We had a wonderful stay at the villa to celebrate my parents' 70th birthdays. It is large and very comfortable, well- appointed, has stunning views and the location was excellent - walking distance or an easy drive to everything we needed or day trips around Malta. Communication with our host was excellent and responsive and check-in was excellent. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Amazing, villa was unreal with sooo much room, all rooms immaculate. One smelled a little musky but was not used. Pool and patio area was spot on and very safe. The location really does lend itself to a hire car but you can walk to the beach in about 20mins. Margaret was fantastic, great communication and left us alone for the whole week but at the end of a message. We would deffo go back to this property in a heartbeat. I really should give it a bad review so it does not become too popular. Haha. A/C throughout worked fine and very effective.

Lovely and spacious with a great view. There is plenty of storage in the kitchens and the bedrooms and indoor and outdoor dining. The pool temperature was perfect and there were plenty of sun shades.

Wonderful stay

We were a family of 14 , 8 adults and 6 children from 5-14 years old . The house is a lot bigger than the pictures and has a wonderful view whether in the pool or enjoying a drink on the deck. There is a small pebble beach over the road and the walk to the bay is less than 20 Mins on the flat .To the town it was a 30 min walk to the church or a 8 euro bolt up the hill , we hired cars to explore and had a great days at popeye village and the water park. The villa has 2 kitchens / living rooms and wonderful bedrooms all with great air con and nice bedding . There was plenty of space and sun loungers round the pool . The kids loved it and wanted to live there ! The whole place felt very safe . Margaret was amazing , she sorted a taxi from the airport and put a few supplies in the fridge on arrival. Sandra and Margaret were so welcoming explaining where to eat and how to use everything in the villa. They would have arranged hire cars for us to as the hire car queue was very long. Thank you for a brilliant week we all really enjoyed our first trip to Malta and will be back .

Amazing villa for groups

We have had a wonderful holiday. The villa is so large and spacious that it is perfect for a group. The views are stunning and the pool just the right size. We have loved popping over the road to snorkel in the sea and we highly recommend the boat trip to Gozo and blue lagoon as we were lucky to see dolphins. We recommend getting bolts as 8 seater minibuses were always available. A wonderful attentive host made our holiday perfect.

Absolutely stunning location

We arrived at the property no problems driving our rented cars to the villa. There was great communication between the host and myself so we knew exactly what to do. The property was a little dusty under the beds and behind the bed side cabinets when we went to put phone charger on. The electricity situation is not as bad as you would think although when we were there the temperature was between 33 to 40 plus on the last 2 days of our stay we managed it quiet well but we were out a lot of the time which meant we had to come back and put the ac on then wait for the rooms to cool down. The pool was enjoyed by adults and children equally, just a note it is quiet deep only the part where the stairs are is shallow the rest is 2 meters. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans and crockery. Margaret the host is super helpful and was kind enough to bring us some milk for tea as soon as we arrived, as we had had a early and long journey to the villia. The veiws are absolutely stunning the sunset on the top terrace is breathtaking.

Heerlijke week gehad. Prima bedden. Ruimte genoeg. Inventarisatie voor de keuken wat betreft bestek en borden krap voor een groep van 12. Gast vrouw/verhuur contact super vriendelijk, flexibel en aardig. Zeer makkelijk overleg. Lekker zwembad en prachtig uitzicht.

The VRBO was just beautifully located with the perfect view of Mellieha bay and just seconds Away from pebble beach. The VRBO easily accommodated all 15 of us, including 7 grandkids aged 4 thru 10.

Great Villa For Large Groups

The Villa is a split level design with ample room for a six or seven couple stay. The area is quiet and clean but you need to have a vehicle to reach services otherwise it is a 20 minute walk to shops. Beautiful property throughout and highly recommended. Lovely spacious villa with wonderful views

We stayed as an extended family to celebrate a special occasion. The upper floor of the villa was a wonderful space for gathering together, whilst the lower floor, slightly less spacious, was a good retreat for the grandchildren when they wanted to use their tablets. The pool was a great asset and, with additional parasols provided overnight on request, the many sun beds made for a relaxing way to watch the more energetic play in the pool. Margaret provided a great welcome and responded quickly to our one request, but otherwise left us alone to enjoy the holiday. John the gardener was cheerful and helpful. All in all a great location for a family holiday and for nine of us, good value too.

Nous avons appréciés notre séjour dans cette maison la description est plutôt conforme mais l’électricité limitée par compteur, trop peu d’eau chaude pour 7 personnes, et surtout une maison très très humide ont un peu dégradé notre séjour. Dommage.

