This was a great spot close to everything we wanted to do! The host was communicative, and the condo had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat for another trip to Savannah!

Great location, right in the heart of downtown. Short walk to the river and Forsythe Park. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated everything clearly and had very low maintenance check out instructions. Also accommodated us having our two dogs with us, which is hard to find on VRBO rentals. We would stay here again!

Stayed for two nights with our dog, and really appreciated the location (so much to see and do within an easy walking distance), the comfortable furnishings and kitchen (which had everything we needed in the ways of knives, cutting boards, dishes, etc. Extra gratitude for the drip coffeemaker, which was in addition to a keurig!). Only wish we’d been able to stay longer!

Perfect size for a couples weekend getaway. Location is great, easily could stop in for bathroom breaks and dropping off purchases while shopping and exploring the area. Besides the obvious squeaky floors that come with staying in a 100 year old building, all was quiet and respectful. No complaints and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and dogs! The condo is so centrally located, clean, and spacious. I could've stayed in that shower for the whole trip - it was incredible! Don't hesitate to book - it has everything you need! It was awesome to stay in a historic building as well.

We enjoyed this property. It is walking distance to the action. Yet far enough from the noise. Host could be a bit quicker on response time. We were given access codes to unit. But wasn’t given the unit number. There are about 30 units in this building. So it was aggravating upon arrival. But all went perfectly there after. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo is simply perfect. It’s nestled on a historic Savannah Square with lots of trees and space to sit outside in the square. You can walk anywhere in the city and enjoy lots of great restaurants and scenery!
