Este lujoso apartamento, ubicado en jardines tropicales con piscinas y jacuzzis, está situado cerca de las mejores playas de la costa. Hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, bancos, bares y campos de golf, todos a poca distancia. Aparcamiento subterráneo seguro. Seguridad las 24 hrs. Socorristas durante julio / agosto. Aproximadamente 10 minutos a Marbella y el encanto de Orange Square, a 20 minutos de Puerto Banús, donde la vida nocturna nunca termina. Durante agosto solo podemos aceptar reservas de 7 días debido al período pico.

Lovely stay in Las Chapas/ Marbella

The Apartment is very beautiful in a quite and village style area. There are three clean pools. One with life guard. Good parking possibillitys. Beautiful view from the balcony where we had breakfast every day. All in all we would go there again and recommend it.

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely apartment with great views!

Jo was very helpful and communicative during the booking process and gave me her mobile number in case of any problems during our stay. She was very accommodating of us having young children, providing a travel cot and baby chair for no extra charge - thank you! The apartment itself was clean and nice decorated, a perfect holiday rental with additional homely touches. It was particularly useful to have sundries in the cupboards such as salt, pepper, etc. The rooms were all good sizes and the terrace was a great space with both shade and plenty of sunbathing opportunities! The view from the terrace down towards the sea is lovely, especially at sunset! The location of the apartment is in a large but quiet complex with a great selection of swimming pools - the addition of lifeguards at two pools was reassuring as we have young children. We were always able to get sun beds and spent lots of time at the pools - spoilt for choice! The whole complex lends itself very well to a truly relaxing holiday. The only word of caution I have is that the location is further up a hill than the pinpoint on the Homeaway map suggests. We only discovered this when we were given the address a few weeks prior to our stay. It is worth checking with Jo before booking. We had family staying in the area who we were spending time with, so it was a little further away that I would have liked - my fault, I should have confirmed before booking. However, it wasn't a huge problem as we had hired a car. Uber does work very well out there and we used this quite a few times when we'd been to a restaurant in the evening - about 7 euro from the beach back to the apartment so not bad! Its about a 30 min walk from the apartment down to the beach - a pleasant downhill walk. All things considered, we had a wonderful holiday in a really special part of the world. I highly recommend this apartment and these hosts!

Calme et confort

Appartement confortable et spacieux dans une grande résidence. Plusieurs piscines sont à disposition, la place de parking en sous sol est très pratique. La grande terrasse et son coin salon extérieur sont très appréciables. Un très bon séjour passé dans cet appartement.

Propriétaires charmants au téléphone. Appartement spacieux mais sombre avec voisins bruyants et sans gêne. La propreté du sol est juste, du sable dans les lits et les serviettes de toilettes. Nous avons du nettoyer avant de nous installer. Les coussins du canapé ainsi que les carpettes des chambres sont tachés et vraiment sales. Accès à la grande piscine pas pratique. L'autre est plutôt adaptée aux enfants (pas de fond). A noter : la personne venue réparer le rideau a utilisé une chaise de la terrasse pour être à hauteur et l'a cassée ! Un conseil Jo : changer votre homme de confiance ainsi que votre femme de ménage !

Comfortable apartment with a great terrace and view!

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a lovely relaxed time. We just wanted to sit and read in the sun so this place was perfect for that. Plenty of pools and sun loungers and the terrace is amazing for sitting, making dinner relaxing etc. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable bed and good shower! One of the things we particularly liked was that there was an excellent selection of dried/ store cupboard items available from previous guests which saved a fair few pennies in the basics such as salt/ pepper/ tea/ coffee etc and really saves on waste. Very responsible in terms of the environment. The owner and local reps were both easily contactable and very helpful. We were allowed a late check out at no extra cost which we really appreciated. We would most definitely return to this apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement super. Vaste, très bien équipé, bien décoré, frais .... et beaucoup de rangements Tous les produits de première nécessité et même plus .Nous avons vraiment apprécié. Une grande terrasse ombre ou soleil avec vue sur la mer (comme nous y étions bien sur cette terrasse) seul bémol pour nous “un manque de lumière le soir”.Il y a des bougies cela fait une ambiance cosy mais cela n’est pas suffisant. 3 piscines à disposition dont 2 tout près de l’appart et le parking aussi est tout près Nous avons trouvé facilement notre destination. Accueil bof mais très bon contact avec le propriétaire A savoir / c’est une résidence très agréable calme,bien entretenue mais loin de tout. Il faut absolument une voiture. Vous arrivez vite à la plage de Cabopino (en voiture) et il y a un grand parking. Il y a une supérette en bas de la résidence ou un Supercor à peine plus loin ouvert tous les jours toute l’année Internet est payant 29€ pour 2 semaines Si nous retournons dans cette région nous reprendrons cet appartement.

Great stay

We are a family of four and had a great couple of weeks here. The apartment is as described and is spacious and well appointed. Compared to many places we've stayed in Spain it kept lovely and cool and we only needed the AC at night. The pools and communal areas are all beautifully maintained and the pools were usually quite quiet with sun beds available. It's well placed to visit loads of places along this coast and we'd recommend a trip to Gibraltar and also loved the cable car ride at Benalmadena. You really do need car here though as nothing is within sensible walking distance, not in 32 degree heat anyway! Would heartily recommend to others looking for a quality stay.

