Roman Holiday presenteert u het appartement voor korte vakantieverhuur. Het onderscheidende van Vacanze Romane appartement is de reproductie van het beroemde marmeren masker 'Mouth of Truth', gelegen in Rome en vooral bekend van zijn verschijning in de film Roman Holiday uit 1953. Grenzend aan de Trevifontein in een historisch gebouw uit 1900, net elegant gerenoveerd met bijzondere aandacht voor details, is het een exclusieve locatie! Ideaal voor 1 of 2 gezinnen met kinderen, huwelijksreis of zakenreis.

Je wordt begroet met een fles Italiaanse traditionele wijn in het hart van Rome, naast de Trevifontein. Het appartement ligt dicht bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden en maakt deel uit van een historisch gebouw met gemakkelijke toegang (enkele treden) tot de 1e verdieping. Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd in klassieke en moderne stijl. Het appartement van 100 m² heeft twee grote en lichte tweepersoonsslaapkamers met airconditioning en een flatscreen-tv en is versierd met balkenplafonds; twee badkamers met douche en bidet, versierd met een oude bakstenen muur; en een comfortabele woonkamer met een slaapbank gescheiden van de keuken volledig uitgerust: servies, koffiezetapparaat, magnetron en waterkoker. Was- en droogmachine zijn gratis beschikbaar.

We bieden extra diensten, zoals dagelijkse schoonmaak, transfers van / naar luchthaven, toeristische gids in verschillende talen, babysitten, persoonlijk diner thuis bereid door een gekwalificeerde Italiaanse chef-kok volgens uw behoeften.

We zijn altijd beschikbaar om informatie te geven en eventuele problemen op te lossen. Alle suggesties zijn welkom om de kwaliteit van onze service en uw vakantie te verbeteren!

De Raad van Rome vereist de betaling van de toeristenbelasting, die € 3, - per persoon per dag bedraagt.

Wonderful location

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many of the attractions that we wanted to visit. Not to mention the host, Andrea was friendly and very helpful. I would love to return to stay here again!

Great spot close to Trevi!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was plenty of space for our family of 5. Lots of great restaurants close by. We slept in the master bedroom, and it was completely soundproof despite being so close to everything.

What can I say, great location, great communication, etc... The property was exactly as listed and the location was great. There is also a great restaurant just down the street. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that is close to everything.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Beds were comfortable, kids loved the mouth of truth and the 1st floor location and proximity to Trevi, the Colosseum and other landmarks couldn’t be beat. We walked everywhere we wanted to go our entire trip.

Great stay!

Very accommodating host - we were late getting there and he waited and found us lost in the street below. Space was much larger in person vs. pictures and exceptionally clean and very updated. Hope to be back soon

Perfect location!

This apartment is super central to most things in Rome. We easily walked to everything except the Vatican City, which made it the perfect location. Apartment was large enough to fit 6 of us! We will definitely be back!

Great apartment in Rome!

Loved how spacious and well outfitted the apartment was. Stayed with my son and his family, and the grandkids loved discovering the mouth of the wall-hanging medallion. So glad to have air conditioning and a helpful and gracious host check-in process.

This apartment is close to everything and in the center of excitement but it’s also very quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed walking to Rome’s many attractions and exploring the neighborhoods. It’s a perfect vacation spot. Thank you!

Excellent Location and Property

If you want to be in the center of it all this is the place to stay with your family. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions as well as the Roma Termini train station, where we were able to venture out of the city for day excursions. Everything you need and is available and very clean. Andrea was very accessible for any questions including organizing transportation for our departure. If we return we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!!!

Beautiful 2 bedroom retreat steps from Trevi Fountain! Andrea was very hospitable and very quick to respond to any of our questions. He also had many recommendations in the area to help make our trip to Rome even more fantastic!!! The condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and offered all the amenities anyone would need. It was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for our entire family! Thank you for sharing your place, giving us remarkable memories and providing us with an amazing stay!!!

Amazing sanctuary in Rome for family of 5!

This place was absolutely gorgeous (like living in a magazine gorgeous!) and the perfect setup for our family of 5. It was spacious and quiet even though it was right in the very heart of Rome! We could walk everywhere with our 3 boys ages 10, 13 and 15. The kitchen was great and we ate our breakfasts, some lunches and even a dinner at the apartment. Overall an amazing sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Rome!

