The interior of this house has 200m² and is a sanctuary of style and comfort, with 3 double bedrooms, three of them with double beds, one with two single beds, and all with en-suite bathrooms. The modern fully equipped kitchen satisfies all your culinary needs. The private parking space within the property offers space for two medium-sized cars, providing you with maximum convenience. The dwelling has cold/heat air pumps in all rooms.

Great place, cool neighborhood

Our family of three had a great stay at the villa. Location is great: neighborhood is quiet, separate from the bustling city center of Palma (the loudest sounds we heard were birds chirping); but you can still walk into town in about 20-25 minutes. There are a few nearby grocery stores with all the essentials and some good restaurants nearby too (highly recommend La Pergola). Villa itself feels huge, with a ton of space inside and patios in front, in back, and up top. And the pool is great on warm days for relaxing and cooling off. Highly recommended for a family or even two families with kids.

New Years week in Palma

The villa was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space and the rooftop patio was great for sunrises and sunsets. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen issue with the heat/hot water. The rental company offered other places on the island but we wanted to stay close to the marina. They were great about refunding the difference nad very responsive.

The villa had so much space both inside and out ,great for a group of friends Lots of terraces fir shade and sun Pool looked inviting ( didn't use it it as it was end of November /early December) Well equipped in the kitchen with crockery ,glasses,mugs enough for eight people A cupboard full of condiments and cleaning products Views from the villa where pretty Booking process was good and well explained, all the staff were very helpful throughout the booking process ,always a prompt reply.Thank you Gina and Maud you were both very friendly and helpful throughout this booking The villa had good heating system ,we used it as it was chilli ( end November)

Extremely tired villa, pictures do not reflect the actual property which is tired beyond belief (the images must be 10 years old). Swimming pool turned green with algae, sun loungers broken, bathrooms old, walls all worn with lots of mould, some doors don’t close or lock properly, flooring old and scratched, and to top it off a banner was put out at 4.30pm by neighbours saying they don’t like tourists. Oh and then there are cockroaches on the stairwell. The place needs a full renovation as currently far from an oasis!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Oasis in Palma. Die Unterkunft ist absolut fantastisch – stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom wunderschönen Garten mit Pool – eine echte Oase der Ruhe. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch nah zum Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa Oasis wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful villa in a great location

It has everything you need and is more spacious than one would expect by looking at the photos. Pool is big and deep enough to swim, but also safe for children. Villa has 3 rest areas outside, one of the bedrooms is located on the roof and it has really wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. We've spent there 5 days, as 2 families with children and we highly recommend this location. We had 2 cars (Seat Arosa and Ford Kuga) and they both fit in the garage, however bigger cars probably wouldn't. Keep also in mind that the villa is located in city area with pretty narrow streets, so driving around is always an adventure )

Interessantes Objekt, gute Lage mit gutem Blick und akzeptabler Ausstattung/Nice View to bay Problem Fake-Bilder/fake pictures online: Die Bilder auf Fewo-direkt waren top! Tatsächlich waren mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder an Decken und Wänden mit Schimmel befallen/Bed rooms and bath rooms are full of mould (not shown at the online pics. In mehreren Räumen und auf den Terrassen blättern überall Putz und Farbe ab.

Wir können die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Wir können die Villa weiterempfehlen. Dort waren wir insgesamt 7 Personen. Der Check - In lief unkompliziert ab , auch die Kommunikation ist lobenswert. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Bis zur Kathedrale sind es 40 min zu Fuß und ein Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen sind es circa 20 Minuten. Hier findet sich wirklich viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Es gab so viele Terrassen und schöne Plätze, dass man gar nicht wusste, wo man zu erst relaxen soll.

Perfect house for a group of friends. Awesome rooftop terrace, nice pool, big table where everybody has a place to eat. We were ten girls and had a great time. You can also walk to the city center within 30 minutes. Highly recommended
