Blue Horizon Anatoli is an awe-inspiring villa with stunning sea views, nestled in a tranquil setting just 800 meters from the Triopetra beach on the southern coast of Crete. This exquisite villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is privately ensconced by stone courtyards, lush green spaces, and a spacious parking area. Ensuring your safety and security, the villa is equipped with a home alarm system and outdoor surveillance cameras.



The villa features an expansive outdoor area, complete with a generously sized private swimming pool and a separate kids' pool, sun loungers, a pergola, an outdoor dining area, and a portable barbecue grill.



Inside, the stylish living area offers a lounge, dining area, a fireplace, TV, a micro stereo system, Wi-Fi internet access, and a telephone. Every room is tastefully furnished and decorated with exceptional and stylish design, emphasizing both luxury and functionality. The villa is equipped with VDSL Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, heating, and a full HD Satellite smart TV.



The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, mini chopper, mixer, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, washer/dryer, and an oven with a ceramic hob. Large dining tables provide the perfect space for communal meals.



Triopetra beach is situated approximately 47 km south of Rethymno and 12 km southeast of the village of Akoumia. It is comprised of two beaches separated by a small peninsula.



Nearby, you'll find 7 traditional taverns serving fresh and delectable local cuisine. In Akoumia village, just 10 km from the villa, you can discover cafes, fruit and vegetable shops, a butcher, and a mini-market, where you can stock up on your favorite food, beverages, and essential items. Een fijn onderkomen op een schitterende stille lokatie. Inclusief faciliteiten als wasmachine, vriezer, magnetron en broodrooster. Voorzien airco voor als het echt warm wordt. Met eigen zwembad en zicht op de Libische zee.

Good but little problems

Beautiful villa in South Crete. Very secluded and who is looking for peace and quiet definitely gets it here. Equipped with everything you need, you can theoretically settle here fully equipped after shopping. Very nice contact with the house owner and every question was answered, for example we were allowed to check out a little later. Especially the view here is really breathtaking. Schöne Villa in Süd Kreta. Sehr abgelegen und wer Ruhe sucht bekommt diese auch defintiv hier. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, kann man sich nach einem Einkauf hier theoretisch voll ausgestattet niederlassen. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer und jede Frage wurde beantwortet, so durften wir zum Beispiel etwas später auschecken. Besonders die Aussicht ist hier wirklich Atemberaubend. Unfortunately, many exterior lights did not work, so even the actually automatic lights did not turn on, I think here is a defect with the time clock. Ants, generally there are no ants or only a few, but if you leave something that could taste them, they are very quickly there. Ant spray was ready, however. The cleaning could also come despite the remoteness at least 2x in 5 days or alternatively, a vacuum cleaner should be available here. Leider funktonierten viele Aussenlichter nicht, so gingen auch die eigentlich automatischen Lichter stehts nicht an, ich denke hier liegt ein Defekt mit der Zeituhr vor. Ameisen, generell gibt es keine Ameisen beziehungsweise nur wenige, lässt man allerdings etwas liegen was ihnen schmecken könnte, sind sie sehr schnell da. Ameisenspray stand aber bereit. Die Reinigung könnte auch trotz der Abgelegenheit wenigstens 2x in 5 Tagen kommen oder alternativ sollte hier auch ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung stehen.

Séjour formidable à Triopetra

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le sud de la Crête. Le logement bénéficie d'une vue superbe. Ces couchers de soleil sur la mer... L'équipement est moderne et complet. Les propriétaires sont "aux petits soins" pour répondre aux demandes. Nous reviendrons.

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo passato giorni molto piacevoli a Villa Anatoli una splendida struttura vicino alla spiaggia di Triopreta. La casa dotata di ogni tipo di comfort e impagabili sono le piscine all’esterno. I proprietari gentilissimi e attenti a ogni dettaglio come pure il personale che ha curato della struttura. Posto da consigliare unica nota stonata il vento che, peraltro, in questa stagione è caratteristico di Creta
