This annexe is all on one level and is situated near the Devon town of Holsworthy! and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Goslings is a cosy annexe cottage situated in the rural village of Bradford, near Holsworthy. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom. There is an open plan area with a kitchen, sitting area and dining area with doors to the enclosed garden. Outside there is seating on the patio and a lawned area and off road parking for one car. A rural escape with easy access to the coast, this is a wonderful cottage for a family or couples holiday. Note: 1 step up to front door and slight slope from living room to bedroom and bathroom.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing dryer. Smart TV, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & Highchair provided. Off road parking for 1 car on a cobble and grass drive. Enclosed lawn garden with furniture. 2 pets welcome at £20 each per week. Note: 1 step up to front door and slight slope from living room to bedroom and bathroom. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 7 mile, pub 3 miles. Beach 17 miles.