Adventure, disasters,helpfulness and tranquility

This was our first time in Spain. Jo was very patient and accommodating answering numerous emails and questions. We couldn't find the apartment sat nav was no help! I phoned Natasha up who kindly drove to where we were.I told her my driving was not good ,"be gentle with me ". Natasha told us we were only 10 minutes away.We proceeded to follow her until I hit the curb and ripped open the front tyre. She took control immediately dropped us at the apartment showed us around, left the granddaughter there with our luggage while we went back to the car to change the wheel.Natasha tried , my son tried but it just wouldn't come off .After 1 hour and numerous attempts we decided to leave it to the experts. Thankyou Natasha I feel so sorry for your poor oily hands! Once we were back at the apartment we were amazed by its beauty and cleanliness , oh and the view WOW this place looks even better than the picturesque photos provided on Jo's site. Once we had a cup of tea (thanks Jo for leaving us some milk and other sundries)we walked outside to find the 4 swimming pools to which the granddaughter spent as much time as possible in them. Everywhere was calm ,tranquil and stunning . Waking up to the swifts/swallows busying themselves on the trees going backwards and forwards to their nests, the sunlight showing the way to Africa over the sea. Now that is how one should always have their breakfast. Time was too short really wished we had booked for longer. Once we had said goodbye to our paradise . We realised we still had 2 of Jo's keys. Again Jo was her patient self . I would highly recommend this apartment and the people that oversee it. Book now people you really wont regret it.

Great apartment

We spent a week at this apartment. It was very spacious with comfortable furnishings. The terrace and garden were great with shade on the terrace and sun on the grass area all day so suited everyone. The beds were comfortable too. The owners have a comprehensive information folder with lots of restaurant suggestions in the area. The complex was peaceful and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was as advertised on the website. Comfortable and pretty much everything we needed was there. There were a couple of things however that are worth noting. The Sky box wasn't working. Three of the bulbs were not working in the kitchen.The terrace was lovely and everything else other than what I have said was spot on. It would have been nice to have the address of the apartment printed clearly at the top of the "How to Find Us" instructions as we had to call Natasha to show us how to find the apartment. All in all, very enjoyable and just what we expected.

Quality apartment on a quality complex

A quality apartment on a quality complex in a quality area. Everything well maintained, beautiful area at the back with magnificent views. No scarcity of swimming pools in 'La Reserva' and the beaches and restaurants nearby are superb. A car is handy to access most. Intend to return some day.

Superb Break

I spent a week in this apartment last July, and am booking to go again this year in the same place. The apartment is clean, stylish and very reasonably priced. I and my partner had a lovely break, we hired a car at the airport and the apartment is well situated close to some really nice restaurants. We also cooked and ate on the large terrace, which has views over the palm trees to the sea. The sandy beach is close by, and there are 4 pools, but we only managed to try two! I would recommend this for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

Little Gem!

I visited this apartment with 3 girlfriends last September. On arrival we were amazed at how beautiful the decor was, the pictures do not do it justice! The super king bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable and the sheets were super quality! The outdoor terrace and garden was perfect for evening drinks and al fresco dining with stunning views towards the sea. The apartment block is set amongst palm trees and creates a peaceful and tranquil setting yet easily accessible. Will certainly look forward to another visit as the owners were very helpful and answered questions promptly with lots of local information.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated with every modern convenience you will need. A lovely development of apartments in very tranquil landscaped gardens. The views from the terrace and garden are breath taking. Hard to imagine anyone being disappointed with this choice!

Amazing apartment - great holiday

We rented the apartment a few weeks ago taking our 2 daughters to Marbella over the school holidays. The apartment is amazing - it has the most beautiful views down to the sea framed by the greenery and palms of the development. It's finished really nicely, with a modern feel and has all the appliances and extras we needed. The location is great on the east side of marbella where the beaches are nicest and less of the noise and hustle of puerto Banus side. It's about 15 min drive to marbella old town, 10mins to the beaches. The development is really nice with great pools to use and a perfect little shop and good restaurant. We actually are in a few nights which we don't usually do but the apartment has such a nice aspect we were more than happy to BBQ on the terrace with some music and wine and look out on the view. The apartment really was a surprise and is the best we have stayed at by far in this price category in marbella ( we have been a dozen times). I would recommend the apartment to families or couples. Many thanks to Jo and Tony - lovely apartment and we had an amazing time. We will be back!

We have travelled a lot and decided to buy in La Reserva de Marbella as it was very close to the beaches and the centre of Marbella. It reminded me of Santa Barbara, USA, having the mountains behind and the coast right in front of you. Our boys really love it too so it was a family choice. For us it has everything you need, beaches, sport and great restaurants and culture, the Spanish are so friendly and will always go out of their way to help you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We both fell in love with the view from our terrace and felt that the apartment was bright, spacious and had a light and open feeling. The main bedroom had the benefit of walking straight out onto the terrace as well as the lounge. It is wonderful to sit on the terrace and listen to the birds singing whilst being just a short distance from the beach and Marbella. A little gem.
