Cozy, comfortable and fresh family apartment on the ground floor, with patio and terrace. Ideal for a quiet family holiday. You will find everything you need for your vacation. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and pets are not allowed.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower (towels included for exclusive use in the house not for the beach), two bedrooms, a double bed, and three single beds (bed linen included). You can sunbathe, swim, or read in the communal pool with an area for adults and children, on the patio you can have breakfast in the morning light, sunbathe, play or hang clothes while on the front terrace, you can eat or dine with the family.

The house has a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and a portable fan. In the bedroom, you will find an iron and ironing board. Other appliances available in the house are a coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, washing and dryer machine, hair dryer, juice squeezer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

The urbanization is located 10 minutes walk from the center of the Marina with supermarkets, coffee shops, etc., 10 minutes from San Fulgencio Urbanization with restaurants and services of various nationalities, 25 minutes by car from Alicante airport, 10 minutes walk from Playa del Pinet and the most important coastal wetland in the area. The beach of Pinet has lifeguards, restaurants, a couple of hostels and beach bar, maintaining the essence of the area. Within walking distance there are several naturist beaches surrounded by Dunes, the best known of El Rebollo. Other attractions in the area are guided horse tours along with the nearby reservoirs of El Hondo, or the natural park of the salt flats in Santa Pola, where we can enjoy flamingos, ardeidas or other waterfowl.

In the surroundings, you can visit the castles of Sax, Santa Pola and Alicante, the Island of Tabarca, the Salt Museum, practice water sports, the fair of Guardamar del Segura, etc.
