Great property for a small family. Two streets away from the snowflake lift. Easy walk to town. Very responsive property manager and well stocked home. Very cozy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal layout and location for family
This was our third ski trip to Breck and best home away from home yet! We traveled with our 10 and 7 year old and found both the home and location to be ideal. The rental is very central, with the Snoflake lift just one block uphill and Beaver Run a 5-10 min walk in ski boots or 2 min dropoff in the car. We rented ski gear from a Charter Sports right below the Snowflake lift, mere hundreds of feet from the rental. So convenient, and ski valet was an option thought we didn’t need it. Downtown and Main St are just down the hill - a 5 min walk over the pedestrian bridge. We didn’t need to drive anywhere downtown and enjoyed exploring on foot. As for the condo, it’s actually 4 mini levels, which breaks up activity nicely. You have the garage and ski storage, then the main family room, then the kitchen and dining area, then upstairs bedrooms. There are 2.5 baths. Our favorite things about the home were the cozy gas fireplace that produced a nice amount of heat, perfect for the whole fam cozying with books, and the bunk beds for the kids. They had a blast. The condo was very quiet, just the right temp, and nicely appointed. We found the laundry very convenient and went home with clean clothes. Stephanie was very responsive when we had a couple of questions, so we felt well taken care of. We can’t wait to return to Four O’Clock for the summer season.

Boys Trip
My son, brother in law and I throughly enjoyed staying here for our annual ski trip. A short walk to the Snowflake lift or a short bus ride to the gondola or Beaver Run lift from the bus stop a short walk from the townhome. A short walk to downtown and most restaurants. The unit is updated and very clean and Stephanie the property manager was absolutely wonderful and helpful. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

We would book again!
We had an amazing time in Breckenridge (June 2023) and loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and fit our family of four comfortably. We had plenty of space to spread out. The condo was well equipped for our stay. It is walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and several trailheads. There is a free ride bus stop right outside the property also. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Communication with the management was prompt and friendly. We would highly recommend booking this unit!

Perfect Family Ski Vacation
The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4! Close walking distance to Snowflake Lift and into town allowed us to explore and enjoy Breck every day! The whole process from booking to check-in and check-out was super easy. We will definitely be back!

Great ski weekend
This place is super nice! All the tools you need for a ski getaway. Kitchen was very well stocked and we made some great meals. Very clean, check in was easy, garage for storing ski equipment. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful place!
We loved our stay at this beautiful townhome! Conveniently located to Snow Flake Lift & 4 o’clock run for ski days! Kitchen was well stocked & great for cooking. Plenty of space & also the bed set up worked well for our family! Highly recommend!

Ski trip
This rental was fully stocked with kitchen supplies etc. (rare for rentals). 100yd hike uphill to Snowflake lift and can ski down to within 75yds of condo. Short walk to hotubs and pool which were all functional. Property manager was great. Check in and out was a breeze.

Wonderful Breckenridge Townhouse
The townhouse was very clean and tidy, and well appointed with anything a family would need for a weeks stay. The location is great, with almost all of the main street shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone. A+

Great location and property
We loved this location and all of the amenities! They thought of everything. All 3 kids had plenty of space and their own bathroom. Master bedroom and bathroom worked perfectly for us. The only downside was the master bedroom lock didn’t work and we had hoped to have an ice maker/water in the fridge from the pictures, but they were not hooked up so we had to make ice cubes. Appreciated the wide variety of kitchen items, laundry and shower supplies. Location was perfect with short walk to town and pool. Will plan to stay here again next year!

Best 2 bedroom we have ever stayed in!
The unit was extremely well equipped. The new appliances were wonderful. The condo was clean and very inviting. A big plus was the shelf in the garage that we could store our coolers and extra things that we did not need for everyday use. So handy. We would love to rent this condo again!

Wow! This was an amazing property. It’s is beautiful, we’ll stocked, and comfortable. Check-in and communication was easy. The location is a close 10 minute walk to cute downtown Breckenridge. The property manager was awesome. I would stay here again!

When we bought our townhouse we lived in Colorado Springs. We now live with our four children in Madison, WI. We love to ski, snow board, and hike the nearby, beautiful mountain trails. We put all the special touches into our place that we would want. We hope you enjoy our townhome.

Breckenridge is a small, quaint town and mountain community. You can walk to everything here. The only time we get into our car is to arrive, get groceries, or to leave town. There is so much to do both in the winter and summer from sledding to the Jazz Festival to the rugby winter tournament called the St. Valentines Day Massacre rugby tournament. Come visit and you will see why!

As a townhome, the privacy, spaciousness, and quietness is uncomparable to the common condo. No guests above you or below you. It is rare that you will ever hear anyone. You will have a private garage, private laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. The sleeping areas are on the top floor and the main living area is down the stairs and out of ear shot from that. If you want to hear the baby, bring the baby monitor. We have a pack and play and high chair that hooks onto the counter. This will save a ton of space during your travel. The garage is heated and includes plenty of room for all your skis, snowboards, coats, gloves, and helmets. We are very close to town and the slopes, so the car is obsolete.