Fab apartment in great location

We loved this apartment which is close to the Trevi fountain. Good air con, three bedrooms (though one would otherwise be the lounge), large rooms and a washing machine/dryer. It needed more crockery and cutlery and some capsules for the coffee maker would have been nice. Apparently we were the last guests before it changes hands so not sure it will be listed again.

Trip to Rome

Everything was wonderful in the apartment. They let us leave our bags early (for a small fee) so we could hit the ground running and begin to sightsee. It was very close to the trevi fountain but on a side street which made it quiet. There is a very sweet little restaurant was across the street (piccolo arancio) which had amazing pasta. The only issue was maybe the kitchen needed a few more amenities. Would totally recommend and would stay again.

Perfect. Excellent location. Better than a five star hotel.

We were met right on time. Great communication. It’s like staying in a (better than) a five star hotel. Location couldn’t be better. Three minute walk to Trevie Fountain. Five minute walk to Spanish Steps. About a twenty minute walk to the Colosseum. Perfect place for two couples or family. Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Couldn’t be happier. Comunicación pre check in was great, una vez ahí él estaba muy apurado, no sabía nada sobre los amenities de la casa. Coffee maker non funcionaba, stove without instructions and dish faucet was broken, when we realized I texted him but never replied me back. WiFi the worst we had in our trip. Location is great and apartment is spacious, 2 big bedrooms and Extra area with sofa bed. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed 3 days in July 2023. Pros: located next to Trevi fountain, plenty of restaurants, sites, shops, etc. Condo was huge and clean, owner provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen adequately equipped. Cons: AC only in two main bedrooms, not enough to cool off entire condo, kitchen faucet was broken, washing machine only had hot water, shower doesn’t drain well when using the rain shower head, kitchen chairs creaked a lot, location was central, however food deliveries to restaurants started around 6:30 am so cannot sleep in. Finally hallway light never worked, was pitch black. Still would recommend due to convenient location to walk and explore.

The property needs some maintenance and upkeep done on it. I feel that we left it cleaner when we left than when we got it. The hot water didn’t stay consistently hot and the coffee maker couldn’t find pods for it at the local co-op grocer. There are really only two full bedrooms with a pull-out sofa that is for use which leaves zero living space for a family to sit together. There was so much noise from other tenants and street noise which made it hard to sleep. Ultimately it worked out as we needed our own room for us and my mother but wish we could’ve been more rested on this trip.

Good space in an Amazing Location.

The property worked well for us. Next to Trevi, restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable. I would suggest the following: a coffee maker that uses standard pods (or supply pods to guests), make a small guide book with information on how to work the washer and dryer combo and start the burners on the stove. Also, for showers, the water changed temperature a lot, which wasn't the best experience. There's no light in the hallway leading to the apartment. We used flashlights on our phones. Even with those issues, we'd still stay here again for the value in this location.

Amazing Location

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and we walked everywhere, even with two kids. It was very hot in Rome while we were there, but the A/C worked great and the location allowed us to return and take a break when necessary. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Good location but not worth it

Although the location is good, very close to the Trevi Fountain, the flat itself was dissapointing. The WiFi did not work (host promised to get it fixed but never did) and there’s very poor Cell signal due to the house being old, so prepare to be offline at least at home. One of the bedrooms had windows which were not renewed so it was pretty bad to sleep in - there’s lots of noise coming from outside. The shower was a challenge to use - water was changing from hot to cold every 15secs. If you plan on enjoying a glass of good Italian wine while at home, bring your own glasses - there’s 1 (yes, one) wine glass in the kitchen. Overall - the flat actually doesn’t have a living room - so there’s no nice and cosy place to hang out - you either sit at the kitchen table or in one of bedrooms. All in all - we won’t consider staying here next time we come to Rome - it’s way too overpriced for what you get out of it.

Alles in gutem Zustand, gute Raumaufteilung, ein paar mehr Gläser in der Küche hätten geholfen. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Zentrale Lage, Service und Empfang super, leider sind die Bäder nicht sauber (Schimmel), Für 4 Personen geeignet nicht für 6. Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Kühlschrank defekt Tür Gefrierfach fehlt. Sehr schmutzige Gardinen (schwarz).
