Perfect for exploring Palma

This is a great flat. Clean, in an interesting neighbourhood filled with cafes and restaurants, and a great place to have a home base for waking the city. It’s close to the major things to see but also feels less busy than the main streets. The check-in process was streamlined and easy, and the stay was perfect.

Very nice place

The apartment is near the seaside and not too far from the center which is great if you want to visit everything the island has to offer. Bright ambience and outstanding balcony in the attic. The apartment's equipped with all you need on a short vacation and the householders are very kind and always ready to hear your concerns.

Clean and close enough to walk

In the old part of Palma but near the newer part allowed walking to many places. It had everything I needed and close to grocery store etc. Clean and comfortable, not too much noise from the street.

Excellent choice for solo travelers

Excellent location with quick access to all major landmarks, plus responsive and very friendly customer service via WhatsApp. Just a few minor details can be improved for those who are staying for over a week, like me, such as providing more garbage bags, washing tablets, and toilet paper. I needed to buy some and leave them in the apartment.

Great value!

A lovely flat in a great, quaint Palma neighbourhood! It was a pleasure to stay with Priority Villas. The barrio beside Carrer del Socors is quiet and peaceful but very central at the same time. The building itself can be quite noisy at night due the wooden ceilings and floorboards - bear that in mind. Otherwise, this place is great value, it’s well equipped and it’s definitely cosy!

Good kitchen facilities - everything you needed was there. Central location - not far from everything in Palma and from Bicipalma Bike station Good quality of the interieur. Nice and functional stuff. Even a washingmashine and a dryer. Bring Tabs for the dishwasher. nothing

Nice trip

L'appartement hôtel est très bien situé, dans les remparts de la vieille ville. Il est en bon état, propre et spacieux. Il manque de lumière car il est tout en longueur (avec une fenêtres à chaque bout de l'appartement. Le point négatif de cet immeuble est l'insonorisation entre les 4 appartements : dès qu'un voisin du dessus marche, ouvre une porte ou se douche, tire la chasse d'eau, on entend tout...

Posizione ottima, vicina sia al mare sia al centro. Molto comodo il sistema di apertura delle porte d’ingresso (senza chiave). Bagno con Doccia grande e comodissima. Le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento, alte e strette. La finestra della sala era difettosa, non si chiudeva. Per 4 persone in 5 notti e ci è stata lasciata poca carta igienica, Abbiamo dovuto ricomprarla noi.
