Looking for a modern, comfortable space close to the city center? This beautiful apartment has everything that you might need. It is located in the Eixample district, close to Sagrada Familia neighborhood. THE SPACE:Fantastic, modern and quiet 4 bedroom apartment in the best area of Barcelona (Eixample). This 90 m2 apartment is on the 5th floor of a beautiful modernist building with elevator. This apartment is a lovely space for couples, families, and business travelers.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed

*Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.

2 Bathrooms with WC and showerFACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher

Air conditioning in the hall to refresh the bedrooms and all the apartment.

Excellent place for a family to stay

Great location

This was a well-equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood, central to the many sites of Barcelona. Check-in process was a breeze with a representative meeting us there upon arrival and providing an efficient but informative overview of the apartment and its amenities.

This H2O apt is very nice, just as it is in the pics, great for a family stay. We were 4 and we were very comfortable. The location is very good, a few minute walk to the subway, nice restaurants around, a convenient supermarket a few steps away, and major attractions just a few minutes away (by subway or waling). It was a very pleasant stay. The building has a lot of character, we loved the elevator. Communication with the agency was great, they were very responsive and they were always there if something was needed. I did the check in with someone called Dani, a very nice girl who explained everything. I will definitely recommend this place if you want to have an easy and nice stay in Barcelona.

The place is nice, spacious and it is surrounded by many restaurants. There were plenty of bakeries and it is safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. The check-in was smooth and we were able to drop our luggage early. The place was clean and organized. Few steps from the place, you can get groceries if you want to cook breakfast like us or grab pastries around the corner. H2O were responsive to the many inquiries and questions I had before arriving. Also, they were quick to send someone to fix the AC. We did a lot of walking to nearby attractions i.e. Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Thank you H2O Hospitality!

Second bathroom was not a bathroom. It was make do space where you can’t even close the door. No room for even brushing teeth. In general the apartment was not what it described on VRBO

A nice, quiet and very clean place. Perfect for 5. With 1 big bathroom and 1 small bathroom. Well equip except for shower gel and shampoo that you need to bring your own. Not far from the nearest metro. Old school elevator available. A bit scary at first but it’s workable and you’ll get use to it. Dani explained every thing to us clearly when check-in and they always responded fast to msg. :)

I would highly recommend this place!! First of all H2O are perfect hosts. Fabulous communication including tips on what to do and where to eat. Then the flat was fantastic - it was welcoming, bright, clean and airy and perfectly located and secure. We loved going to local restaurants La Neura and Adonis too. We also found it useful that Lidl was next door for a bit of milk and coffee for breakfast. My 83yr old father also really appreciated the beautiful lift and we girls were very grateful for the hairdryer. Additional extras that were a bonus! The whole experience of staying at this flat and smooth communication totally added to our enjoyment which was special on the occasion of my father's birthday. Thank you for everything and we will see you again for sure! Clare xxx

Very nice apartment with lots of natural light in the living room. Within close walking distance of Verdaguer station to easily move around by metro. The lift is a bit old school, but works perfectly! Everything was great from check in til we left, very helpful host. Thanks!

Comfortable, centrally located, clean flat with all the amenities one would require.

We were very happy with the flat for out four night stay. I am 6ft 2in and the beds were big enough and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, utility and Wifi facilities were fine. We were impressed that a minor problem with the heating was successfully addressed within an hour the very same evening. If we returned to Barcelona we would be happy to return to this well managed flat and would recommend it to our friends.
