It’s been by far the best condo to stay at near Destin. This place has the best view of the ocean.

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing time! Condo was well furnished, clean, kid friendly, and had amazing views! We will definitely stay here again! Rental agency was very helpful as well.

Great views and location!

Loved the location of this unit and the amazing views it had to offer. The condo was super clean, easy to access and has a great pool for smaller children. Would definitely revisit!

Excellent condo, great location

Our condo was clean and well-stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and we had all the towels and items we needed. We loved the beautiful gulf view and proximity to the beach and coffee shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Perfect Stay!

Everything here was great. Loved having 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. I also felt very safe here. We had a 4 minute walk to the beach. Perfect view of the gulf!! Would definitely come back.

Amazing Time

The view is amazing! Everything was super clean and a little more updated than the pictures. The pools are clean and very kid friendly. Our 1 year old had a blast. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. Lot of good reactants near by and shopping also near by. We will definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

Perfect Getaway!

This unit, located on 21st floor of Ariel Dunes 1, offered fabulous gulf views. Fresh paint and furnishings were enjoyed. Comfy tempurpedic style mattresses on both beds made for excellent sleep. Owner even delivered a hair dryer when we forgot ours! 10/10 would stay here again!

Great beach stay!

Great condo, pools never felt crowded. Close to the beach and near all the great stuff of Destin. Only issue that was outside the listers control is that the beach service company took up there entire front row or two of the entire seascape beach line... And they left next to no room to walk between the umbrellas.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We didn’t have any issues. The condo is beautiful and clean. The couches and tv/tv stand in the living room have been updated from what is shown in the pictures. We were very pleased with our stay. The pools were our kid’s favorite part. They were never overly crowded.

Very Nice Condo

A friend and I rented this condo while we were in town for a music festival. The condominium is gorgeous. Really beautifully decorated very clean with very comfortable beds and really nice furniture on the balcony. When we first arrived and discovered that it was directly across from the elevator, I was concerned about noise, but that was never a factor. I would definitely stay in this unit again when in the area.

Beautiful place beautiful location.. just miscommunication on overs part to have car tags ready and pool wrist bands were old wrong color.. everything else was great

Vacation

Love the property and closeness to the beach. Condo had plenty room and was well decorated. Only real negative I have is the bed was too hard for us and pillows flat. Did not use dishwasher because it looked like the seal was broke and was afraid it might leak. There was also some mold in the shower but overall enjoyed the condo. View was beautiful

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! The bed is firm but we actually receive a lot of compliments on it and have guests ask for the brand information to purchase their own. Mattresses are tricky and everyone has a different preference whether firm or soft. We apologize about the pillows and could have replaced those for you. We also apologize about the mildew in the shower and the dishwasher as we could have addressed these issues during your stay. The Unit was a nice clean unit with a perfect view of the ocean. It was a good value for the money. I did want to comment on the Seagate Resort in general. The highlight was the newly renovated music venue. If you're going to a show, staying right there at the Seagate is a great choice. The lowlight of the Seagate was the golf course. It may be the worst place I've ever played. Only the back nine remains from what once was probably a nice, challenging resort course. Now, the greens are clumpy sand, the fairways are full of weeds and dirt patches, the cart paths are overgrown by bushes, and there is hardly a blade of grass to be found anywhere. One more thing, about the pool. The pool is nice enough, but there are no towels down there, and the unit instructions say not to bring the bath towels out of the unit. What are we supposed to do, pack pool towels in our carry ons?

Fun getaway with friends

We arrived to time property and it wasn’t ready. I was sick so ended up at urgent care. We were having issues with not having a pass because of it not being ready but management took care of it. This was our second tiMe at this place and will return.

I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again. It was great for our family of 4 (kids shared the guest bed). We found the place clean, exactly as described in the listing, and with everything we needed for a comfortable 3 day, 4 night stay.Big plusses: proximity to the beach (easy 5 minute walk), access to the resort pool, ample items to cook and make coffee, comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of storage and room in the bedrooms. The many lamps were nice touch for playing games and winding down at night. Check in, communication, and instructions were thorough and easy. The location is great for popping out to restaurants on 98 or getting over to 30A for an afternoon.Biggest complement is the view from the large balcony with nice furniture. You can't beat a morning cup of coffee or evening drink watching the waves.Overall, we found everything to be just as described in the listing. This feels like a home the owners enjoy and decide to share when they're not there, not just a place to fill with cheap accommodations and rent out all year.
