Families, this apartment is also perfect for you. (we loan you cot and highchair).
The enclosure of the pool is all closed with its pool for children and adults and a small playground.
Residencial La Llosa is a modern and cozy new apartment, with swimming pool, playground and solarium (all year round) in gated community, in the village of La Llosa (Castellón).
The apartment is located in a very quiet environment 5 minutes by car (3 km) from the beautiful beaches of Chiches and 10 minutes from the beach of Canet d'En Berenguer.
In summer there are no crowds of people on the beaches so they are ideal to enjoy as a couple or as a family with children. Temperatures are mild all year round, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the beach even in winter.
The 50 m2 apartment is located on the second floor overlooking the Castle of Almenara and has the following facilities:
- 1 bedroom with double bed of 150 cm, new extra comfort mattress
- Office kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. All new utensils and appliances
- 1 full bathroom with bathtub
- Living room with a 2-seater sofa bed + 1 person extra bed (no space is stored under the sofa bed),
- Flat screen TV, air conditioning cold / hot
- Xbox console with several games
- Table games
- books in Spanish and French and books for children.

In the village of La Llosa you will find small food stores, bakery, pharmacy, bank, playground, bar / restaurants municipal sports center. The closest supermarkets are located in Chilches and Almenara, 5 minutes away by car.
La Llosa is a small town, typical of Castellón with lots of sun, easily accessible by the A7 / AP7 / N-340-There is a train station. To visit: Valencia is 40 km away, and Castellón 36 km away, the famous Val D'Uixo Grottoes are 8 km away.

Appartement et hôte au top rien à dire.
Appartement fonctionnel avec piscine en bas. Notre hôte a su nous recevoir jus de fruits bouteille d'eau fraîche coloriage pour ma fille franchement trop sympa.tres réactif a nos demande. Le seul bémol c'est que l'on doit prendre la voiture pour tout(ça permet de visiter).je recommande vivement cet hébergement.
