VILLA ES COCO SOLLER

Beautiful villa in the heart of the UNESCO Natural Heritage Site "Serra de Tramuntana". The nearest city is Sóller, one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, you will also find Port de Sóller. Tourist license number: ETV/11545.



The villa has a double room on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom consists of a ceiling fan. And on the ground floor, in the living room, an extra sofa bed for 2 additional people. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with incredible views of the Serra de Tramontana. You will enjoy a 150 sqm garden. Sit and relax reading a book or having a glass of wine on one of the terraces (50 meters of terrace on the first floor and 300 meters of terrace on the ground floor). The house has WiFi, but with a speed of 10Mb, suitable for basic browsing tasks.



It is undoubtedly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in nature, enjoy a world-renowned location far from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Mallorcan animal: a donkey called "Rosa", who is adorable. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you have to pass through a cobblestone path about 500 meters long, which may influence the choice of a rental car.



Additional cost! The use of heating in winter will have an additional cost of 7.00 € for the pellet bag (each bag has an autonomy of approximately 12 hours of heating). It must be paid in advance at the time of check-in. If you do not use the entire bags, we will refund the difference.



The area of Sóller is known for its idyllic landscapes and described by Archduke Luis Salvador at the end of the 19th century as a paradise. Recently named UNESCO Natural Heritage, the Serra de Tramuntana harbours natural treasures such as Sa Calobra, Lluc Monastery and countless typical villages like Fornalutx, Soller, Biniaraix, etc. In the village of Sóller you will find supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. In addition to a sandy beach in Port de Soller about 3 km by car.



Please note that a car is absolutely necessary to reach the property. Access to the house is through a path with no possibility of public transport.

Please keep order and cleanliness inside the villa.



-Guests will be obliged to take charge of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.



- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 300€ before arrival, which will be returned after departure.



- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

From 9:00 pm onwards, there is a charge of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Great stay

Great stay - very secluded and a nice place. A short drive into towna nice place to cook and enjoy the sunset from the terrace. Very relaxing space! We did a hike of the mountain further up the access road that was really spectacular. Great views of Port de Soller and an incredible rock face. Highly recommend, but not an easy hike!

Excellent

Very pretty and secluded stay in the mountains. Place was clean, host helped us get to the place on the first day, which was very nice of him. for our neighbors we had a cute kitty cat and some goats, amazing :))))) However there are few small things that we wish we had there- wi- fi, basic necessities such as salt and pepper, soap, detergent etc Also please beware, it is a 20 minute drive up the mountain road - the road was skinny and turned unpaved at some point. We had the house booked for 3 nights, but because of driving condition only stayed there 2. Overall very nice stay if you are prepared for the things i have mentioned above :)

Alleinstehendes Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist traumhaft, mitten in der Natur, mit zahlreichen Schafen und einem mallorquinischen Esel. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, den Torre Picada von Porte de Soller und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Man kann auf Wanderwegen (Cami de Sa Figuera) direkt vom Haus nach Fornalutz und Porte de Soller wandern, ohne das Auto nehmen zu müssen. Die Anfahrt führt über eine teils enge, sandige Straße, ein möglichst kleiner Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich. Auf der oberen Terrasse vor dem Schlafzimmer gibt es nur zwei alte, verwitterte Holzstühle und einen kleinen Tisch. Mit entsprechendem Mobiliar liesse sich sich auch diese Oberterrasse noch ansprechender einrichten.

Viel Platz zu zweit in der Natur

Es ist ein landschaftlich wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Wer die Stille liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Appartement ist gepflegt und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Umgebung mit terrassierten Olivenhainen ist landwirtschaftlich geprägt. Weit spazieren gehen ist nicht möglich, da Grundstücke wie vielerorts auf Mallorca eingezäunt sind. Im Winter kommt wenig Sonne auf das Grundstück. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir Sonne andernorts genossen.

A delightful mountain retreat

Villa Coco is idyllically situated in the mountains above Port de Soller. It is well equipped with multiple outdoor seating areas. It creates a fabulous sense of calm and tranquility yet is only a few minutes drive from the bustle of Soller. The hosts Erick and Toni were very helpful and did everything necessary to ensure we had an enjoyable and trouble-free stay. We would highly recommend Villa Coco to couples looking for a peaceful holiday in this beautiful part of Mallorca.

Sehr schöne, einsam gelegene Finca bei Soller

Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen und innen ansprechend ausgestattet. Man hat einen schönen Blick bis zum Meer und auf die Berge. Man kann die Natur der Gegend gut genießen. Tony und Eric sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - es fehlt ein Hinweis im Katalog/ Angebot, dass die Zufahrt über eine sehr enge und zum Teil unbefestigte Strasse führt, die es sehr mühsam macht von und zum Haus zu fahren. - der Hinweis: nur 3 km nach Soller ist damit irreführend und eigentlich unredlich!!! - die Ausstattung auf der gr. Terrasse mit drei Stühlen und einem Bistrotisch, ist nicht ausreichend - kein Sonnenschirm, nur an einer Stelle Schatten - es sind zu wenige Bestecke vorhanden, nur kleine Gläser, etc. - keine Seife bei Ankunft und nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier - ein bisschen Grundausstattung kann man erwarten - obere Terrasse ist lieblos gestaltet: leer mit zwei alten Stühlen und einem Tisch, auch kein Schatten - es fehlt eine Mappe mit Infos zum Haus, dem Esel und der Umgebung

Wir waren zu zweit im Mai 2022 in dem Haus. Wunderschöne Sicht, die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge und Stille, wie wir es uns im Uraub gewünscht haben. Das Haus sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und umgeben von uralten Olivenbäumen. Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus möglich. Nach Soller kommt man in max. 10 min mit dem Auto. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann diesen Ort uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

C'est un endroit idéal pour le calme absolu, vous êtes entouré d'oliviers centenaires et de rocaille qui vous invitent à randonner sans prendre la voiture. Parfait pour une déconnexion du tumulte de la ville et des acouphènes numériques (pas de box par exemple et c'est très bien).

Beautiful Villa Es Coco

The villa was lovely, very quiet with views of the mountains that were breathtaking. We had a choice of terraces to eat/watch the bat show each dusk and were visited by a variety of animals, we also were close to a Rosa the donkey. It was all in all a slice of mallorca we wouldn't normally get to experience. There was nothing we didn't like apart from a slight difficulty with taxis if we wanted to travel to and from port de soller (beach) due to the location of the villa - the villa doesn't have a pool. We were happy to stay around the villa much of the time but some people might feel isolated without a hired car. BUT on the other hand the location was beautiful!
