Thank you for the review. After speaking to you, it was great to hear that you had such a lovely holiday. Our apologies that on the day you arrived, the island had 45 mph winds so there was a lot of dust / debris in the pool, but it was cleaned the very next day once the winds died down. Thank you for being lovely guests. We hope to see you again in the future.

Thank you for the review. We respect all our clients opinions and welcome constructive feedback. However for the sake of fairness we would like to point out some inconsistencies with your review: 1). We had no idea that you had no hot water until you told us on Thurs morning - this was 5 days into your stay! (Our staff are on-site 11am to 11pm everyday for you to report this). 2). It turned out that the boiler must have gone on your first day. As you know, the reason the water was off on Thursday afternoon was because we were changing the boiler (Which was done the same day you told us!) 3). Yes the elevator was out of order for 2 days during your stay for essential maintenance. We are sorry for any inconvenience. 4). The lighting you refer too can be easily changed. 5). One curtain was not hung properly. It took us 2 minutes to fix this. 6). The toilet roll holder has been replaced. (It had an extremely small amount of rust on it). 7). We do not understand what you mean about absence of shower panel. 8). Totally agree about the electrical point on the terrace. Again we have fixed this as soon as we were aware. 9). It was between 26 and 28 degrees during your stay. You did point out that you saw a cockroach on the outside approach to the apartment. I am very sorry but in a hot country you may see insects outside. 10). IMPORTANTLY - you did not mention on your review that due to the inconvenience over the water (that we fixed as soon as we were informed) that you were given a free meal in our main restaurant. We believe we offer high quality accommodation in a great location and as all our reviews will show we offer all our clients the best of service. 99% of our clients have a wonderful experience with us, all previous reviews on this site are 5 star and we can point potential guests to literally 100s of excellent reviews on various different, and very well known websites. Interestingly the clients who stayed the week after you, had a wonderful stay, and rated the apartment at 9.5/10 on their booking platform. We are very sorry that you don't feel you had the best experience with us as possible. Once we were told about your concerns we did everything possible to be of service and to help you. All our reviews will show how friendly and helpful our staff are. We must admit that when you departed we felt that you were very satisfied with your stay and how we handled your issues, so we were not expecting this review, but we do respect all clients opinions. We know that if potential guests look online at our reviews, they will see just how many people have had wonderful stays with us and this is reflected in the number of repeat clients we get. We are sorry that we may not be seeing you again but look forward to providing memorable holidays to all other future guests.

Thank you for the review. You were quite a demanding guest but we really enjoyed having you and being of service to you. We appreciate all our guests comments and always use our guests suggestions to try to improve our service. However, I must correct you - We do not advertise a washing machine. We advertise a laundry service. You say you were just handed the keys on arrival by the cleaning team (who were still preparing the apartment as you arrived early). This suggests that you did not see anyone after that. In fact we spoke on 3 occasions (once about the TV, a 2nd time about your request for even more towels and a 3rd time as you wanted a late check-out on day of departure). A member of our staff then visited you to help you tune the TV channels to German. When I spoke with you said how pleased you were with the accommodation and thanked me for the excellent service we provided. I therefore assumed you were very happy. We did not notice any marks / stains on the pillows when our cleaning team prepared the villa for you. We are very sorry about that. But had you mentioned to me or the member of staff who visited you then these would have been replaced immediately for you. Again, if you had a problem with the water then do let us know - we would have resolved this straight away. The penthouse offers really spacious accommodation with some of the best views you can find on the island. It is still a new property as the development was only built 5 years ago and still has a lovely modern feel to it. The guests before you rated the apartment as 5 star and I know from speaking to you that you had a lovely holiday. We hope to see you again and look forward to providing even more memorable holidays for our guests in the future.
