Den nya 6-rumslägen villa utformad i fransk-italiensk arkitektonisk stil ligger i det fantastiska solnedgångsområdet av den säkrade lyxiga urbaniseringen "Roca Llisa". Förutom villan är ett separat rymligt pensionat tillhört fastigheten, så att ett gästboende garanteras på högsta nivå.

Vi kan betjäna 12 vuxna, ha ytterligare 1 säng och 2 barnsängar, alla nya!

A great location and view. The downstairs of the villa where there are 2 bedrooms is unusable due to a damp / mould smell. There was a sewage smell coming from the pool. The villa is spacious and the air conditioning is great. Some interior fittings are a little dated and the villa could do with a deep clean. We had a nice overall experience and the team were helpful.

Fabulous villa in tranquil location

We had an incredibly comfortable stay with 12 adults. The spacious outdoor terrace and the amazing, clean pool were highlights of our time. The property offers both indoor and outdoor dining tables, which made meals convenient and enjoyable. There were plenty of lounge areas for relaxing, and the grand bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were both luxurious and equipped with very comfortable beds. Our stay went beyond all expectations, and we would love to return for a future visit.

Great villa and fabulous view

Gabriel welcomed us when we arrived and showed us arround. The villa is fully equiped, the location is superb and garden with pool is wonderful. The view is magnificent. We will definately come back.

Absolutely A-Maz-ing

Honestly I can not rave enough about our stay at this property. The owner Gabriel was wonderful and at our call immediately. The house was so homey that it felt like we were staying at a dear friends place and not a rental. The pool area made us not want to even leave the property. I never write reviews but this place deserves 7 stars.

Beautiful property in great location

We loved this property and enjoyed our stay. It was a great haven for us to come home to with spaces for comfortable group gathering inside and outside and rooms separated throughout the house providing more privacy. The house is well appointed and the owner and property manager were communicative. It was in a nice area in a "gated" community and nearby some nice restaurants like Amante that we enjoyed lunch at one day. We spent a lot of time using the pool, the "beach" area and the outside gathering area and really enjoyed having that during our stay. The only point to consider is that two of the rooms are disconnected from the house so require walking outside to go to the rooms (in case of bad weather, etc. something to consider) and there was a mold smell in both of those rooms that we addressed with the property manager but couldn't be remedied during our stay so some of party slept in the living room. Other than that, the house was wonderful and we all enjoyed our stay overall.

Disappointed !!

Be careful not to be tricked into believing you are renting the FULL main house as you will not be. You will only be renting the ground floor and possibly some very damp smelly lower ground floor bedrooms, the upstairs is used by staff and people seem to be coming and going. There is a property manager who looks after the property but unfortunately the property needs some TLC and defects are very slow to be addressed or not done at all. Outside furnishings are faded and getting tired, the beach doesn't look anything the photos and in fact the house doesn't really resemble the majority of the photos either. I would imagine that the owners are German as the main lounge Sky TV is in German and we were unable to access Sky or Apple TV due to no pass-codes not being available. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the whole experience !

A hidden gem with breathtaking views!Wir waren in den letzten Jahren im Urlaub, immer auf Ibiza und kennen die Insel von allen Seiten. So etwas Schönes und Liebevolles wie diese Villa haben wir allerdings auf der Insel noch nicht gefunden. Sie bietet einen unfassbaren, weiten Ausblick über den Golfplatz, und das Tal von Roca Llisa ,liegt hoch oben auf einem Hügel und ist gleichzeitig völlig vor Blicken geschützt. Alle sehr liebevoll ausgestatteten und sehr gut gepflegten Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad ,eigenes TV und selbstverständlich Aircon. Die Küche ist ein Wohnzimmer im französisch -amerikanischen Stil und der Hit ist der Pool mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick in den Sonnenuntergang. Er ist in die Hauptterasse so eingebettet, dass man direkt vom Wohnzimmer ins Wasser kann. Für Familien ein absolutes Muss für viel gemeinsame Zeit am Pool, die Kinder leicht im Blick.Der Empfang durch die extrem freundlichen Besitzer war wie in der Familie ankommen. Also: wenn ihr noch einen freien Slot findet… schlagt zu!

Like a dream

Sylvia’s place is difficult to describe with words and pictures don’t make it up for the beauty of the villa, its Roman style and the amazing view on the Island. The place is very quiet and you won’t hear any neighoburs nor cars, while we were also able to have a small birthday party without annoying anyone around. Sylvia has been extremely kind and supportive of any requests we had, she is one of the best host I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. This villa made our trip a dream, I recommend it 100%

Tolles Haus mit Wohlfühl-Faktor

Wir sind mit 9 Personen (Kollegen) angereist und alle sind vom Haus und der Umgebung beeindruckt. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Badezimmer ausgestattet. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick - wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. An Küchenausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt, auf dem Beamer inkl. Leinwand haben wir uns die Spiele der Fußball-EM angesehen - ein tolles Ambiente. Der Pool war sauber und hatte eine angenehme Temperatur (wurde auf Wunsch vorgeheizt). Wenn man dieses Haus mit vielen Personen nutzt, hat man trotzdem die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen. Es gibt viele Ruhe- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Vom Flughafen ist man mit dem Taxi in ca. 20 Minuten beim Haus angekommen. Was die Sicherheit angeht, kann man hier ganz entspannt sein. Abends und Nachts fliegen Drohnen über die umliegenden Flächen um sicherzustellen, dass sich keine unbefugten Personen nähern. Sollte dennoch jemand fremdes versuchen sich zutritt zu verschaffen, ist umgehend die Polizei mit Hunden vor Ort. Das Haus verfügt zusätzlich über ein gut funtionierendes Alarmsystem. Wir haben die Woche Ende Juni sehr genossen und werden uns sicher noch lange daran erinnern. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Einweisung durch Melanie und Marcus.

