The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and lovely gardens and facilities. Although near a main road it is not noticable but has the advantage of being very near a bus stop. A lovely welcome from the agent who enabled us to check in early as our flight was early..

The property was perfect. Very clean and well equipped. Location couldn't have been better. Cl i use to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.The complex was secure and very well maintained.The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that we were given only one set of keys.Overall a very pleasant stay. Well equipped apartment, good location to travel around
Apartment is located in a very nice and quite urbanization facing an inside garden which is very beautiful. Agency looking after the property (Cubo) is very responsive, check-in and check-out process was very well organized. Parking place is available underground. Location is very convenient for those who travel around by car - main roads are very close and easily accessible in both directions. Heating is arranged through a conditioning system (not batteries) so something to keep in mind at winter time. No tennis court is available (inaccuracy in description). Overall, a very good apartment, everything we needed was there and in good condition. Recommended!
Het appartement zag er uit zoals op de foto's op de website. Communicatie met agentschap verliep goed en volgens afspraak. Appartement zelf was voorzien van alles wat nodig was inclusief kruiden en huishoudmiddelen, perfect!Het zwembad was helaas al snel gesloten, it was ons vooraf wel bekend, maar gezien het weer wel jammer.

Jā ļoti labi , balkons ar skatu uz baseinu. Laba vieta lai baudītu maltīti. Personāls ļoti atsaucīgs. Konstatējām ka matu fēns saplīsis to nomainīja nākamajā dienā. Apsargāta teritorija un viss sakopts. Lokācija laba lai atrastu vietu kur paēst cakariņas.

Apartamento de excelente ubicación, a medio camino de Marbella Centro y Puerto Banús.
Apartamento en la mitad de la milla de Oro y a cinco minutos del paseo maritimo y la playa.El apartamento tiene orientacion a los jardines y oeste. (Sol de tarde, muy apreciada en invierno, me imagino que calor en verano)Lo que más nos gusto fue la ubicacion, a 25 minutos del casco antiguo de Marbella. Perfecto para ir a la playa andando y fenomenal para pasear por el paseo maritimo y llegar a Puerto Banus (45 minutos aprox.)Todo tipo de supermecados (Carrefour, Lidl) y muy cerca de una tienda china que cierra tarde. Tambien hay multitud de restaurantes en la propia milla de oro de todos los precios.A nivel de menaje, tiene bastante y variado.Apartamento con parking cubierto de acceso bueno y plaza de parking media.

Me ha gustado mucho el apartamento.! Y todo estaba mejor que en las fotos.
En cuanto a mejoras , hay muchos muebles en el salón y los sillones individuales son muy grandes lo que deja poco espacio para circular. Sugiero poner de tamaño más chico y sacar alguna biblioteca y lámpara. El resto excelente!

Wonderful stay in excellent supper apartment and location
My two children and I had a wonderful 2 week holiday at this property. Pre-travel communication to arrange our arrival and reception at the property was thoughtful, welcoming, and well organised. The urbanisation Hacienda Nagueles is stunning, with extensive beautiful landscaped gardens, large pool area, great views back towards La Concha, and smartly maintained residences. The ambience is peaceful , friendly and genuinely Spanish. The flat is an excellent location and convenient base for access to the beach, shops, local restaurants and amenities. Busstops close by take you to Marbella town and Puerto Banus directions easily if you prefer not to drive. The flat itself was super clean, bright and cheerful with a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need in terms of supplies and appliances and a convenient utility area with washing machine. It was thoughtful to have sun lounger chairs and beach umbrella provided as well as a plentiful supply of beach and bath towels. The bathrooms are big. We used the aircon some nights and it's the best one I've ever known being completely silent. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. My 16 and 12 year old children children loved it and we would definitely consider returning in future. I would not hesitate to recommend it highly.
