Amazing modern style condo, wifi free, interantional channels, heating swimming pool, children's area, BBQ - only families

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.

It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.



There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.



You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.

Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.



The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.



There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.



Kitchen is fully equipped.



FREE WIFI with high speed.



AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.



When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).



In the area there are some greengrouceries and bakery and also a great supermarket.



About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

El apartamento y la urbanización son inmejorables. La limpieza y los servicios muy buenos. Los horarios de recogida y devolución de llaves también muy bien. Se agradecen mucho los detalles del apartamento como las toallas, los productos de limpieza, que tenga sillas de playa y sombrilla, etc. Por vuestra parte creo que poco, la verdad. Para nosotros ha sido un 10.

Mooi en ruim appartement, met een fijn groot balkon. Goed uitgeruste keuken, met vaatwasser en wasmachine. Omdat het winter is, is alleen het binnenzwembad geopend, deze is klein maar fijn. Genoeg mogelijkheden om te sporten. Supermarkt op loopafstand Strand op loopafstand. De hond was welkom in het appartement en er is genoeg plaats om de hond buiten het terrein uit te kunnen laten.

En general muy bien, solo que está anunciada una piscina climatizada pero en una piscina de chorros y es obligatorio llevar gorro de baño y no entrar con calzado de fuera. No ibamos preparado para ello y nos limito bañarnos.

Buena urbanización cercana a la playa

La urbanización es muy buena, muy bien equipada y en una zona cercana a la playa y con facilidad de apareamiento. El piso está a bien, aunque al ser un alquiler de precio alto, creo que hay ciertos detalles que debieran de cuidar, como el estado del aseo pequeño, donde hubo fuga de agua que tuvieron que venir a solventar (eso sí, la atención de los propietarios fue exquisita), también cierto mobiliario que se le ve ligeramente deteriorado (asa de apertura de la puerta de la nevera...) y los colchones que, en especial el de la cama matrimonial no es muy cómodo. Son oportunidades de mejora, pero le doy 4 estrellas!

Excelentes vacaciones en Gandia

Somos 4 en la familia, matrimonio y 2 chavales de 12 y 8 años. El apartamento y la urbanización responde, exactamente, a la información facilitada. El estado de conservación, comodidades y limpieza, es muy bueno. Las instalaciones de la urbanización son de mucha calidad. Un magnifico lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. El trato con la propiedad ha sido muy correcto y profesional. Muchas gracias por todo.

ESPACIOSO Y CÓMODO

El apartamento dispone de electrodomésticos de primeras marcas, todo muy nuevo. No falta de nada. Las camas son muy cómodas. Es amplio y confortable.
