Este apartamento de 80m2 es extraordinariamente tranquilo, a pesar de encontrarse en el bullicioso centro de Barcelona. Ubicado en una de las mejores calles de Barcelona. Este lugar es ideal para parejas, familias pequeñas y viajeros de negocios.

The apartment is central to just about every major attraction with great local restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Barcelona!

What a location!

Perfect location in Barcelona! Arrival and check-in were super easy, Dani was spectacular and always available. We loved being in the center of all the restaurants, and shops and most of all so close to everything the area had to offer. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. I would recommend this host.

Barcelona Flat

We stayed in this Flat for our first trip to Barcelona. We were right in the middle of so many fine restaurants and bars. Close to shopping and walking distance to many attractions. Check in and out was very easy. The flat is very comfortable with cold air if needed. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Fantastic place to stay in a great loc action with all you need in walking distance. Management team was very helpful. Very humid during stay, so appreciated a strong working AC. Favorite restaurants include Catalan (around the block), Vinitus and Mercader de l’Eixample. Recommend this property highly.

Location was amazing. AC worked great in the heat of summer. Bathtub, baby crib and high chair made this flat family-friendly for our stay with a 1 yo and 4 yo. Check-in was super easy and they contacted us multiple times during our trip to make sure we were happy. Everything was great! The elevator was also a plus with strollers.

The location cannot be beat as it is one block over from the best shopping and two of the best Gaudí sites! Las Ramblas is down the street and La Sagrada Familia is a short walk away.

The apartment is great - both for location and facilities. I bagged the larger bedroom - it has external windows, fitted wardrobes and a shower over the bath. There is more kitchen equipment than you'll ever need! H2O looked after us well during our stay and someone was there for us when we arrived from the airport.

Excellent Location

Check-in was easy, and was able to drop off luggage early prior to checkin. The app used to access the apartment was easy to use. The location of the apartment is excellent, half a minute walk to a multitude of bars and restaurants. Excellent restaurant right next door with long lines every night for lunch and dinner. Felt very safe in this area which had several high-end stores around the corner. Coming from the U.S., for the electrical outlets, we did need to buy a converter to use to charge our phones. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at this apartment with a 7 year old and a 4 year old while we visited beautiful Barcelona. This place was perfect for us. I cannot imagine a better location; close to 2 metro lines, half a block to the best tapas we ever had, and walking along La Rambla to get home was a perfect way to end the day. The elevator was a gem and my kids loved it. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack light and work well. The apartment is quiet, clean and modern. I definitely recommend staying here especially for families!

I like the location and Area safe and quiet. I don't like the services, I asked to get support for the safe box closed and they did not reply also there is no place to keep you luggage after check out. Last the warm water not stable in between give you cold water when you shower and after very warm.

Great location. A few updates would definitely be 5 star!

This property is in a great location and was almost perfect. The biggest drawback for us was the lack of comfortable seating in the living room and lack of storage space in the second bedroom and bathroom. A shelf over the toilet or under the sink would easily fix that issue. An updated/ larger couch and another comfy chair would make the living room much more user friendly. As it was we pretty much just sat around the dining room table. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Modern and Great Location

Myself, my husband and two teenagers have just returned from a 2 night stay at this apartment which we cannot fault. Great location for walking around the city or catching public transport (15 mins walk from metro or bus station). Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A lot of attractions are within 20 mins walk. Very clean and modern, surprisingly quiet with no street noise and the air conditioning was much appreciated, good wifi although it didnt reach the front bedroom. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would visit again. A visit to Temple of Jesus Christ at Tibadabo is a must!

Calme, au 5e étage avec ascenseur car ne donnant pas sur la Rambla de catalunya. 2 chambres de 2 personnes, dont l'1 remplie par le lit de 2 personnes. Cuisine bien équipée, lave et sèche linge pratiques. L'idéal aurait été de disposer d'1 torchon en sus. On a visité tout à pied. Au pied de l'immeuble, restaurant la flauta super.

Fantastic quiet apt in center of Barcelona!

Our family of four loved this apartment! It is in the center of everything but because it's on the back of the building, we heard no street noise! Also, it has two bedrooms each with their own bath, and everything is clean and functioning. It also has a washer and dryer, which were nice after traveling for a week. The property manager, David, was super helpful, friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and will stay there again if luck takes me back to Barcelona!
