The apartment is new, equipped and located in a quiet, safe area and well served by pharmacies, supermarkets, meat, fish and pizza restaurants. The price includes: - cleaning - towels and sheets - toilet paper - shower gel, shampoo, soap, shower caps and slippers - unlimited Wi-Fi - flat screen TV in each room. The price does not include: - transfer to and from the airports - parking (€ 15 / night in a private garage); it is possible to park for free in the neighboring streets or, if available, in the private access road to the building protected by a bar with the key provided; - access to the gym, near the apartment for € 15 per day The apartment consists of: - living room (table with chairs, sofa and TV) and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, machine NESPRESSO coffee supplied with capsules including decaffeinated; - 2 large double bedrooms, one with a private internal bathroom; - 1 bedroom with a single bed, plus another "drawer" bed side by side; - 1 other bathroom and a shower / laundry room The apartment is ideal for six adults and one child as there is also a cot and a high chair for children and babies. Access for guests
[ENG] The entire apartment will be available to guests. We live near the apartment if you need it. The condominium has an elevator. The keys are left at check-in, and you will have full control. Interaction with guests
[ITA] The scheduled check-in time is flexible, but by 22.00; we do not charge the check after this time but in this case we would appreciate that the time was communicated with a good approximation. In the absence of communication, the check in will be closed at 11.00 pm; if you keep us updated, we can extend the check-in as needed. NOTE: as you don't want to wait hours for check-in, :-) [ENG] 'Check-in time is flexible, but before 10.00 pm. We do not charge any extra fee for the check in over this time but, in the event, we would appreciate if you can precise the estimated time of arrival. If we take agreement we are available to extend your check in time as needed. Without any previous agreement check in will be closed at 23.00; NOTE: like you, we don't like wait hours for a check in.
