Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was extremely convenient. We walked to restaurants, shops and trailheads for hiking. We rarely needed our vehicle. Nice value for the money.

Spacious and clean!

Fantastic location right on Main Street. Less than 5 min walk to chair lift. Spacious and clean. The water pressure was INSANELY GOOD. Ample hot water for all 6 guests taking showers back to back. Would rent again.

You can't find a better place to stay in Breckenridge than this. You are right in the main area of Breckenridge and walking distance to everything. It's about as perfect as you can find. My wife and dogs loved it and we look forward to going back again next summer.

Amazing Location & Great Dog Friendly Home

My now wife and I stayed here for our wedding weekend to have a dog-friendly place that was accessible to Breck Village, but also hidden away as we rest between events and get good sleep leading up to our special day. This place was exactly that. Check in and communication were so smooth. The kitchen has everything. The beds were comfy. The location is insanely good, right in the center of everything but surprisingly quiet. The neighbors were super friendly. Would totally recommend this spot!

family trip

We have stayed in several locations in Breckenridge and we really liked the location of this property as we prefer peak 9. I was disappointed in the parking lot. I really there isn't a lot of room, but when the lot was bladed and nothing put down on it it turned to ice. We nearly hit another vehicle from sliding on the ice. Our stay was great. Loved the unit and the property manager was very prompt with response to any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

great location and nice property

This condo was on the main road of downtown. We could walk to practically everywhere we wanted to go (except we had to drop my husband off to ski). We loved looking outside every morning at the mountain and watching the downtown bustle at night. If you have a lot of skiers in your group, note, you may have to drive to the mountain - but we only had one so it worked out okay for us. The management was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the on-site laundry facility was nice to have. We also loved that we could take our dog with us and he loved being there!

Clean but smelly

Everyday we got a terrible cigarette smoke smell coming in through kitchen area. Had to run the exhaust fan all day other wise the whole house would stink

Fun location!

This property is right on Main Street, so you can people watch all evening, and there is an amazing French bakery across the street as well as a cute grocery store nearby. We also we able to walk to our ski lift, so we never had to start our car until we went home!

Perfect for our trip!

I was able to meet my two brothers and a nephew for a late season ski trip and the property couldn’t have been more perfect. Walkable to everything in town and super convenient to Breckenridge where we went. The condo was perfectly appointed, clean, super cozy and with all the kitchen items we needed for meals we didn’t want to eat out. The bathroom toiletries were such a nice touch, great sheets and towels and superb communication. We hope to be back next year!

This property is absolutely perfect! My three kids, my wife and I stayed for spring break and you can’t ask for a better location. Karla is a fantastic owner, and immediately responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The place is comfortable and cozy and the location could not be better. The check in and check out process were a breeze, owner is very responsive - overall a five star experience and we will be coming back!

Awesome Spot!

This property would be a 3-star, but the 5-star location makes it an overall 4-star. This property is in the perfect spot - 5 minute walk to the Village, right on Main Street, and close to it all. The living room and kitchen were ideal size for a family of 3-5. The until was very drafty by the windows - it’s probably time for new windows. The fireplace quit working out last night (pilot went out). The kitchen was updated and well appointed. The master has a king bed and bunk beds. The second room had a queen or double bed. There’s ample room for a family of 4-5, but it was ideal for our family of 3. The parking was super convenient just outside the door. The cleanliness was sub par - found lots of hairs on the couch and bed (guessing dog hair). The couch is very well worn. If the owners would update the furniture and (namely the couch) and replace the windows to lessen the draft and the cleaning crew would do a bit better job, this unit has the potential to be a 5-star place!

Right in the Action in Breck

My husband, my two young kids, my dog and I had a great short stay in this condo. It’s right in front of a trolley stop. Very well-kept and clean and a well-stocked kitchen. Fun Colorado-themed art. Great place.