Great group trip stay in Ibiza

We really loved this property. My first time using VRBO and first trip to Ibiza. Everything was very smooth and the owner was very accommodating assisting with early check-in and late check out to accommodate our requirements. The villa is fantastic, perfect for a group stay either friends or family. Nice secure neighbourhood and good location c. 20 min drive into Ibiza town. Place was just like the photos and love the detail put into the design of the place. Would highly recommend and will consider again for my next trip to Ibiza. Thanks.

Wundervolles Haus und tolle Umgebung und großartiger Blick!

Wir waren begeistert! Das Haus ist top, hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hervorragend organisiert! Es gibt zb ein ein Büchlein und ein ipad mit Video Anleitungen für alle Fragen rund ums Haus (zb Grill bedienen). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder! PS zu den anderen Bewertungen: ja die 2 Zimmer im Souterrain haben eine etwas "höhere Luftfeuchtigkeit" aber sind dadurch auch etwas kühler und auch sehr schön und alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad und sind toll! Wirklich empfehlenswert! Die Umgebung / Siedlung ist auch sehr hochwertig und sehr sicher!

Romantisches Feriendomizil

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Feriendomizil . Tolle Aussicht , genügend Platz für unsere große Reisegruppe , super geeignet auch mit kleineren Kindern . Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und das Mobiliar ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen.

Overall a lovely stay

The villa is really beautiful with lovely green views across the golf course and hills, and a view of the sea in the distance from the beach area. The finish of the property is very high end, the owners obviously have taken great care in choosing lovely materials and decor for their villa. We did encounter a few issues which the owners were always very quick to respond to. There are three separate areas for accommodation as follows: The main house which has two lovely large double en suite bedrooms and one smaller en suite. Pool Area: There is a sweet double bedroom pool house with its own kitchenette / lounge area. Lower Ground Area (below/behind the pool house): There are two double bedrooms with an en suite bathroom which although very nicely appointed, does unfortunately have a damp musty aroma. There is a lot of natural daylight so not a dark area however. The main house has a wonderful very well equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge sofa area with a huge drop down cinema screen. The pool area has a lovely big dining table overlooking the pool and beach area. The area is quiet, pretty and feels very safe. Not far away is the lovely Amante Beach Club with breathtaking views, and the nearest beach Cala Llonga which is really lovely.

Perfect for holidays in family or with friends

The house, the garden and the swimming pool are really, really nice. Spacious rooms and wonderful beds in a very quiet location. Very cosy feeling, warm colors and soft couches with many pillows. Big Kitchen with all kitchen appliances, like egg cooker, Nespresso, Toaster, microwave, etc. The view is amazing. We didnt leave the villa for many days and just enjoyed the splendid isolation. Bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic sets, towels, sunblocker and adapters are provided. Had all the amenities we required. The salt water pool is lovely. Inside house, pool and outdoor was very well maintained and very spacious. Enough space for a big group of friends or families. We enjoyed some really nice barbeque times at the beach terrace. Lovely idea to have a beach on top of a hill. The music boxes inside and outside the house were perfect and created a nice lounge feeling. Homecinema worked well. On the colder days we could watch Netflix movies. The owner was also very friendly. Good place to stayy in Ibiza. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend it.

Romantikc meets Luxury - Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten für unsere Familie einen gemütlichen, sicheren und erholsamen Platz in Ibiza gesucht und sind hier fündig geworden. Ca 10 Autominuten von Ibiza Stadt entfernt, empfängt einen die Villa mit einer sehr romantischen Athmosphäre, sehr viel Ruhe und einem wunderschönen weiten Blick in den Wesen. Seitlich ist sogar auch das Meer zu sehen. Mich haben besonders die schönen, großen und weichen Boxspringbetten, der beheizte Pool und die Fußbodenheizung begeistert. So wurden auch die kalten Tage Ibizas für unsere Familie zu einem sehr erholsamen Urlaubserlebnis. Die Kinder genossen die kalten Tage innen bei Sky Disneychannel auf der großen Kinoleinwand. Außerdem fanden wir aber auch viele Gesellschaftsspiele, die uns die Zeit sehr versüßten. Die Räume sind angenehm groß und man fühlt sich wirklich sehr privat. Ein guter Platz um abzuschalten und ganz mit der Familie zu sein. Auch das Managementteam lässt keine Wünsche offen, von befülltem Kühlschrank, bis Chauffeurservice oder auch Nannyservice - sie haben all der Gemütlichkeit und der Privatsphäre noch einen großen Bonus drauf gesetzt. Alles in allem, sehr viel Kompfort mit sehr viel Service - wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir werden wiederkommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit !
