Villa with pool and guest house, all on a plot of 1. 500 m2 with pool and garden with beautiful pine trees surrounding the villa. Capacity for 8 people.

The main house consists of rustic style kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with fireplace, toilet, double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite.

Pleasant apergolado patio that unites the zone of guests. The guest house has three double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and all with separate entrance.

Zone of peace and tranquility. Private parking is possible on site. No parties or events are allowed.

Excellent séjour

Maison agréable avec piscine privative. Les 4 chambres sont indépendantes. Très bien pour des vacances à deux familles. Maison bien équipée. Un point négatif : pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Mi-août il fait encore très chaud le soir. Propriétaire disponible et très gentille. Agréable séjour. A louer sans hésiter.

Great getaway in quiet location

This property is located in a quiet residential street 5 min walk from the resort's restaurants, shops and scuba diving centre. We were a group of 3 adults (2 x seniors & 1 in 50's) and 2 children (11 & 13) so having 2 separate but linked buildings gave everyone their own space whilst being together when we wanted to be. The property was well equipped with all the essentials needed for a self catering holiday and the private pool provided cooling dips which the children in particular loved. The resort itself is quite small with limited evening entertainment but busier ones are only a 15 min drive away. Overall this was a very good base from which to explore the island and a tranquil refuge when the children were doing their thing at the nearby beach. The only downsides we found were that the surrounding pine trees seem to be a magnet for the local mosquitoes so good repellent is required and the lack of air conditioning or fans made sleeping difficult as when we were there the evening/night temperatures were unusually hot.

Une maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison qui convient parfaitement pour une famille nombreuse, 4 chambres toutes équipées d’une salle de bain et un grand jardin et une très belle piscine L’endroit est très calme et la proximité de Port d’Addiai se fait à pied La maison est bien équipée Nous reviendrons sûrement dans cette villa car nous y avons passé un agréable séjour

Siamo stati molto contenti e in caso di bisogno c'era sempre qualcuno. Solo quando siamo arrivati secondo noi la casa non era proprio pronta per accoglierci. Non c'era acqua calda e nemmeno pressione dell'acqua. Comunque si é risolto tutto per il meglio.

Wunderbares Haus mit Gästebereich

Wir waren 14 Tage auf Menorca und waren von der Insel beeindruckt. Sie ist Ende August, Anfang September noch viel grüner als Mallorca es ist um diese Zeit… Für uns zwei Familien war das Haus Ideal. Großer gemeinsamer Bereich und dennoch hat jeder seinen Rückzugspunkt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit viel Kochutensilien. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher waren neu. Das Geschirr ist großzügig vorhanden, so muss eine Spülmaschine auch erst laufen wenn sie voll ist. Spülmittel war vorhanden, für die Spülmaschine für die ersten Tage…. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Hausverwaltung sehr nett und ist jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Matratzen waren neu! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen! Die Spanische Bauweise, besonders die große Veranda, die ein schattiger, luftiger Aufenthaltsort zu jeder Zeit sein kann, ist wunderbar! Der große Garten mit den schönen Bäumen und Schatten macht es sehr angenehm. Hier konnten auch die Autos im Schatten auf dem Grundstück parken! Die Bauweise ist clever! Man kann nachts die Fenster offen lassen, die Läden davor verschließen, es ist dann ein angenehmer Durchzug. Auch in den Gästezimmern mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer konnte gut quergelüftet werden. Eine Klimaanlage braucht man nicht. Wir würden dieses Haus mit seiner Bauweise immer einem modernen Haus mit viel Glas vorziehen! Für die kühlere Jahreszeit gäbe es Heizung. Zum Wandern bietet die Insel auch schöne Ziele! Der "Camí de Cavalls" (Inselrundwanderweg) verläuft in der Nähe des Hauses und lohnt sich zu jeder Jahreszeit! Der Pool hat eine wunderbare Größe und bietet egal ob man in der Sonne oder im Schatten liegt möchte für alle das richtige. Die sehr nette Vermieterin antwortet auf Fragen umgehend. Vor Ort ist alles noch viel schöner als es auf den Bildern vermittelt werden kann. Renate K.

Propriété parfaite pour le groupe de 8 que nous étions

Propriété au calme, pratique (des chambres indépendantes bien équipées, des parties communes agréable pour la vie de groupe), proche des commodités du petit village d'Addaia, proche de la route principale pour partir en excursion. Jaione (la propriétaire) est très disponible et répond à toutes nos interrogations. Elle nous a également fourni de précieux conseils pour organiser au mieux notre séjour. Que de choses à découvrir sur Minorque! Impossible à résumer sur un commentaire. Il faut y aller par vous-même!
