This apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom that can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an ample living and dining area with access to a terrace overlooking the main street. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-suited for both business travelers and families.
The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and more.
This apartment has a split type ductless A/C system located in the living room. For our guests who do not know what an A/C split is, please note it is different from central air conditioning. A split unit is mounted on the wall and can be powerful enough to cool the entire apartment or only the room it is in, depending on how much energy you want to consume. A split is an eco-friendly way to cool the apartment. Please keep this in mind and be responsible to save energy. For this listing, there are two bedrooms with ceiling fans and the other two have powerful floor fans for our guests who do not like A/C or want additional ventilation.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This apartment is located on one of the longest commercial streets in Europe. You will be able to find almost every brand-name store on this street. You will also find supermarkets, bakeries and other conveniences such as public parking nearby. Camp Nou, the home of Football Club Barcelona, is a 10-minute walk away. If you are in town for a congress at the Fira, it is 10 minutes by bus or taxi to Plaza Espanya.
GETTING AROUND
The nearest metro stop is less than a minute from the building entrance. It is Line 5, which connects directly to main stations such as Sants Station, Diagonal (the top of Paseo de Gracia) and the Sagrada Familia station. The bus stop is very close to the apartment and there are also taxis nearby as this is one of the most important commercial streets in Barcelona. If you come to Barcelona by car, there is a public parking next to the apartment building.
HOUSE RULES
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE FLAT (including the balcony).
SILENCE: It's a very quiet neighborhood and building, so after 10:00 pm things should be calmed down so we don't disturb the neighbors. The balcony cannot be used for gatherings after 10:00 pm.
As this is a residential building it is important to respect the neighbors. The locals are going about their daily lives and request a quiet and calm environment.
LATE CHECK-INS:
There is a surcharge of 30 euros for check-ins between 21:00 hours and 00:00 hours. Check-ins after 00:00 hours have a surcharge of 50 euros. This amount is due in EUROS at check-in.
KEYS: You will be given two sets of keys. Please keep them safe, because there will be a 20 euros surcharge per key lost/damaged. If that happens, please inform us immediately.
