I'm Mary Anderson, the reservation manager for this fantastic home. I am a licensed realtor and I have a vacation rental website called Savannah Luxury Rentals.
Savannah was designed for walking and this home is located in an amazingly convenient spot for anyone here to tour the city or attend a conference.
This home has an off street parking spot dedicated to this rental, making this one of the most convenient properties available!
Perfect spot to explore Savannah lovely condo all perfect and beautiful until bedtime. Comfort maynot be important to the young party people but this old gal needs sleep and those beds need to be replaced.
As soon as we walked inside, we knew we made an great choice! Loved the interior, with all its art and eclectic style. Rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Next time we come back to Savannah, we hope this property is available again!
The rental itself was very nice and comfortable. It was great having private parking. We were able to quickly walk to many attractions. You really can't go wrong with this rental. We look forward to staying there again!
We enjoyed the convenience of this property. We were close to everything! Highly recommend staying here to experience living in Savannah like a local!
We had a wonderful stay at this property -- unfortunately cut short by Hurricane Irma! Very well situated for tourism, we were there for SCAD orientation and it served as a great location -- right next to SCAD administrative offices, not too far from dorms and other activities. Two very comfortable bedrooms, all the right amenities.
As stated above, the apartment was very nice, but the person above us parked in our spot twice. I finally asked her to move the second time because I was traveling with my elderly mother and parking is very difficult to find. We found out it was a "house-sitter" ; however, she should have been told that they had renters below and should adhere to the quiet hours that we were expected to adhere to as well ( 9 pm-5 am). They had a dog and it sounded like a horse running back and forth above our heads at 10:45 pm. Additionally, the washing machine smelled horribly and the towels were so putrid smelling we could barely stand to use them. We finally used a beach towel instead. Due to the noise the last night of our stay, we were woken again at 11:00 pm and we just decided to leave then. I will not be back to this place of residence.
Amazing central location in Savannah's Historic District. Walk everywhere from here!