Beautiful Villa in Beautiful Mellieha

Fabulous villa in a fabulous location. The villa is set in a very quiet location but only a 10 min walk to the shops, bars & nightlife. Mellieha is a great little place with everything you need to relax or to party on hand and is within a 2-euro bus ride of Valletta. The villa is expansive enough for a large group of friends or large family, it has all the facilities you could wish/hope for, the views are to die for and the pool is so inviting. We were a large party of 10 from various locations (Australia & UK) meeting to celebrate a 70th birthday... It was great and exceeded our expectations in every way. Cant wait to go back again. The management team (Sandra & Margaret) were so professional & helpful which left us impressed, on arrival we were greeted with a smile and a full tour so that we knew where everything was and what to do in an emergency. We were then provided with all needed local contact numbers we may need and a very handy lift to the supermarket to get in some provisions. Thanks Sandra & Margaret, everything very much appreciated XXX

Great family vacation

We had such an incredible week at this property. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and 4 children. What a wonderful location for us. Easy access to a beach across the road where the children could swim. STUNNING views of Mellieha Bay. The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Ensuite bathrooms clean and very spacious. Margaret was always helpful with any questions we had. A large grocery store just minutes up the hill ( hire a car) was convenient. Many shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. The villa has two fully functioning large kitchens, The main living space is spectacular, with large windows to view the sea. The children loved the pool. It was maintained well. Each room as well as the main living spaces had air conditioning. There is a max amount of units for the ac, but we had no issues with running out. Margaret had a lovely woman named Catherine drive us many places during our stay. Catherine was so wonderful ! Thank you for a fantastic family vacation.

Stunning

We stayed for 2 weeks as a party of 13. The villa was perfect with great views of the sea, lots of restaurants within walking distance but I would say a hire car is needed due to the very hilly surroundings. Margaret was so helpful before and during our holiday and the pool villa was well maintained throughout.

Nice villa but a little tired

Although we had a lovely time overall and the villa was nice, there are some improvements that could make it even better. I think it's important to note that one of the bedrooms is off of the garage and has no windows. Quite a dark and depressing room. There was only one small wardrobe to put anything and a lock on the other doors for some reason. The villa has very little shade and could definitely do with a canopy by the seating area at the pool. I was with parents who didn't want to be permanently exposed to the sun but there was literally no way to avoid it. In fact, for all of us, it was difficult. The stunning terrace upstairs has a beautiful view, but again, not one bit of shade so we hardly used it at all, which was a shame. If you like BBQing beware, the bbq is pretty small for a large group. All in all, the space was good, but worth thinking about room configurations. We ended up with 3 bedrooms sharing one bathroom...the others had ensuites. All in all, a good space in a lovely location but just some niggles that could be sorted out with a little investment...especially when there are some stunning, modern villas around now. The management staff were great though and always responded if needed.

What a wonderful place - Thank you!

We hired this villa for our week of stay at Malta for our wedding to stay together with our families and friends. The view is stunning, the property looks amazing! We had lovely BBQ dinner together, by the pool area, and a small rehearsal dinner on the upper terrace. The agent we dealt with, Margaret was absolutely amazing! Not only kind but super helpful, friendly and welcoming. We had one of the best experience of staying at this villa! And we not only recommend to go for it, but we can't wait to be back again and book it again! Thank you so much Margaret for this arrangement and helping us to have such a wonderful stay in Malta!

Superb villa, perfect for groups of couples

This beautiful villa right on the seafront was perfect for our stay. We were a group of couples celebrating a 60th birthday and the villa had absolutely everything we needed, and more. Our hostess, Margaret, was so very kind, we had to move the booking due to covid and she was so helpful. We kept in touch and she kindly met us with some essentials for a sandwich when we arrived and arranged our taxis from Valletta and the Airport. Big shout out to Gino and Catherine who run the taxi company and who were so friendly and helpful too. There are a couple of mini markets for essentials a few minutes walk along the seafront, and the main supermarket (Wellbees) is up at the top of town. Admittedly it is around 20- 30 minutes walk, uphill all the way, however, you can order online, and they deliver, and Gino was also very happy to pick us up in the taxi when we did the weeks shopping. Plenty of eating out options, particularly up at the top, but if you don't fancy the hills, we highly recommend Blu Beach along the seafront, superb food, great cocktails, very friendly service and good prices too. The villa is in a lovely quiet location but everything you need is very close by. To get out and about beyond Mellieha a hire car is recommended, however, we were more than happy to use Gino's taxi services and the occasional bus all week. We visited Valletta, MDina, Ta Qali and the Meridiana Wine Estate, plus a boat trip to Gozo. Malta is a beautiful island, with beautiful people who were all so welcoming- I cannot recommend it highly enough, and this villa was the icing on the cake for us.
