One of the best things about this complex is its central location to everything. You can literally walk to almost anything in Breckenridge. There is a grocery store located right across the street, a dog park about 3 1/2 blocks up, a liquor store right across the street as well as restaurants, bars and shopping right out your front door. All of Tannhauser units are stocked nicely with most of what you will need during your vacation in Breckenridge, and if there is something lacking, just inform the friendly staff, they are always willing to help. The Views from almost all of our units are spectacular. This one in particular, has great views directly from the living room window and a spectacular patio to sit out and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the town. You are able to see the 10 mile range from most of our units. Enjoy this affordable downtown lodging location now

We have been living in and around the mountains of Summit County for almost 20 years having moved here in 1996. We started a family 8 years later and still love all that the mountains have to offer. Having started our own cleaning business in 1996, we have now evolved into property management are loving every second of it. We are a family owned and operated business with close ties to the community. As a family we enjoy the outdoors, both winter and summer mountain activities and live life to the fullest at this high altitude. Downtown Lodging is the most convenient location to have when staying in Breckenridge. You have the most amount of flexibility staying in the downtown area, as you can walk to the slopes as well as the restaurants, shopping and activities. Catching a free shuttle is also an easy more relaxing way of getting around. With a grocery store right across the street you are able to take full advantage of the fully stocked kitchen but can also access all of the wonderful restaurants right out your front door.

Great Location by Main Street Station

Very nicely furnished. Everything you need in the kitchen. Close to everything. The tv had issues but Karla was great in taking care of it.

great location and nice property

This condo was on the main road of downtown. We could walk to practically everywhere we wanted to go (except we had to drop my husband off to ski). We loved looking outside every morning at the mountain and watching the downtown bustle at night. If you have a lot of skiers in your group, note, you may have to drive to the mountain - but we only had one so it worked out okay for us. The management was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the on-site laundry facility was nice to have. We also loved that we could take our dog with us and he loved being there!

Owner's Response: Hi Lynn, Thanks for your feedback, it is always welcome. I did want to mention that this location is walking distance to the slopes, which is how almost everyone chooses to get there. This is addressed in the welcome book inside your unit, so not sure why dropping your husband off at the slopes was necessary? There is also a free shuttle that picks up right outside the complex every 20 minutes. This is also mentioned in the welcome book. sorry you spent time shuttling to the mountain, when there were other options available. Glad to hear you enjoyed your time here though.

“Great place to stay!”

This was a great condo for the family, we loved it. Comfortable furnishings, enclosed parking, and a great location. walking distance to just about everything. Plenty of room to spread out, got to watch the Dallas game on the flat screen with the fire keeping us warm. View from large panoramic window to main street was amazing. Wish we could go again next Winter but looks like people are noticing this best kept secret in Breckenridge.

The location was great! Right off of Main St. Lots going on!! There were four adults and one kido. Small kitchen table but a big couch. We didn't feel cramped. There was only one bathroom, but it had another separate little sink area for another person to get ready.

Cleaning Fee $95

Shorter stays may be accommodated if there is a gap to be filled in between reservations. Give us a call if you would like to inquire about this. All reservations are non-refundable unless the unit can be rented out for the same amount of time, in which case, we will refund 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel outside of 30 days you lose your deposit.
