nur der untere Bereich zu mieten ist, aber das stört nicht, man bekommt die Nachbarn nicht mit!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie mir ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

Die Villa ist toll und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden mit einer tollen Erstausstattung von Obst, Getränken, Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen, Honig, Öl etc. willkommen geheißen. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben.Die Reinigung des Hauses sowie des Pools mussten einmal angesprochen werden, dann lief das aber problemlos. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht so mit, sodass wir den Pool kaum genutzt haben, dafür jedoch Kreta gut anschauen konnten! Hierfür ist es eine gute Lage!Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir könnten uns gut vorstellen, Villa Karouzo erneut zu buchen. Als kleinen Tipp würden wir vorschlagen, die Halterung in der einen Dusche zu befestigen, weil der Duschkopf nicht hält, die Eigentümerin hatte es einmal versucht, es hielt aber nicht, trotzdem sehr nett.Auch können wir empfehlen, ein Schneidebrett mitzunehmen, sonst ist alles da was man braucht!Allen, die die Villa buchen wünschen wir eine gute Zeit, die kann man dort definitiv verbringen!

Traumhafte Location in der Natur

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind extrem gepflegt, sauber und modern. Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich hat man einen tollen Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Wir haben den regelmäßigen Reinigungs-Service sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf fernab vom Massentourismus. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, der fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht und das ursprüngliche Griechenland kennenlernen möchte, ist man hier genau richtig.

Perfekt!

Wir waren vom 23.04. - 05.05.2022 in diesem Haus. Es ist (noch) wie auf den Bildern, alles neu und es hat an nichts gefehlt. In den 12 Tagen wurde zweimal gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Marinakis war völlig komplikationslos und sehr angenehm. Wer etwas von der Insel sehen möchte, für den ist ein Mietwagen unerlässlich. Und: Entfernungen nicht unterschätzen! Das Nötigste für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt man im Ort. Alles in allem war es für uns ein absolut gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
